Short version.......don’t do it.Longer version.....I read the reviews. Saw the negative but also saw the indoor storage. In my first conversation with Robert I kindly mentioned the poor reviews and he commented “when u do enough business you get bad reviews”. Some truth to that. Spoke to Robert twice the week leading up to storage time. Fortunately, I didn’t pay or go under contract so I was not exposed to the distress that other reviewers were. When the time came I couldn’t get a call back. Called three times a day for a few days. Scrambled to find storage that ended up being outdoors. Fingers crossed. You can tell a lot about a house from the front yard. In this case I’m certain I didn’t need to see the inside.

Buyer beware. I paid for indoor storage at a rate of $518 a month for more than 8 months. A little more than 3 months ago I received a notice that Florida RV Indoor Storage was changing their location and that I needed to move my vehicle or they could do it for me ASAP. Reached out to them no less than ten times over the next three months (understanding that Covid could be a reason) with no responses. I decided to drive by to check on the location. My RV was now outside of their abandoned storage area. They have relocated to Riviera. After calling the office and sending emails again after these two months on multiple occasions I did receive one response by Robert the owner that only said wassup, and one subsequent email stating oh yes your vehicle is outdoors correct, Keep in mind I had been paying for indoor storage. I then was able to have Drew one of their employees finally pick up the phone when I called from a friends phone (not a known number to them), who claimed to have no knowledge of anything that was going on as he was out of state. I informed them if they did not put my keys in my hand by the afternoon, I was contacting the local authorities. I again drove by my RV, which is essentially abandoned outdoors. This email moved the needle as I came across the owners brother who was there to move my vehicle which I had never given permission for. After a brief conversation where I demanded my keys and Tim his brother not only blowing snot rockets every two minutes and then becoming getting agressive with me stating he did not have my keys, I had to call the local authorities. Two sheriff department members from Lake Worth appeared. The brother said this has happened on multliple occasions. He would talk directly with the owner but would not put him on the phone. Tim promised to return at 1PM to give me my keys. Of Course, Tim was late by more than an hour and the keys were no where to be found. I called the police a second time and at least to Roberts credit promised to get a locksmith over to make a new set of keys. After asking Tim to please let me know when the RV was charged up (as they had not started it since they had abandoned it outdoors as cobwebs were all over it) Tim responds just pick up the RV. Usually when you entrust someone with your possessions and pay for it, they return it in the same manner. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Obviously know how to take advantage of the world of RVers. I did return to jumpstart my vehicle on my own. The owner also informed the officers he would refund me a month of $550 rent, which is also very cheap considering my RV was left outside and they kept an additional reservation deposit. I have disputed the charges on credit card but write this as do not have high expectations at all with this company. Proceed at your own peril. Also, be advised which I look back on now, when I first was dropping off my vehicle, there were attorneys and someone else outside asking me questions as they clearly had a problem with this company.

I called this company months in advance to arrange to store my class C RV here, and was told that I could call a week in advance to arrange my storage. I did this, but was not instructed to complete an application online. I searched for their online application on their website and completed it paying for first and last month storage. I made a follow-up call and spoke with “Drew” after I was unable to select adding power to my reservation. He said I could probably add that when dropping off my RV. I asked how to make an appointment for tomorrow and he said he thought there was an app for that. So, I found how to make a reservation to be let in to the facility on their website and made the appointment for the following day. I took a screenshot of the approved appointment time for my own confirmation. Upon arrival, no one was there to meet me. So I checked the website to find that my appointment had been changed to Sunday (a day they are NOT EVEN OPEN)! I called and once again spoke with Drew. He seemed confused that I had an appointment and he informed me that he was out of state, and that Lee and the 3rd owner were also unavailable until Tuesday- several days later. Realizing that this unreliability and limited flexibility was not going to work for me, I called again to cancel my contract. This time someone other than Drew answered- He rudely told me that he was sorry that I couldn’t figure out how to use the internet and then he hung up on me! THESE FOLKS ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and POORLY MANAGED....I found a reputable business ONLINE within a few minutes and parked my RV there... where I’ll have power and unlimited access. I suggest everyone else do the same because it’s got to be impossible to access your vehicle here!

The owner Robert is terrible to deal with. Irresponsible and completely undependable. On top of that just as I got my boat out of summer storage yesterday he and his storage business were in process of being evicted from the building (I saw the notice on the door from the Sheriffs office). All his unsuspecting customers who paid him up front had their vehicles removed. Many were not even in town to be able to pick their vehicles up. This guy is a class A jerk, what a terrible thing to do to people.

Florida Indoor stores a 33-foot inflatable commercial tour boat for us during hurricanes. Weve been with them about one year and are extremely pleased. Although the business has had to relocate a couple times, weve stuck with them. Ownership is on site during the day, and they allow access for cleaning, detailing + US Coast Guard inspection. Can definitely recommend Florida Indoor!

I dont usually take the time to write poor reviews but I dont want to see others experience this poor customer service. The focus at this place seems to be on them making you conform to their schedule. They damaged my van moving it and wont respond to my emails or instant messages. Ive had days go by with no response when I want to schedule a pick up or drop off. My batteries went dead because when they took it in they didnt shut off the main house power. Im happy to be out of there even though Ive moved to outdoor storage. When I tried to address the issues I got excuses and also was told Im not the only one thats unhappy with the service there. If you can go somewhere else, do it!

TERRIBLE business. Initial agreed dropoff, they did not show, and I had to leave my RV outside.WORSE - 2nd location: they had a fight with their landlord who threw them out. I had to (with 24 hrs notice) go and pick up my trailer FROM AN IMPOUND COMPANY, who charged ME several hundred dollars because they had negotiated these terms with the landlord. They had to check the title of everything in the warehouse and staff the warehouse with security etc. FIS did nothing to compensate me.DO NOT DO BUSINESSS WITH THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.IN RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY: This is not an uneducated opinion or something I was not involved in. This was MY experience with this company. On Jan 17 2018 we were notified by email we had to remove our RV from the property immediately. Every single trailer, car, boat, RV on the property had to pay to retrieve their vehicles. The towing co was given no records of ownership or cooperation so they had to verify ownership to ensure nobody took something they did not own, and they charged for the service. They were professional about it. FIS was not. As shown by their response, they dont take responsibility for anything. Its the landlords(Slumlord) fault, its the towing companys fault, its my fault.... As I said: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

This is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with .. I spoke to Joe, old guy who said he was one of the owners.. He told me to store my boat the price would be xx.. He said to go to the storage facility and there will be a contract there for me.. So I went there, and the guy there.. RUDE HORRIBLE excuse for a human said, Joe didnt tell me anyone was coming and I dont have time for this.. I said, is there a contract I can just sign, pay and leave. He said, I HAVE NO IDEA.. CALL JOE, I AM BUSY.. I asked if he was a owner, he said, YES and I dont have time for this.. I said you dont want my business.. He said, I dont care. He then said I should leave as he doesnt want to deal with this.. OMG.. This is ridiculous. How do you run a business like this.. Plus Joe said I would have full access to the indoor parking for my boat., when I got there the place is so ugly I would not keep a dingy there, let alone my new boat.. SO OVER IT>> HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.. DONT GO HERE...all in my opinion that is...
