I needed my 20,000 mile maintenance on my 2020 Corolla. I used the Toyota App to set up my appointment. I was greeted by Ian, who was friendly but professional! He was very knowledgeable about what was to be done to my car. He directed me to the comfortable waiting area. Ian came and got me when my car was ready and walked me to my car! This process could not have been any easier! They operate like a well oiled machine - very smoothly!

Brought my ‘18 Tacoma in for its 20k service and was taken care of promptly. Ian notified me of an active recall on the third brake light which they took care of that day. I made mention of the transmission constantly searching for gears and down shifting on the slightest of inclines and asked if the technicians could look into the software for an ECU flash. Ian placed it in the notes and they completed the flash with zero hassles and the driving experience of my Tacoma has improved greatly! It’s like having a brand new vehicle! Great customer service and will take my Tacoma here for every service from this point forward.

No one greeted me when I arrived at the dealership. The two women at the reception were too busy with their personal phones, and I had to ask them to get me a sales person. This guy literally took 10 minutes to walk to the glass castle and back each time I asked a technical question or an inventory update. He also tried to push second hand car sales when I gave him exact specs of what I wanted in a new car. Oh, best of all I could pull up VIN numbers on my phone faster than his walks to the big guns in the glass castle. This is the internet era, please get with the times, Lakeland Toyota!

Service Advisor Ian is always pleasant and available and to top it off, he goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are taken care of while displaying a high degree of professionalism. On a score of 1-10, he marks the average. The facility is clean, welcoming and conveniently located and timing is a priority.

Not my first bad experience here. My husband and I went to get our car serviced. The guy who helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. The problem that we have is the people who actually put hands on our cars. Cabin filter needed to be changed but when they took it out they left a mess all over my seat and my husbands tire pressure was not done which it should have been, and they scratched the rims on his brand new car.

On a road trip and had a problem with my tires. They were very helpful with one problem but I also needed a tire that they didnt have. The rep Baker called a local tire store and found a tire for me. Very nice. I was there at the Toyota dealership for 4 hours. Nice waiting area. Lyndsay Baker was very helpful.

Really great deal. That said after 12 payments I could get a new Toyota Corolla. They were right. I made sure to keep my payments on time and build up my credit in other ways. I contacted Lakeland Toyota to see what inventory was on their lot. I spoke with a sales representative, Harry, he immediately began to work with me helping me with what I was in the market for. He began to look around to make sure what was on the lot and what othe vehicles the dealership had connections to. Harry started to text pictures of what I was interested in looking at. Harry came across a vehicle that I was looking for. I arrived at the dealership went out for a test drive with Harry and he worked the best deal into my budget. Great dealership, very professional sales team. The process went seamless. I highly recommend Lakeland Toyota. Been to several dealership around the area, Lakeland Toyota is far superior.

To be honest, I was not impressed at first. When I walked in, I was not greeted. I walked by at least five salespeople who made no effort to help me. But, thank goodness for the nice ladies at the main desk. They called Jason the sales guy over who was amazing. He asked what I was looking for and when I told him he directed me to the vehicle. No pressure at all. He answered all of my questions and was unbelievably helpful. The young lady who in finance was great too. If are going to shop for a car here, make sure you ask for Jason.

After waiting almost two hours for service that I was told would take one hour, I checked to see if my car was ready. They had trouble finding the car and when they did, the car was sitting on the lot. It had not even been pulled into the garage in spite of my having an appointment. I asked to have my car brought to me and left without receiving any service at all. I have had service at Toyota dealers for years. This was, by far, the worst I have ever been treated. I do not recommend Lakeland Toyota!!!

If I could give negative stars I would, DO NOT buy from here. We recently bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue with only 57,000 miles on it. The VERY Next day after buying it, the check engine light came on. We didn’t freak out right away because used cars come with issues sometimes, completely understandable. HOWEVER, we took it in to get it fixed considering we had a 30 day warranty. After a week and a half of it being in their shop, they diagnosed it with “bad gas” and gave us our car back. The check engine light came on the VERY next day. Meaning they just turned the light off and hoped we wouldn’t bring it back in. We went and had it checked by a private mechanic who read the code and noticed it had been read and turned off 24 times!!! 24 times????? And we weren’t warned about this BEFORE we bought the car??? Craziest part was the “fix for the diagnosis” was to put premium gas in it, so we did, and now the engine won’t even start AT ALL. There was clearly an issue before buying it, so why we weren’t warned is beyond me. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I CANNOT STRESS IT ENOUGH!!!!

I bought a car a month ago, and found out a month later they beat me on my protection package. The salesman never told me tiny, etc was included with my purchase. When I called with my concern they told me I would have to drive all the way from PA to FL to receive my services. This is not professional and the worst car buying experience of my life. So basically they beat me for $1500

We went to Toyota to look at a Camry for my son. We did not expect to leave the first dealership we visited with a car as I had planned to go to multiple places. Leslie was our salesman and he was very patient, attentive and kind.We may buy from this dealership again. Financing was quick & easy. Rates are excellent right now and we got a great new car! I didn’t give 5 stars only because I feel there’s always room for improvement.

My service person was really nice and helpful. But I did have to wait at least 10 days to get a battery for my car. It is still under warranty. So they had to put the battery that the warranty required. They put me in a rental car till I was able to get my car back. The wait to have normal warranty maintenance does take to long. But I still like the dealership. I have bought three cars from there.

I went to Lakeland Toyota at 10:20 am requesting an oil change. However, because I did not have an appointment scheduled I waited 3 hours without receiving any services from Toyota. Like any other person my time is valuable and I simply could not wait any longer. I approached Felicia asking for an ETA and unfortunately she couldnt give me one, which I understood. She was very kind and empathetic towards the situation. She walked me to my vehicle and removed the paperwork, ticket and protective coverings. I was upset later on that day to notice I was driving around for hours with my hood still popped and not securely closed. Im sure it slipped her mind to close it. If I would have known they pop the hood while the vehicle is waiting for a mechanic I would have closed it myself. I DO NOT recommend ever coming to this establishment WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT unless you have time to sit all day.

Outstanding customer service! My mother and I went to Lakeland Toyota for an oil change already having appointments like we have done many times in the past . Unfortunately this particular time a staff member dropped the ball and had us in as walk-ins causing us to have to wait 2 hrs for service. To make a long story short after everything was said and done. The supervisor (Damon)went absolutely above and beyond to satisfy the initial issue all while keeping a positive attitude. Good customer service is not always easy to find but you will find it at Lakeland Toyota. They will continue to get my service

I took my Infiniti QX60 in for a simple oil change and they told me I needed a new cabin filter. I approved the recommendation and and hour later they come out and told me that when they went to raise my car on the lift they forgot to shut the passenger door and it ruined the door and frame of the door. They have made repairs but I feel like the whole time the asst. manager Kaylee kept trying to sweep it under the rug like it was no big deal. She spoke very condescending to both my husband and I. I had never liked them before and the only reason I went in for the oil change was someone had given me a gift card for a free oil change. NEVER AGAIN. if I could give 0 stars I would.

I cannot speak more highly of the team at Lakeland Toyota. Kalae, the repairs supervisor, has an incredible heart and a dedication to good customer service. I had a very challenging personal situation with my car and she worked to resolve it, even past her normal work hours. Damon, her supervisor, worked with her on the phone from home even though he had already left for the day. The fact that this team put their customer first and prioritized a speedy resolution made all the difference. I highly recommend Lakeland Toyota and we will use them for all of our maintenance and repair needs.

Last time I came I was here for little over 2 hours and they misspelled my name lol but this time they took my car right in - I was really pleasantly surprised as there were so many cars but I mentioned that I had quite a wait the previous time and they assured me it wouldn’t be longer than 1 hour. After 20 min they called me and I thought maybe there was a problem but no problem, they were just already done ! I was thrilled ! Always a quality job tho ! 10/01/2021Very disappointed with this dealership! I drove 1 hour from Orlando because they told me that the Tacoma I looking for was not pre-sold, that it was available but that they had at another dealership which they own and it would take 2-3 days for the truck to get there for me to pick up. I place the $500 deposit to secure the car and waited. After two days I texted my sales representative, no reply. Next day I text him again and nothing. So I finally called and asked to speak to the “manager” that helped in the negotiation process. Not only he didn’t have any updates on the Tacoma that he assured me it was already mine but he also gave me the run around for another 5 hours to tell me that he no longer could claim the truck. No follow up were done on they behalf and I still had to call in multiple time to get my $500 refunded! Highly recommend to try another dealership!

I purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry on August 24th, 2020 from Lakeland Toyota and I was very impressed. My salesman was Jason A. He was friendly but realistic with me. I never felt like I was being pressured or forced into purchasing my Camry. I did go in looking at the CHR, however I had some issues that needed to be covered up with incentives and the new Camry had lots! The finance department was efficient and quick. Overall, my experience was wonderful! The car has so many features! I would happily recommend Lakeland Toyota. I named my Camry Brenda. In case anyone was wondering.

My husband & I came up to Lakeland Toyota to by 2 vehicles, his from another dealership, mine from Lakeland Toyota. That Saturday I purchased a 2018 RAV4. I Also purchased additional bumper to bumper warranties. When went for a test drive I noticed the windshield was difficult to see through but figured when they detailed it then it would be fine. I followed my husband with both new cars off the lot to where we were staying for the night. At that point I realized I couldn’t see through the windshield. It was scary. I have an automotive/industrial design background so I knew it was an issue with the film between the glass that was completely bad. To make matters worse, I couldn’t even clean the windshield due to the fact that the windshield reservoir had a huge hole in it. Additionally, the key fob (only got one of those) battery died at the first stop. Now, after paying somewhere around 28k, I had to go replace the battery (which they acknowledged AFTER I purchased my car (hours later) Now I had a dead car. Obviously I was furious. We went to talk to them the next day where they told me to bring it back Monday. At that point the supervisor, whom I demanded to talk to, told me that in the state of Florida, I’d there is no crack, they don’t have to replace it.I told him it was unsafe. I also told him to sit it the car and look for himself. This entailed ANOTHER 4 hours to convince them to replace my windshield and the windshield wiper mechanism. No car manual either. I, at that point, told them to keep the car. Then, and only then, did they attempt to satisfy these issues. Not without them whining to me that it was an expensive windshield! It amazes me that no one inspected this car. We drove my husband’s car home and flew back up the next weekend to pick mine up. Funny thing, after they got my money, I couldn’t get my sales guy Harry, on the phone after repeated attempts. I actually went way far out of my way to buy my car there...never will again. Ever.

True definition of a stealership. Take your business elsewhere or your going to have a headache to deal with later down the road. Dont be fooled they treat you nice while while you shop and after you sign its all down hill from there. If you get any type of warranty good luck getting it reimbursed whenever you pay off the car or even before the 30 days of the signature is up. They give you the run around letting precious time go by as your prorated warranty goes out the window.

I bought a vehicle in April of 2021 from Lakeland Toyota and this is the experience I had. I went there to buy a vehicle and after finalizing my paperwork and getting home, I noticed that there was no floor mats in the vehicle. I reached out to the salesperson via text and he stated that they should have been in the vehicle. Today, I went in and a manager approached me asking about my service here. I told him how I felt and what was any issues I had. It’s been 2 months and still haven’t received any mats. The manager also stated that someone probably took the mats out of the car. Unprofessional! Don’t ask me a bout my experience if you can’t fix the issue. All I received was another disappointing turnout. Manager stated, “I was trying to get you some out of another car.” That’s probably why I don’t have my mats! In the future, if you are going to sell a brand new car to someone, please make sure everything is included! My money is just as important than the next person or someone that you personally know. Manager, if you are going to ask a customer about their experience and can’t fix the problem, you are in the wrong line of work. It’s the little things that makes a customer happy. Since my money wasn’t good enough for Toyota, I will do Nissan or Honda. It’s not like I bought a used vehicle. My coworkers warned me about you guys though. Just scammers! For any future buyers, please make sure you check your vehicles and don’t take the word of your salesperson. We are just a sale to them!

Absolute horrible service. Ordered parts from the parts department. Made a second call to verify delivery date. Called back 2 days after expected delivery date and they told me they were not even ordered yet. No offer for to expedite, partial refund, free delivery or anything. Just a sorry man, its out of my control.Terrible service from start to finish!

We called in to ask questions about trading in my vehicles. We were transferred to Cory Arms. We let him know what time we would be there. When we came we were directed to the front desk we asked for him. He took great care of us. We have purchased vehicles before and the whole process was stressful. This was the easiest and most enjoyable vehicle purchase we have ever made. Cory made the whole experience fun and understandable. The financial area went just as smooth and easy with Chris A. I just moved to the area so I could not use the dealership that I purchased my car from. I called the service department of Lakeland Toyota for assistance on my 2019 corolla. It wouldn’t start and I had no idea what the problem was. Ian took my information, walked me through what I needed to do. He was extremely helpful, patient and remarkably able to calm me down from a pretty good size freak out! They took care of my issue quickly and I was back on the road within a couple of hours.

All was good till I headed home.mileage on odometer was 51,194 when I checked it in. I left and went 1 block and noticed the mileage wa 52,200 miles. Drove 7 miles home and mileage was 52,201 on arrival home. ?????

My experience at Lakeland Toyota took place on a drizzly Sunday afternoon. Walking into the building, after leaving gloomy weather, felt like the sun was captured by the faces Of the employees, very inviting. As I waited for my saleswoman, Michele Jones, to met me, there was an employee who caught my excitement about being there and made a warm comment. Five minutes later, Mrs. Jones greets me with an altruistic glow; I knew I was in good hands. I left my home-prepared with everything I needed on my phone, but of course, once I arrived, my phone didnt want to cooperate with me. Mrs. Jones took her time to worked the steps and numbers with me. She even worked a few things out that relieved my concern for retrieving necessary items on my phone. I mean, this Lady worked wonders that allowed me to drive off, in style, in my 2021 Toyota Corolla!!!

I bought a brand new 2021 this January from Lakeland Toyota. After the second day I had it I noticed that my driver side door at the window was piping up. I called in to Ian and the dealership and they said bring it in. At that time they said they would have to replace the entire door panel because they broke it when putting tint on the windows, so, Toyota would not cover it due to them, the dealership, being the ones who damaged it. I told them I was going back to Pittsburgh in a month, I was just down there working for the winter. I kind of knew they would try this when he told me the door cost 900$, sorry, but I didn’t break it and this is a rand new 40k truck. This was 3 months ago and like I thought, they have not reached out to me and will not return my call because they know I went back to Pittsburgh. As a fellow business owner this blows my mind. As a business you should look to correct any issue with your customers, especially when it was one hundred percent your fault. You find out what kind of foundation a business has when things go south. Horrible way to handle a situation Lakeland Toyota. I will chop it as a loss but you better believe your business lost years of business down the road. Remember, good customer service cost less than bad customer service.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership for service. Prior to arriving, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I was advised there were no appointments for a few days and was then asked what type of vehicle I have and the type of oil desired. I arrived at 12:25 for my 12:30 appointment. My car was checked in and I was advised I would be done by 1:30, 1:45 the latest. It’s now 2:30 and no one has said a word to me. I then walk to the service desk and ask if my car will be ready soon. I’m advised that they haven’t even began, but will start immediately. It’s now 3:00 and my car has been raised and lowered about 3 times in the garage. I’m assuming they are inspecting the car. Close to 3:30 a service member approaches me and says the oil filter for my car needs to be ordered and it will be another 45 minutes for the filter to arrive and 30 minutes for the oil change. Are you kidding me?! He proceeds to tell me if I want to leave and come back he can schedule me first thing in the morning; at 7:00 am. I agree and leave. Around 4:00 or 5:00 I received a call from the same service rep telling me they do not have any space for me to come back in the morning. As a matter of fact I’m going to have to wait until next week. Really Toyota?! If you couldn’t handle the Infiniti you schools have simply said that when I called from the comfort of my living room. I will never ever ever return to this location again.

I just purchased a new Highlander and after driving about 100 miles I got a nail in my tire. It was in the sidewall so I was encouraged to replace the tire. The down side, I had a warranty on the wheels but not the tires. $240 later for replacing the tire, I decided to get mud flaps for the car. When I left the total bill was $480, and I was there for 1 3/4 hours and I had an appointment at 12:00Noon. It seems like every time you take your car in it is a $500 bill.The service person was Chris Faulkner, he was very personable and knowledgeable. This is my first new car since 1984, so I am in a little shock at the fees charged. Lol

Do not buy a pre owned car from here!!! have had my car for 1 year and the paint job is chipping everywhere and bubbling. I have called numerous times to have this issue fixed and no return call. I spoke to my bank in regards to the loan and they advised me to return the car since this company is unwilling to work with anyone. I will advise my lawyer and plan on returning this piece of junk they sold me. Go somewhere else this place isnt worth your time or money.

I set an appointment, they took my car right away. The lounge to wait in was nice, big and clean. Got the job done quickly and checked me out fast. The only downside was the ability to hear your name called when they were finished. Too many people in the lounge, plus a TV on and poorly volumed speakers, had me straining to hear when they called my name. :/

If you and/or your family is disabled, STAY AWAY!! JUST STAY AWAY, I am beside myself. Bob was all ready to assist till I explained my needs and hopes for getting a Toyota Sienna. I didn’t need brand new nor was I expecting the world. I filled out the application and never heard back. I finally decided to reach out via email after hours of no response (he promised an immediate call back no more than 15min) and received a very dry, effortless and dismissive response “Sorry we would need 5 thousand down.” And that’s it! No let’s see what we can do, no follow up response nothing. My daughter and myself have autism and my daughter is getting placed with her service dog soon and we need a vehicle to accommodate her dog and medical supplies. She’s non verbal autistic, sensory processing disorder, ADHD and has heart disease. This dealership is heartless and only wants what benefits their pockets. If you are disabled they will dismiss you with no respect. Stay away from here! I will never ever recommend this location and I will absolutely be sharing my experience with our community. Bob McLaughlin you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself and I will be reporting the lack of equal opportunity and inclusion further. You should NOT be working with the public when you clearly do not know how. I have emails and call log to prove all the above. As a disabled family we deal with enough exclusion but thanks for confirming the fact I can’t even get us into a safe vehicle without discrimination.
