I was in a time pinch. I was scheduled to drive across the country in three days. Not only was Web BP service able to repair my Escalades A C. in time for my trip, but they also were the least expensive of my to usual repair shops. Trust me Webbs has a lifetime customer!

Got a recommendation from a friend to use Webb’s for some basic service and they delivered. Honest hard working guys at the shop. High marks all the way around.

Ok service on the cars, but not really comprehensive or preventative since I’ve had to take my car back multiple times on related issues and they didn’t alert me or seem to check other areas of concern. The staff is not polite or helpful. I don’t expect everyone to be kind, but basic courtesy is really bare minimum. You won’t even get a “hello” when you call the shop to see status on your vehicle… Ok price for ok car care. We went here a couple of times for lack of better options, but I’ll be looking elsewhere for a reliable mechanic.

I will only take my car to Webb’s. Every one of the mechanics here is honest and professional.

Dropped off van Friday morning, was told I had an electrical problem, compressor was not turning on. Waited all day Friday, never got a call back from anyone. Mind you I’m from out of state, this is my only vehicle here. Business is not open Saturday or Sunday, called Monday, was told it was leaking rear compressor. Then charged $125 just to look at it. I was also told several attempts were made to call me Friday, I verified the phone number. I had my phone with me all day and I never got a call

I called in to see when they could get me in for an AC Service and they told me to come in and that they would do it while I wait. So I showed up 10 min later and was greeted immediately by a mechanic. I was in and out of there in less than 20 min with air blowing ice cold again. These guys are very professional and highly recommend.

I went in to have my air conditioner serviced and waited for the repairs. Not one employee was wearing a mask even though it is a city ordinance. They are flaunting the law as well as your safety. Find a place that respects your well being.

After going to Webbs a couple times, I think I found my new go-to place! Im very pleased with the service that I receive at Webbs BP Service Center. The staff are friendly and helpful. The services performed are completed in a timely manner and I feel the costs are very affordable. I would definitely recommend you check them out!

Always a pleasure! They are very knowledgeable and typically gets your repair done the same day. Its first come first serve with them so get there early in the morning. If there are options for me on parts or repairs they always notify me so a decision can be made. Ive been coming to Webbs Auto Repair for the last 3-4 years and never had a repair not be done correctly. Highly recommended.

I honestly really love this shop. When I asked for recommendations a while ago, a full 2/3 of responses I got told me to go here. Im so glad I did! The family vibe is fantastic, and theyre great at explaining complicated issues in a way a layman can understand. They also dont pressure you to make a sale; I couldnt afford to make all the fixes they recommended at once, so they helped me prioritize what needed to be done first. Definitely going to be back.

By the time I had returned home I got a call from Webbs that the service was done on our truck.. They are friendly, fast, and I have trusted them with all of our cars.

I’m an old guy. Been coming here since 1970. You won’t find a better, fairer, quicker more knowledgeable and more reasonably priced repair station anywhere in the USA Plus the owners are funny and there is ZERO BS. If you want great service, a friendly experience and not get anything extra added to your bill go to Webb’s. You will be gladOne thing though. Dans biceps are starting to look a little weak Luckily I was there to help him lift some stuff last week when I was in there

A great Neighborhood Auto Mechanic. These guys have been around for awhile, they know what theyre doing and I think you can trust them. In the world of auto repairs I think thats extremely rare. Theyve never done me wrong.

I was going to have this company do a repair on my 1998 Ford Taurus unfortunately they were so busy because of the great work they do they could not fit me in before the weekend. So instead of trying to BS me in to waiting until Monday I told them Pep Boys would price match so they quoted me lower than what they were going to charge in the first place so it would be cheaper at Pep Boys. My mother has had work done here and where other shops have tried to up-sell her on repairs that were not necessary, including her dealership, this shop did not. They explained everything in detail and did not charge her a fortune like the dealership was going to.

Classic cheat mechanic shop. Do not go here unless you personally know the owner or the family, otherwise they will grossly overcharge you, with mystery charges popping up on the final bill. When questioned, all I got was Thats just how it is. Dont like it, you dont have to pick up your car.But most importantly: a mechanic without integrity cant be trusted to work on your car. Skip these guys, go literally anywhere else.
