I have been coming to Divine Nails since they opened. Now two of my friends also come as a result of seeing my nails. Roy was very meticulous and did an amazing job on my nails, the shape, color and length are all beautiful, perfect and even. Their pricing is also amazing and I will definitely be a regular here from now on.Update: it’s been a week and I’ve had 4 nails pop off and the rest are lifting at the base, I also realized after writing this that the nails weren’t as perfect as I thought. He left wide gaps on both sides of my nails unpainted, I don’t know if it was to make my nails look thinner but it just doesn’t look great. Very dissatisfied that I’ve already lost so many nails, I don’t do anything strenuous with my hands aside from dishes. I’ve had other nails last 3-4 weeks. I will not be returning.

I have been coming to this shop for almost a year. In the beginning, the service was amazing and very professional.Recently, service has unapologetically diminished and its unfortunate I have to share this negative rating. The reason Im providing this unfavorable feedback is for the following:Communication- if I ask to come later and you agree for a later time- there is no reason I should have to wait an additional 45 minutes to get my nails started. If this does happen, a courteous apology and offer of a beverage would be nice. Nothing!Nail removal- I have tips that needed to be updated. Roy did not ever want to soak my nails off. Instead, he chose to rip them off with a nail tool or take another tip and try to ram it up. Not only was this painful, but damaged my nails. I complained about it each time and he continued to do it. The proper way to take tips off while preventing nail damage is to soak off with acetone. Roy never took the time to do this...even though I suggested countless times. He did not care.The shop can not run with only one person doing nails on a Saturday. Folks have busy schedules and make appointments so they can plan their day accordingly. The disregard for the time of customers, without an apology is unprofessional.Also, my nails would break frequently with a need for me to come in and have it fixed constantly.I will not return to this shop or refer anyone to come here.Oh last thing- when I first walked in I asked for water, Roy was on his way to get it and said later...not to me but to the worker behind him. After a few mins, I said what happened to the water? The girl in the back heard me and turned around to bring it to me and mumbled he is busy. Nice- I will take my business and well valued time elsewhere.

I visited Divine Nails for the first time today. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The facility was very clean and all the clientele seemed to be really enjoying themselves. I chose a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. Both services were delightful and I think the gel manicure is the best Ive ever gotten - my nails look so pretty! I really enjoyed my visit and I will absolutely go back again. I highly recommend Divine Nails!

I love going here its so relaxing and clean, and they play good music. They always take their time doing my nails and they always look beautiful. I usually get a fill and pedicure gel set. Their pedicures are so relaxing. They are by far the best nail place in the area Ive been to thus far and its right by my daughters school and they always get me out just in time. Such fresh air compared to the other salons Ive visited in this area over the years.

I absolutely love my nails! They are busy so I highly recommend you book before you come. I visited for the first time today and even with booking ahead of time I had to wait a little. I have been to Devine twice now and have been pleased both times. They are extremely clean and super friendly. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and toes. Holly and Roy are by far the best! Kelly is really great too!! Hollys hands are pure magic for pedicures and Roy does an amazing job on manicures. The prices are a little bit higher than what you would expect in Sanford but, it is well worth it. I paid $69 for gel manicure and the Spa (upgraded) pedicure. Highly recommend!!

I went to Divine Nails today to get a dip manicure! I was looking for a salon who could do this without using a drill. Lee did my nails and he was extremely careful to keep the layers thin so that it would look natural. Lee got his training in California and is very astute at making dip manicures look natural and also he is an expert in not using a drill so your nails will not be damaged! I used Something Sweet to get a natural looking color, which Lee and the receptionist helped me choose out. I am very grateful to them for helping me select this color because it is perfect for a professional work place and also looks pretty for home and going out! I showed my friends and they are all jealous of how pretty my nails look now! I will definitely only let Lee touch my hands from now on. I was very nervous because other salons insisted on using a drill, but I refused to let anyone use a drill on my nails ever again. If you want a great dip manicure at a clean and friendly salon, this is the place for you! Thanks so much to Lee, the sweetheart, for being so much fun and doing the best job! Kelly fixed me up! Went to another place and they did a terrible job, cut my hands up and nails looked horrible. Came in really upset and Kelly did an amazing job fixing my nails. Took her time and made them look great. Will be coming back for sure. My new favorite nail spot.

Took my 10 year old to get a manicure and they did a subpar job. They hardly soaked her hands nothing else. Polish barley covered the whole nail and only had one coat. While she is a child we paid the same price as anyone else we should be treated the same and be provided the same service.

I loveee this place, will be coming here from now on, Kelly was amazing she knew exactly what I wanted and slayed it! They make you feel like your family and give you wine while you relax :), after a long day at work that is exactly what I needed!

This is such an incredible salon - my nails were a total wreck. I had taken off the tips because my previous nail tech put them on crooked and told me that it was because my fingers arent straight. What nonsense! I am so pleased I found Divine Nail Spa in Lake Mary. I felt totally pampered from the minute I walked in and heard the soothing music and was immediately greeted by a very pretty young woman. My nails look the best they have ever looked! I took a picture from a magazine of the shape and style I wanted and it was a perfect match. They even stayed a little late just to get it exactly how I wanted it. Took my daughter in for a walk-in and she was seen right away. She had a mani/pedi, first time, and we are happy with the results. The employees are pleasant and helpful, which is awesome. But, I think one employee should staff the front for the phone and guests that come in. In order to help all customers, that walked in or called, they had to stop helping their current customers.

I came in and had a pedicure. Susan was very nice and did an excellent job. The shop is very clean and the chair and products used were top notch. I will definitely use them in the future for sure.

I came here after I got off of work at 5 didn’t make it til 6:07 pm and they closed at 7 but they still took me and did my nails the dude (. Don’t know his name ) he welcome me nicely and did my nails even though it was passed 7 he did an amazing job he took his time he and the co workers are friendly I would definitely recommend this nail salon to other people and This is definitely my new nail salon I’m going to for now on I love it !!!

I was super excited about getting my eyelashes done (cluster). I probably couldve done these myself with how these looked for $40. I was also upset that yes I understand the glue will get stuck on my eyelashes but I dont understand whats the point of eye lash guards if youre just gonna cut off all my bottom lashes on the left eyw. My right eye was fine on the bottom but I didnt realize them until I left and it was super disappointing. She told me I could put mascara on them to fix them which is completely wrong, I tried it and all they are are black stubs. I definitely wont be coming back.

The owner is rude. when I asked her to do a certain shape she said she couldn’t do it which was weird. she was rude to me and my friend as well. My nails were different shapes on each nail. She wasn’t very nice when it came down to asking for what I wanted.I felt like she didn’t care about the service in general. she didn’t even smile or greet me when i walked in. very disappointed

I just moved to Lake Mary from Altamonte and saw this salon listed with great ratings, so I decided to check them out. I was greeted when I entered and was asked to pick a color and the wait would be about 20 mins for my pedicure and gel manicure. After almost 40 mins I was finally placed in the pedicure chair, thinking I was about to be taken care of and then after another 20 mins of my feet soaking and no one coming to start on me, I finally asked for a towel and left. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I was walk-in and they seemed short staffed but I felt like I was completely ignored and my services didn’t matter like those that were “regulars”.

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! I own a travel agency and have had mani/pedis all over the world. This salon stands among some of the best Ive had in 5 Star hotels and Spas. The atmosphere is very serene with Spa music playing in the background, much like you would find in a high end salon. The pedicure chairs are top of the line with massage features not found in other chairs. What makes this salon stand out is that they make their own scrubs. Nothing comes out of a packet here. You are given a menu of scrubs to choose from and the nail tech mixes them in the back using fresh ingredients. I chose cucumber so she went to the back and sliced cucumber, avacado and other fresh ingredients to make my scrub. It really makes a difference. It has been a week since my treatment and my legs are still silky smooth. The best part was the foot and leg massage. Since they were having a Grand Opening special with 30% off until Sept. 15th, I splurged and upgraded my pedicure. The massage itself was at least 1/2 hour. Best foot massage Ive ever had. My nail tech used to work in a 5 Star resort and it showed. The manicure was equally relaxing. The place is kept spotless. The owner is very visible and personable helping out with anything that needed to be done. I suggested they expand and include massages and facials. I will be recommending this salon to my honeymoon clients for their wedding day services as well as my friends. This is a hidden gem in Lake Mary. I am so glad I found this salon!
