Came on Tuesday 7/20 around 6:20 pm for a pedicure and acrylic full set with regular polish . I know people who have came here and rated Peter & Ryan highly ( only 2 women were there & 2 men sitting in the back about to leave ) Pedicure was fine, lady wasn’t real talkative ( I’m okay with that ) feet came out nice - now who ever it was who did my nails ( she never gave me her name ) kinda rude in my opinion .. I’m use to nails being done and not seeing scraggly cuticles, getting cuticle oil put on after it’s completed, none of that happened . She went to give me the total first said $30 for nails then changed it to $35 ( didn’t see prices listed anywhere ) I called the next day to ask how much Acrylic full set regular polish is & some gentlemen said $50 !! so I’m not sure what the prices are or they’re just making up numbers .. I tried messaging the salon on FB & no response about my questions .. She at the end asked if i wanted no chip about 5 times and each time I declined & she kept pushing it and then said with an attitude “ but it dries faster “ I said well I can wait in my car and let them dry in there .. mind you it was 7:40 pm online said they close at 8 pm so according to that I had plenty of time for them to dry . I was pretty rushed the whole service ( not the pedicure ) & it’s not the greatest nails i’ve ever had . Most of the places I have been salon wise if you pay cash you get a 5% discount but they must not do that because she never mentioned it nor did i get a receipt ! ! I’m highly discouraged with my first experience there I saw on someone’s review they’re guaranteed for 2 weeks but after this I just want my $35 i paid back .

11/12/2020, 3 stars: went in for a dip and it was just done poorly. there a bubbles and indents. my nails are not smooth. The service was fast which maybe is why my nails look so bad, but that was 1 positive.11/22/2029 UPDATED, 5 stars: went back to get them fixed . 1000x better! great customer service. You can tell they want to make their customers happy and take care of any issues that do happen! I will return because they are personable and reasonable priced!

Did one coat on my toes which shows streaks and light and dark spots. Two coats is optimal. Edges were uneven and messy. Nail polish on my skin around the edges. Was fast and clean. Not terrible. But not the best Ive had

People!!! Go schedule your appointment with Ryan. Attention to detail! I am very picky, mainly because I can do my own acrylic, gel and no chip nails. It just takes me longer to do them and sometimes its just nice to have someone else do them for me. He does a phenomenal job!

I received a pedicure and a dip for my nail services. Pedicure was by far one of the worst I have received anywhere. It was done in about 15 minutes. Massage lasted about 30 seconds on each leg and the polish looks terrible. I would have said something about the polish when I was there but I did not realize how bad they were until I got home. Only reason I am not giving this place a 1 star is because although my dip powder set it subpar, the gentleman who did it for me was apologetic and willing to fix it when I pointed out the flaws.

Sue Son gave me the best pedicure I ever had. She spent a lot of time massaging my feet and legs. She was awesome!

I have had my nails done twice by Ryan and Im beyond pleased. Im very picky and have found no flaws. Attention to detail and intuitive service is what he is. I wanted something for Valentines Day but I dont like the color pink and dont dare do red (work is conservative), so I went with blue and figured I would just skip it. Well, he made it work for me with blue hearts. 💙 how neat. It is always the perfect shape and length I desire.They practice very good social distancing protocols and hygiene. Highly recommended.

Called before I went in for a pedicure to make sure that they had time, I was told yes. So I go in and the lady who does my pedicure has an attitude and is rude the entire time as if I was bothering her because I went in for a service there. Don’t tell people you have time if your people are going to have attitudes about doing their job. She was extremely rough and did a horrible job, she rushed through it. She switched with a gentleman who polished my toes who was much nicer and gentle. Thank god I decided not to get my daughters toes painted because I could just imagine how rough she would have been. Will never go back again. That lady ruined it for me.

I’ve been here a few times and have gotten great services. Today I went in for a dip manicure, and received poor quality and rushed services. I’ve been getting dip done for 2+ years now and I know good services from poor. Clumpy unfinished work, looks like a manicure I did myself. I do not recommend this place.

Walking into this place its incredibly nice and Sleek looking in this nail salon. The only thing I would have to complain about is when I walked in there every single nail tech there was full and there were several people sitting down waiting as well. I did not wait very long I waited probably only about 15 or 20 minutes. But it is incredibly awkward when youre here because everybody getting their nails done is sitting across from each other just staring at each other awkwardly and theres nothing really for you to do while they are doing your nails not even a TV. So its kind of a game of staring at each other the whole time super weird... I was having the gentleman take my acrylic nails off because I didnt want to hurt my newborn baby. He was very rough when trying to rip my nails off and was hurting me and I had to tell him to stop and I have a high pain tolerance. Those are my only complaint is really for this place other than that its a good place to go if youre in a rush and dont want to travel far.. I prefer my normal nail salon in Bolingbrook preferably..

I will not be choosing this business anymore, the nail techs are absolutely just down right rude. Now I will not knock on their talents because everyone has their own talents; as far a service it was absolutely poor.

This place is nice but the wait time is horrible. Two and a half hours from my pedicure being done to wait for my nail to get fix and then ONLY the head person knew how to do nails with out using the drill! Please understand the drill thins your nail bed making it prone to be broken easily. Other than that he did the damn thing.

Once a year mani pedi for this girl and mity nail spa convinced me a few times a year is well worth it!! Always a great job done! Always willing to work with pictures i show to get it just right! Ive never had nothing but awesome nails when I walk out!

I LOVE this place! The place is clean, friendly staff, nice color selection and the accomidate any special requests i make. My favorite treat to myself is the hot stone massage, you have to try it! Price increase since Covid is expected since they have to spend more to comply. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are encouraged as they get busy.

I have been going to Mity Nails every two weeks for the last 3 years and as long as they are open I will continue to do so...I get my nails and a pedicure and sometimes even my eyebrows...they are professional, always friendly....I have never received a bad service from them...Ryan and Anna are the greatest...if you are looking for a reliable and professional nail salon...this is the place.....5 STARS every time...

Terrible service. Went in for a manicure and a regular. The person was watching something on their phone and while cutting my cuticles cut in way too deep. I was bleeding a lot and the nail tech didnt apologize. They kept cutting on and put this liquid every time it started bleeding and it burned like hell. They srarted doing the nailpolish and it burned everytime thet put it on the finger. I told them it burned and pulled away but they said it was fine and pulled my hand back to keep working on it.The cut was so severe blood dripped over the nail polish. Didnt apologize. I still had to pay full price and when i told the manager they said sorry it happened. But didnt do anything about it.

Worst place I have ever been to!I made an appointment for a Pedicure and a full set and was received for my Pedicure but when it was time for my my full set I was told to go back the next day because they where full in appointments decided to get manicure instead and while I was still there 2 individual walk in for full sets and where taken.

Probably the worst service I’ve ever received. I went to get one nail fixed. The initial wait wasn’t long at all in the lobby area. I was then told to sit at someone’s chair and they’d be right with me. I waited 10-15 minutes. Someone finally showed up and she was doing my repair and someone else’s nails at the same time going back and forth.. she was extremely rushed and did a terrible job on my repair.. It’s uneven and extremely thin. When she was finished I didn’t even want to ask her to fix it considering the service I already received. I definitely do not recommend them.

I love how my nails came out. But they overcharged me. I paid 50 for my full set with a design so that was.fine.but then they charged me 50 dollars for a basic pedicure. Not sure why, maybe they incorporate tip?

Worst service! I asked for French white tip and was told they couldn’t provide me that service. 2nd they aren’t sanitary and to top it off extremely rude and in a rush to finish when there was no costumers in the building. Please if you can avoid this nail place.

I was iffy about coming to this place, but i needed to get my nails done before leaving on vacation in 2 days. I had a pedi and meni done. I absolutely love my nails. Jimmy(handsome) did an amazing job. He took his time and did everything with such detail. If I could give him a 10 star rating I definitely would. Thank you so much

I have been to so many other nail salons in this area..and now this is my only go to nail salon. The facility is clean and the customer service is well beyond awesome! They know me by name, they treat me like family. They always give me that little extra that keeps me coming back!

Ive never been to this shop and I needed to find a place close to home since I just moved to the area. I walked in and asked for a gel nail. I was told I would get it after my pedi. Great! I had always gotten acrylic or no chip. I was curious to try the gel. She pulls out the acrylic stuff and starts doing acrylic. I figured maybe she forgot. Thats cool. No big deal. A guy walks over and says did you get the gel? The girl says Yes, full gel I was floored! I replied No, she gave me acrylic they both looked at each other knowing I knew they were trying to charge me for gel. The guy tried to explain how the gel powder looked like acrylic. Really? Gel powder? They tried so hard to explain themselves and redeem their lie. Then they said how not many people ask for gel and thats why they dont have gel products. The girl confirmed that she did acrylic and thats when the man started trying to explain how acrylic was just as good as gel. I paid (for acrylic) and walked out. Had they told me they didnt have gel and would do acrylic, thats fine. But they tried to get away with scamming me... over 15 dollars? All was recorded along with a picture of the products used. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. THEY ARE FRAUDS! This business has been reported to the BBB along with the recordings of them trying to scam me in their native language!UPDATE- After contacting the BBB I received a response from Yadira Muñoz. She is claiming that I insisted on a gel set and that they explained to me that I would get a gel polish only. Yet, below the response from Mity says that I received a full gel set. I think they need to keep their lies straight amongst themselves! What a joke!!

The guy who I assume is the owner likes to tell everyone 5 minute wait when its actually more like an hour. Came here twice and was really put off both times.The girls that work the desk are so nice and helpful, but the owner has them running around like crazy people and he seems rude to them. Not going back here. Thank you to the front desk girls for being so nice though.

Came in for a new chip after the re opened from covid. They had no prices displayed and they were charging people whatever they felt. I paid $50 for no chip on my natural nails. They removed nothing and did no extra work besides paining my nails with no chip. Absolutely a joke.

I usually really like this place but lately theyve rushed to do my nails and they are turning out sub par. Very disappointed. I spend a lot of money here and my nails should not be rushed.

Great experience! My daughter and I went in to get our nails painted... It was her very first time getting her finger nails painted and she was so excited!!! The nail technician was so patient with her (shes only 3) and did a great job on her tiny little nails. My nails look great as well. Well probably be back once a month for a Mommy/daughter date!

My first visit was nice, it was only a repair but they did a good job. Ive gone back and had Anna work on my nails and shes great. On my 3rd visit was an appointment with Anna but I got passed off to someone else. He did a good job but I wouldve preferred not getting passed off hence the whole reason to making an appointment. They also dont do many designs..or at least they dont offer to me. My last nail girl was so creative with colors and designs and she did them for FREE. Its hard to find a tech that WANTS to be creative. Im not creative so I need someone who is. And not suggesting just to make a sale. Today I called to make an appt and got hung up on. When I called back, they didnt even acknowledge hanging up on me and barely understood why I was calling. Kinda frustrating for a nail appt. And when will there be specials? Coupons? Deals?

My wife just went for a fill in and a manicure the guy says “oh come in no problem $25 dollar”Wife says ok seems reasonable for a fill in. When the time came to pay he charges $100 for the fill and manicure and says the prices go up because of corona. If this is the case, should they not let the customer know before they decide to move forward. I understand times are tough but in an attempt to compensate for lost revenue they are hurting their customer base. No one likes inconsistencies when dealing with these types of services. We overheard some of the other ladies and they as well experienced similar instances where they changed the prices. Overall the service was ok, not great just ok...but the experience definitely left a sour taste. Over time these practices and lack of customer service will start to diminish the number one asset for all small businesses... customer equity. Do better!!!

I have been looking for a local nail salon for two years now and I am so happy to finally find the one! My powder dip exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier. I never thought I would find a nail salon with amazing talent, but also be so kind and welcoming. I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing this to make sure my nails didnt chip or break, but they are still going strong! Not to mention no one has ever shaped my nails this beautifully either. I just moved to bolingbrook and it’s been hard finding a Nail Tech that I feel comfortable with and who does a fantastic job of course. Ladies!!! Ryan is the real deal, honestly he’s amazing. He is also very gentle with your natural nails. So if you are struggling finding a Nail Salon and a tech, please give this salon a try. The atmosphere is relaxing and of course ask for Ryan!!

Yes the people are nice and the atmosphere is great, but Ive never had my nails look so bad after just being done.. not to mention the nail tech skipped a bunch of steps because they started getting busy didnt even bother filing my nails after putting the acrylic on.. my nails are bumpy, uneven, & you can see the lines of the nail polish they just look absolutely horrible. I went here because they get really good stars but I think it really depends on the tech you get. I could have done a better job on my nails....

My younger sister and I went to this salon yesterday and it was a very poor experience. They treated us very badly and I was not happy with the results. The person who attended us could not or did not differentiate between our nail and our finger and filed it down, amongst other things. It was too high of a price for such poor treatment and results.

This place is very relaxing no loud conversations no rude workers very relaxing. is an awesome nail tech he has been doing my nails for 3years. Great Spa environment of your looking for relaxation away from the kids, husband or after a long day at work this is the place to be.

Let me say my nail were decent for the price point. My review is solely based on the customer service. When I first entered there was gentlemen standing right n front of me didnt even great me. I had to force a hello! Customers service is important in any business. I was rushed. And felt unwelcome. Wish I would of spent my money elsewhere.

I did not like my nails. They are horrible and over priced. Not shaped the way I wanted and all the nails are not the same as far as length plus very bumpy nothing is smooth. Do not recomend to go here.

First time visiting. I received a pedicure and a gel fill-in. Ryan did a very nice job on my nails. The lady(dont recall her name) did my pedicure and did a great job as well. There prices are more than what Im use to paying. I will definately go back.

Cute clean place, but the experience was terrible.The receptionist is rude and the staff seemed to have no sense of urgency to take the next guest. I waited with my feet in the water for about 15 minutes before someone came by to do my pedicure. Felt like once the guy got started, he rushed the process.

My first time at the salon was today. It was a busy day and there was a wait, but it was the most relaxing wait I have ever experienced at a nail salon! The salon is beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly and acknowledges every customer as they walk in warmly. Now, my nails...I came in for a full-acrylic set and they turned out great!! My Tec did a nice job and did not rush through to get to the next customer. I will definitly be coming back here for my future appointments.

I just had my first visit and I will definitely be returning. Everyone is so friendly and all of the technicians are very talented. Not only and I incredibly satisfied with the work they do, but thier customer service is even more wonderful! Ryan really helped in setting up a party of 9 ( for a upcoming wedding) for Mani and pedis. Every single one of the 9 enjoyed themselves and really loved the outcome of their work. Julie (?) The receptionist was soooo helpful in making sure everyone had what they needed and she is Soo friendly too. Thanks for making all us feel Soo relaxed and welcomed. You guys are incredible!!

Tried this place out since its right by my house. made an appt abt 5 hrs beforehand, got there, had to wait prob 10 mins still. (granted it was a friday evening, and very busy) i had to soak off my previous dip polish, while waiting for my tech to finish up someone else. soaked my nails WAY longer than it needed to be, but whatever. my nail tech (jimmy) started around 640ish(appt was at 6 & i was on time). i told them & showed a pic of what i wanted. bc ive never been here and its fairly new, i was nervous i wasnt gonna be pleased.SPOILER ALERT- i am VERY PLEASED. jimmy did exactly what i wanted, and shaped my nails PERFECTLY. i did gel overlay on my natural nails, white polish w/ chrome. bottom line, best of the best nails ive gotten. i hope they last, bc im in love. costed me $60, which is pretty avg id say. only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because i had to wait a very long time to get started. safe to say i found my new salon! next time ill book a few days ahead. jimmy is great. he said, show me any pic next time and i can do it. i believe him. customer service was awesome as well.

Made my friends actual finger bleed and when she showed them a design they said yes they could do they didnt even try! She wanted black base red splashes. All the guy did was black base and red completely over it! Didnt even apologize for injuring her. My nails are crooked and they wouldnt do a base coat for my blue sparkle nail. Wont be going back.
