I went by Public storage to review my options for a unit so that I can begin my move out process. I was scatter brained with no direction. Latycha was very thorough and patient with me. This lake worth public storage is great! I stored an RV overnight here for 4 months while I worked on it elsewhere during the day. The location is super conveniently located close to downtown Lake Worth and the staff is super friendly and helpful. This place has an app which allows you to open the gate from your car 6am-6pm.The 2 things preventing me from a 5 star review are that the parking was actually incredibly tight and on a skewed slope that was difficult to park in. Additionally I was really excited when they increased the access hours to 9pm, but this appeared to just be a glitch that they rolled back and apologized for. Please extend the access hours - 6pm is too early for a lot of storage uses and the glitch offering a “ray of hope” haha was a lie.Thanks!

With the exceptions, the staff is friendly and helpful. The gate hours are reasonable and they offer 24-hour access unit. Ive been able to handle my business, come and go as I please with little or no interference

Miserable facility. Possibly one of the worst. Gate is always unlocked and open to neighbourhood traffic, homeless people wondering in and out. facility is dirty and poorly maintained. Nonexistant management is never available. Your things are not safe at this location!

I booked my reservation online with no issues. Lawanda made sure to give me a courtesy call to introduce herself and welcome me to public storage. I arrived and she greeted me with a smile. She was so warm and welcoming. She drove me to my unit and gave me a tour of it. I never once felt uncomfortable. I had my daughter with me and she was so welcoming to her as well. Lawanda is absolutely amazing and I recommend everyone to visit her for your storage needs.

Was really impressed by the professionalism of the gentleman (Jarrett) that helped us out. We live in the Keys and were coming back up know the following week. We didnt want to drag or rv down and back up so we left it with Jarrett. He took really good care of us and even stayed a little later when we came to pick it up. That guys is customer service.

We have rented at this property on several occasions, employees are always very friendly and helpful. They always have the size room we need readily available. Property is always clean and well lit at night . Would recommend highly.

So many roaches. Clothes and everything filled with them. The Public Storage upper management is garbage. Roaches all over the house. Roach drippings all over everything that was in there. Dont use this place.
