We had a great experience here. Our nails turned out beautifully, our techs were friendly and attentive and caring. Prices are clearly and visibly listed and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience

When I came in, my hair was COMPLETELY FRIED from a very unprofessional stylist. I was worried I would have to get my hair completely chopped off!Christina looked at my hair and agreed I could stand to have a few inches cut, but she suggested a healing hair mask so I could save my length.When I left, my hair was soft, shiny, and looked much healthier. The cut is great too!Note: Hair color not done at this salon.

The service has really gone down hill. You are rushed from the moment you walk in, they didn’t even let me pick out the color and just RUSHED every aspect of the service. I got the most expensive pedicure, they didn’t even do my cuticles. Terrible terrible terrible. Polish was cakey, i walked in with better nails than when I left. Very disappointed. I even walked back in to ask them to fix it and they didn’t take off previous color they just tried to paint over the mistake, which made it look worse and even more cakey. Will not be back. This salon is not like it used to be. Sad.

I felt like my service was rushed, like they were trying to get me out of there, however there were no other customers waiting. The quality of work was very poor, no attention to detail. My cuticles were not cut, the top coat was done poorly and the ends of my nails were jagged, making them get caught on fabric and chip easily. If I am paying and tipping, I expect the service to be better.

I highly recommend this salon. I have been coming to this salon for over 2 years now. Its very neat, clean, and relaxing. Its not just a salon that does your nails; they have various other services that are offered inside their building. The owner of the nail salon is the best with SNS powder. She knows exactly what shes doing and doesnt take as long as other nail salons Ive visited. Whether its gel or SNS, they do an excellent job every time. And they dont charge as much as other nail salons in the area. Also, once youre inside the salon, youll notice down the hallway, theres various other individuals who offer services such as massage, waxing, hair, makeup, etc...For example, Christina Marks (Sweet Paradise Hair Salon), does my hair every few weeks. I get highlights, low lights, and hair cuts only from her. I have natural curly hair & shes the only one I trust with my hair now. She even did my hair for me and my entire wedding party for my wedding last November. I trusted her with my hair and the salon with my nails for my wedding day, and Im so glad I did! She not only great with hair, but she is very friendly and actually listens to what your concerns are before she starts cutting your hair. Nicely decorated and very clean establishment. Ive been coming her for quite a few years and have always had a great experience. A gel manicure and basic pedicure will run you $55 and includes a 5 minute shoulder massage and 5 minute foot massage before they take you in for your pedicure. The massage chairs work really well. Very relaxing! All the technicians are experienced and friendly. My favorite nail techs are Moon and Suki. They do beautiful work! I would highly recommend Sweet Paradise!

I have been going to sweet paradise for over year for pedicures and Im always happy. Im on my feet all day everyday and they feel wonderful everytime I leave. The ladies always take thier time and do a phenomenal job.

Aptly named!! The Best pedicures ever. They begin softly and sweetly by taking you to what seems a dimly lit velvet cave. Soothing. You recline and put your feet on a nice ottoman. From the back of it a little stool pulls out and the lady sits and does magical things to your feet and legs. Something kind of cold and then hot, smooth rocks. Sigh.Later a painless pedicure!!!

The pedicure service was great, but I was very disappointed that social distancing and mask policies were not enforced. They had 2 ladies come in, without masks, and talking about how thier feet hurt from walking through the airport. There were 3 chairs to my left and 5 chairs to my right. The ladies were seated right next to me, without a chair in between. In my opinion, this was very careless, in the middle of a pandemic.

Excellent job for my pedicure

Just had my usual gel manicure and basic pedicure ($50) and once again I am highly satisfied! Angel was my nail tech and she demonstrated great attention to detail. The gentleman that performed my shoulder and foot massage was excellent and the fact that its included at no additional charge is amazing! Sweet Paradise is the salon to go to!

This place is a hidden gem! A basic $25 pedicure comes with a quick shoulder massage, a foot massage and fantastic service! Also, the music is mellow and perfect as well. None of that whatever is on the radio stuff...I messed up one of my toes and came back to friendly faces and a helpful attitude! And a free fix... Side note: the nail polish is placed in order so you can see the shade differences(!!!) and find your shade should you need to redo a toe like me.I never leave reviews; this is my first one... This place deserves the rating and is worth a visit!

Worst manicure I have EVER gotten. From the moment I sat down it was clear that my nail tech only cared about getting me out of the chair as soon as possible. She repeatedly cut and filed my skin because she was rushing so much and my cuticles are scabbed up now. THEY DID NOT SANITIZE ANY OF THE TOOLS!!!!!! They didnt even use fresh towels or clean the table at all. I am disgusted. The shape of my acrylics came out blobby and crooked even after i repeatedly asked her to go back and fix them. Even the polish application was sloppy. Three nails broke off the next day from normal activity. I am repulsed and disgusted!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I visited this salon about a two weeks ago. Theyre Deluxe pedicure is to die for, hands down. I also got the SNS Dip done and I have to say I was not happy with them what so ever. I think the nail tech that worked on me is just learning how to do them. My cuticles were not trimmed the overall job was very bumpy and unfinished. I have been getting my nils done for many years and this visit was for sure a confusing first. I gotta say besides my toes looking like a million buck my hands did not. Once I was done I had to leave right away and I did not get the opportunity to voice my concerns. I called about two days later (new years day they were closed so I was unable to give them a call). I spoke to John, I believe he is the receptionist. He was Fantastic, he was very sympathetic and understanding. He offered me to come back in and get them fixed at no charge. After going back in I walked out with hand that also looked like a million bucks. I gotta say this establishment takes customer service to the next level, Because of this I will always remain a customer for as long as I am in the area. Great job to the front desk and the wonderful nail tech who fixed nails!

I have visited Sweet Paradise Spa for years. The value added service that you will find here is the massage you receive with your pedi/mani! You wont find that level of service with any other nail salon!

It has been sometime since my last Pedi as I recently had a baby. I felt the nail professional should have taken the time to remove the extra cuticle instead of half doing it and then applying the nail polish which looked cakey. She did fix it after I brought it to her attention but cost me an additional 20 mins of my time when she could have done it correctly the first time. I won’t be back.

I took my wife Here for our anniversary. She loved it. Great price and outstanding service. Deluxe pedicures and massage were great.

Wonderful experience! Even includes a 15 min. shoulder and neck massage. Nails really last and reasonably priced.

The massage is nice, but the pedicure is rushed. If you go - ask for angel, she is so sweet and the only one that takes her time with you.
