Ive thought a lot about whether to post this or not, but I just wasnt happy with my service. My nail tech was Lisa, and for the entire appointment, she didnt talk to me. She was leaning over to see around me at who was coming in. She rushed through the appointment, wasnt really attentive to what she was doing, and almost forgot that I asked for an orange accent nail. She wasnt paying attention and dipped all of my fingers in the black. I wasnt happy already, so I didnt say anything and figured all black is fine. She realized she forgot the orange, used the orange for the last layer (even though it was all supposed to be orange), and forgot to seal it with a top coat. She rushed me off her table, and I sat with my MIL who came with me for 30 minutes while she finished her pedicure. We had gotten similar services and should have been done around the same time. When I got home, the orange glitter layer on my left hand peeled off like a sticker. I had to put my own top coat both fingers to make sure they didnt get any worse. She didnt even clean the edges of my fingers. My MIL had to help me with acetone to clean the edges. All in all, I was really disappointed because every other clients tech was engaged in their appointment, and mine rushed through my appointment to get to the next. After we left, I realized my MIL was offered refreshments and had great conversation. No one said anything to me. Might give it another shot with another tech, but Im not sure.Edit 8/28: Its been a week since the service, and no one has called. I even called the store to see if I could speak with someone, but Im told the manager, Danny, will call. At this point, Im just going to go somewhere else where my patronage is wanted.

I never leave reviews, but I’m so tired of taking a gamble every time I go to a nail salon. I got a full gel set with extremely simple nail design, and it cost $100. That is the most I’ve ever spent on my nails, and I’ve been getting these exact services for years. I was willing to spend it though as long as the quality was good. It’s been a few hours now, and the longer I live with the nails the more frustrated I am. First they are extremely thick which makes them significantly less functional. The gel polish doesn’t extend to the cuticle which will make the grow out evident faster. The tech didn’t properly match the sizing of the tips they used, and it’s left huge gaps on the sides of the nail that will look terrible as soon as it starts to grow out. Overall the quality is just not there. The staff was nice, but I would never again pay those prices for such low quality results. I would not recommend this salon.

When you come in the first thing you notice is the great atmosphere & the bar! This was my first time at this location due to the fact that I recently moved to the area 4 months ago. I was greeted with the warmest smiles. I came in with a specific inspiration photo & was given nothing but confidence and reassurance that I’d leave here getting exactly what I want. 1 hour later and my expectations have been BLOWN out of the water! My nail tech Max was patient, gentle & did an AMAZING job on my full set. Lastly but not least let’s not forget the full bar with a variety of options. This is literally a one stop shop. Want a day of pampering with Nails, Toes, waxing, hair & smooth margarita on the side? This is the place. The WHOLE staff was friendly and great from beginning to end. They’ve definitely gain a new client. Because I honestly don’t see myself going anywhere else. Thanks again guys!

I love the staff here, but unfortunately the overall service just isn’t doing it for me. No matter how many times I make a appointments, when I come in they still don’t have time for me and I feel like a work in, who can’t even get what I’m wanting because they are too busy. There should be a point where the customers who make appointments take priority over walk-ins. I’d even be willing to pay upon booking my appointment to ensure that when I walk in I’m not bumped because someone decided they wanted a last minute upgrade on their pedi and now my nails have to be something I’m settling for rather than what I was hoping, or a double customer pedi now is a single because a guy won’t do another guy’s pedicure? That’s ridiculous. If you’re short staffed, that’s fine… then do appointments only! Appointments should mean something, and not still wait around for 20+ minutes before someone is finally ready to either work on the service or break the bad news to you. I don’t want to have to go somewhere else but something has to give ….

I have been going to Tipsy for 6+ months. My experience each and every time has been amazing! My nails are always beautiful, whatever design I bring in the recreate it and usually comes out even better! Everyone is kind and professional and the price isn’t to bad especially for the quality of work. Thank you for always making me feel like my best!

I’ve been going to Tipsy Nails in Lake Mary for dip nails and gel pedicures since shortly after they opened. I’m a stickler for cleanliness in salons and the owners, Long and Van, do a superb job keeping the entire facility spotless. Their staff is well trained, very friendly and do their best to make you feel at home. Having a glass of wine or beer from their published list of offerings is also a lovely feature. I’ve used many of the salons in the Sanford/Lake Mary/Altamonte area over the years, and Tipsy Nails is undoubtedly the most consistent in offering the kind of service that’s important to me. I highly recommend them. (BTW, Long always did my nails and Kevin does great pedicures and listens to what you want. Van and Lilly are also wonderful!).

Stopped in here one day to have a nail fixed, several months ago. I have been a client ever since! I love that I get exactly what I want every time I come in. I love the conversations I have. I feel like it’s part of my family now. When I walk in it’s nothing but friendly hellos, hugs and how you doing!. And I love Jenny (my nail chickee) Lily and Van are also great! Van does the best microblading, she will always steer you in the most gorgeous direction! Sarah the receptionista is great, she always knows what you Need, when you need it!I even get my hair done here now! Tron is my stylist and again I get exactly what I want, an amazing style, lots of laughter and great conversation! My hair was in shambles and I finally made an appointment with him and BOOM! My hair had life and started growing again, I felt so beautiful and it’s in great shape now. I can’t go anywhere else! Especially when I can get everything done here! Seriously, these are some of my favorite people and all I did was need a nail fixed!Thank you Tipsy!

I really was excited to find this business and had a great experience when I went for a pedicure and dipping powder manicure. Tony was great. However on my day off I had to go back 3 days after because almost every one of my nails shattered. I was told it was an issue with the top coat so it was redone free of charge. Great. Until one of my nails wouldn’t dry. Was told it was an issue with oil in the bottle. Fine. I then sat for an additional hour as this was attempted to be fixed. During this time the fan to the right of me was clogged with a piece of paper towel and when removed a bunch of nail dust got all over me. This is gross as it was likely a build up of strangers nails. I’m really not one to complain but at this point I just wanted to leave as an hour and a half had now gone by and my nail still wouldn’t dry. Finally they did a coat with Gel and I was on my way. The manager confirmed it was dry and problem solved. Great. I was annoyed at this point but hungry and I could tell they were trying so I thanked them and left. Of course in the car on my way home I notice that the “issue nail” has lifted and the top coat has chipped off within 5 minutes of me leaving. I call, expecting something to be done because I was nothing but friendly and patient even though I took my time to fix their issue. Their solution. They offer me 10% off my next dip service. This to me is unacceptable, and just bad business - I would have maybe saved $5 tops. For all this trouble. It’s honestly kind of insulting that they thought this was a reasonable solution. Plus They lost a customer - I had all intentions of returning.As I go to see how much I paid, I remember something else- they asked me to pay via Venmo which I am pretty sure is illegal and honestly just sketchy.Would not recommend.

Really disappointing. I guess that the standard for Tipsy Nails Customer Service it’s poorly. I make an appointment every month, to get there and for Angel to already have someone in their chair. I work in the beauty industry and to see business focusing just on the quantity instead of the quality it’s really disappointing but what can you expect from all this franchise that explote Vietnamese people. I would never recommend tipsy lake Mary or tipsy nails salon.

Ethan is amazing! This is my third time getting my nails done by him and I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found him! My nails look PERFECT, I’m in and out in less time than any other salon, and he is always ready to do whatever I want to my nails! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Is the third time I go there for waxing my eyebrows and always end up taking their tweezers and cleaning them because they always miss hairs. why is so difficult, do frustrating

This was my first experience at Tipsy Salon in Lake Mary. I had Ethan as my nail technician. I appreciated his attention to detail while being very consistent and quick with my service. I got SNS dip and his filing was impeccable. I will definitely be back!

They take every precaution seriously for Covid-19. Van did a fabulous job on my nail designs and pedi. Shes so meticulous. My nails and toes last for weeks. Harley the hostess girl is always so friendly and sweet. Such an elegant place with great staff. Will come back to try their hair service.

Tron was excellent! Everyone loved my new hairstyle! Lily did my manicure, so perfect. Going back next month for color!! Excellent!

Came in to celebrate our anniversary. Me and hubby had 2 bottles of wine. Got their hot stone pedi and 20 mins leg massage was heavenly!!! Van and Jenny were our techs and they did an amazing job. The place is super clean and their staff literally disinfect their work stations after each client. Wow!

I started coming to Tipsy ever since they opened a few years ago and finally decided to review them. They are one of very very few salons in Lake Mary that actually care about the customers and can speak English fluently. The atmosphere is super fun with great music and happy staff. I have tried all the staff there and my favorites are Vanny Lily and Vi. Their work is guaranteed consistently. I never have to worry about coming back for any nail fix ever. I forgot to mention the discount for my bill and the manager gave it to me and my sister anyway. This is my family go to spot and we all live 45 mins away. The salon is spotless and up scale, customer service is exceptional and super friendly. Ask for Vanny Lily Vi. We never go anywhere else!!!!

Had an appointment here today 3/11 at 5:45 and my gf and I waited which is fine. Picked our color, then waiting more, which was still fine. Finally we are taken to the back pedicure chairs where we waited for another 15 min. Then the receptionist came back and apologized for the wait. Totally fine they were busy. She says someone will come back to help Kaila and I. Then a woman came to help Kaila. Her pedicure was finished before my technician came to me. Like what’s the point of an appointment. This isn’t even the first time this has happened to me here. When nail salons opened back up in the beginning of quartantine I came here for the first time. Kaila and I was the first appointment everyone, including my gf was helped before me. Not sure if this is a pattern at this location... not trying to call the race card but I’m black, Kaila is white. And this is the second time I was pretty much ignored. Def go to the winter park location the service is great!

Lily did amazing for me! I gave her creative license and she was so excited to create a custom look for me! I will definitely be back!

Tipsy Nails is my absolute favorite place to go to relax and be pampered. The environment is modern, clean, and comfortable, and they offer a wide variety of services. And who doesnt like a little bit of day drinking on your day off?! I make an appointment online every time so that I can get Ethan for my dip mani and gel pedi, and he always does a fantastic job. He can do a classic french dip with precision, or he can make custom fancy designs and shapes; whatever I feel like. I highly recommend Tipsy Nails and Ethan!

Received a haircut here about a month prior when purchased a sizable GC for my wife, and the haircut was pretty good. Today I scheduled an appointment online for a haircut. About 20 minutes later I received a call that the stylist had already left for the day and I’d need to come in next week.I understand the stylist left early and have no concerns with that fact, however, then update your availability on your site so customers don’t get a call after they’ve already left their home and left finding a solution while driving.

This is by far the best nail salon I have been to. I always do walk in appointments and they never have a problem taking me. Every technition I have had has done an amazing job! I wont go anywhere else! Highly recommend! I get dipped nails but my family gets gel and all of our nails turn out beautiful everytime.

I love to do get my nails done at this place but unfortunately even if you have an appointment you have to wait 15m or more before they call you go back ! They have to work in their wait times !!

The place is huge and is one of the prettiest salons in town. I am super happy with my pedicure and my hair treatment. Their staff is honest and respectful. I never felt rushed coming in here and their prices are not expensive at all! Was able to redeem my coupon from instagram so I saved even more. Never go anywhere else!!!!!

This is by far my favorite nail place. Since moving to Florida, I’ve tried so many nail spots and none of them compare to tipsy. You’re always greeted with a smile, everyone is always so nice and best of all they ALWAYS provide top of the line nail care. I’ve always left the shop in a better mood than when I walked in.

I went in and asked for a full set and was given gel polish with out even being asked if thats what I wanted. I didnt argue, wasnt a big deal, so I sat down and she started my nails (she was definitely new) the manager kept coming over to look at her work and she didnt even tell her anything when she saw my nails. She was also very rough with filing! I had to tell her stop twice. I was charged $70 for a full set medium length nail set. All my nails were UNEVEN and crooked. She also didnt shape my nails properly. I asked for coffin and I kid you not she favored the left sides of my nails and the right sides stayed straight. I had to shape my own nails & they still look horrible. I was planning on doing my wedding party there but I will not be doing so. Other then that, Staff was friendly, beautiful salon and Great alcohol bar. I had a mimosa (very good)

By far the worst pedicure Ive had! The water overflowed into my shoes, the massage feature of the chair was broken and the balls were sticking out into my back. There was no apology or discount. There was trash laying around, old coffee cups, water bottles, and napkins. Also, the pedicure I got for $66 was worse than a $25 pedicure anywhere else. I will never go here again!

I ABSOLUTELY love Tipsy Lake Mary, from the amazing and friendly staff, to the owner, to the hair stylist! I literally get my nails, pedicure and my hair done here and I wouldn’t have it any other way! They strive to please and to give you the exact looks you want whether it’s your nails or your hair!! Long does an amazing job that makes your nails last longer than 3 weeks! And Monique works miracles with my hair! Sarah is the sweetest receptionist and always happy to help! It’s like my mini getaway during the weekend!

This place is wonderful! I went for a pedicure. Made my appointment online from their website and walked in and sat right down. LOTS of colors of polish to choose from. Complimentary mimosa is a bonus! Massage chairs are great. Everything is brand new and clean. My nail tech was friendly and professional. The reason Ill become a regular here though is because of the owners. I emailed with a question on their services (website is still under construction) and she called me same day to talk to me through everything. That personal touch shows they care about their clients. Definitely check this place out!!

I give five stars to places that surprise me! Tipsy SalonBar surpasses expectations for similar goods and services at other salons. The place was pristine and did not smell of acrylic polymers. The air conditioning was great. The nail choice rack is really well thought out so it’s easy to choose your color and not just a random mix of colors piled into a rack. The pedicure chairs are all brand new and work! Music and tempoed colored lights create a really relaxing atmosphere and on top of that you can buy purchase a real drink while you are getting nails, hair, toes or waxing done. They are going to also add cool sculpting to their menu soon and prices seem to be consistent with other Florida salons. “Thumbs-up and props Tipsy SalonBar”

This is the best Tipsy around central Florida. I have been coming here for a couple of years after trying other salons. They are friendly fromthe minute you walk in the door. They will even help you pick a color that flatters your skin tone if you ask. The managers are courteous and professionals as well as everyone working there. I feel very comfortable here and wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. They also offer hair services and my daughter got her hair done for her senior prom that was exactly how she wanted it. The salon offers hair products to purchase and I was there yesterday and the manager took so much time explaining each one and then letting me decide what I wanted. I wanted to let everyone know what a great place this is because I witnessed a client there when I was there yesterday and she left a negative review. She was sitting beside me and I can attest that no one was rude to her. In fact they went out of their way to try and explain each step that they were doing. She told me when she sat down that she was nervous because she only goes to one salon and was unfamiliar with other salons. I wish she would have given them a chance as she would have been a happy customer at the end result. Thanks for reading.

My friend and I both got pedicures together and while I was getting mine done, my nail tech was filing my skin instead of my toe which resulted in me bleeding. As well as we noticed that the gel polish was bumpy and did not look right. We called and the manager wanted us to come in to get them fixed instead of giving us a discount or something. I am very very dissatisfied and will not be returning to this establishment.

Been here numerous times and they can do great fun nail designs!!! Hands down the best salon in town. They are clean and professional. For COVID, you have to sign the waiver, temp check and wash hands. They constantly disinfect and clean everything after each client! Book for Vanny, she will never disappoint you. Shes super talented and sweet. I got my dip done by a guy tech there a few times that also does a lot of crazy designs but his skills are mediocre and i felt rushed everytime!! So i tried Vanny and let her free hand for me. I left with a freaking awesome 3D flowers on my ombre dip and she took the time to do my nails. I cant wait to come back and challenge her more. I have tried multiple techs at this location thinking maybe the lack of professionalism was isolated to one nail tech but that was NOT the case at all. The nail techs are pushy and give you an attitude if you are requesting something maybe they do not want to do.I’ve also noticed the owners have not responded to a single review which means to me they simply do not care about their customers or the experience they are providing, which now makes sense why the nail techs are just as rude as the owners.The salon IS beautiful, and is in a super convenient location but they will NOT get my business again or referrals. My suggestion to anyone reading this review, take your money elsewhere!

Tipsy nail salon in lake Mary is the best salon I’ve ever been to, because not only do they have amazing nail technicians but they have very experienced hairstylists as well. I love that this is a one stop shop and I don’t have to book my hair and nail appointment in two different places. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle free environment. They truly care about you leaving happy and looking even more beautiful than when you first walked in.

Great place with great atmosphere and super friendly staff! Cindy did a great job on my nails and Sarah at the front was so attentive and friendly! There was another client there who had a problem (not really sure what) but was being very disruptive and kind of rude and I thought the manager handled the situation really well! It was a really positive experience and I would absolutely return!

I am new to the salon and carefully read all reviews before stepping my foot here. I just wanted to say the owners and staff are the most professional people I have ever met. Don’t let other people’s personal feelings and their negativity affect you. This place is truly wonderful. Hoesntly, I wasnt going to come in at first due to some very negative comments but super happy I did it anyway!!! I will definitely come back to get my hair done next time.

I had my hands done with gel and they said it would last until almost 4 weeks. After almost one week the gel started to pull out. So I went to request if they could fix it, but they refused to do it.

This place was great! Friendly staff. The manager took the time to explain the difference between gel and dip and why one would prefer one over the other. David did a great job, detailed and meticulous. I would highly recommend.

I love this place so much! I have tried so many different nail salons all over Lake Mary and Sanford I was driving by and I saw a new salon opened up and I wanted to try it out. I walked in and was welcomed in by the front of house they were so nice and so sweet they even helped me pick out a nail color cause I couldn’t decide offered me a drink. The guy who did my nails did so amazing I was blown away by the results and I will never go to any other place again. It’s also extremely beautiful in there and they offer lots of different things.

I have gotten my nails for years and I’m paying for A service so i should have it done how i want. Oh can’t forget he said “do you even want pink and white?” Just because i asked for a lighter more neutral pink and i wanted my white thinner

First experience was great. Second time going, I waited over half hour after repeatedly telling them I needed to leave at a certain time for work. They kept telling me it wasnt a problem and the tech was almost done. (I was already in the chair so couldnt just walk out.) Had to stop midway through pedicure to leave. Waste of time and money.

This nail salon is absolutely beautiful, the staff are friendly and and atmosphere is clean, chill, and relaxing. It was my first time at Tipsy and I was a walk in, the nice lady that did my acrylics with gel did an amazing job and I will be returning for sure.

I’ve always gone somewhere else to get my nails done and never felt comfortable. The staff here is so nice and funny! The services they offer are great and they are quick to seat and take time to get the quality you’re looking for! Will keep coming back!

My friend and I were very impressed when we first walked in. We were greeted immediately and shown to our chairs. After that is when things went down hill. They offer 3 wines in which the first glass is complimentary. I do not like any of the three offered and asked if I could have a glass of something else and got a flat out No. I have been to several nail bars where you got a complimentary drink of your choice (wine, liquor or beer). The pedicures themselves were mediocre at best and the technicians were not personable at all. They did not speak to either of us. Also, as I was getting my service the tech noticed the callus on the bottom of my foot she visibly grimaced which made me very uncomfortable. I

They do not care about anything. They just want your money. Dont think because some people cannot understand you when you speak your native language some people actually can.Do not talk about anyone period.

This place is dirty. You do not dip someones finger in dip powder, you have your tool do it. This is unsanitary and from a medical perspective you can get sued if someone catches something this way. If a person has a cut and this person carries a disease this will be passed on to the next person. As for the pedi. chairs they are okay. The old water gets mixed into the new water even if you put the plastic protector down. I have seen tablets dropped into the bowl before to clean them. AND judging from the other negative reviews this place is a ZERO.

Horrible horrible service. Please do not waste your hard earned money. There are wayyyy better places in the area where your business will matter. Went for basic pedicure and manicure with my friend. The service was very rushed and tech was indifferent. I am not used to this as service at other places is great! I watched other people getting good service and wondered why I was not. My friend waited for her service and other people that came in were placed ahead of her! There may be a couple of techs there that are good with customers but the rest do not care. Please get your techs some customer service training!! Highly important for a business!! The place is beautiful but service is horrible. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere where you will feel relaxed and your business will be appreciated!! First time there and will not be returning!!

Quoted my mom and i 20 min to get serviced. An hour later mom is having her pedicure and im just sitting here waiting on literally anyone available.Bad business to quote short times to get us in the door and not deliver on the quote. We planned to get pedis together....nope. just wasted time.Wouldnt have walked in the door if i knew i would be waiting 3-4x the quoted time.

Great services. Awesome people and you are able to have a cocktail while theyre doing your mani and pedi. Also, they have hair dresses. I highly recommend this place. You wont be disappointed.

This is long overdue but I finally had enough that I am writing now. At first I loved this place and was constantly going there for my nails and pedis especially since it’s right up the street from my work. I stopped going for the simple fact that they turned extremely rude and over charged me constantly. I stopped going for a while and when I came back in to get a pedicure with Dama (who no longer works there and I don’t blame her) they were upset that I got my nails done elsewhere and talked about it in front of me. After that experience I officially left. From someone who also works in the cosmetics industry, I do not recommend this place solely on the fact that they are not about their clients, it’s about the money. I advise you guys take your business elsewhere.

One of a kind! Have been coming since they open and truly happiness every single time. Their professionalism is top of the line. Love the way Van did my nails and Tony did my toes. TOTAL RELAXATION!!! Everybody always has the happiest smiles on their faces and u know they love what they do. I can only come afterwork and sometimes theres a little wait, they always manage to take good care of me. I dont ever write review but they SOOO deserve 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Love them!!!

Not impressed with the service I received and so overpriced

Have tried this place twice. Purely out of convenience both times because my usual spot was busy. The first time I had asked to do a removal of my old set and to get a brand new set of ombré nails. I spent over $70 which I thought was pricey but the tech did a nice job and I justified it on the removal costing extra, so I bit my tongue. The next time I asked for a new set of ombré again and it came out to almost the same price. Again I was shocked at the price and when I asked what I was being charged for she said it was for the extension, the shape, the dip ombré style, and the shiny top coat. This place is way too overpriced and charge for every little thing to run up your bill as much as possible. I also ask for a square shape (But “not too boxy”) and each time they try to give me coffin and I tell them no but they still put the charge for shape? I have left both times spending way more than what I’m told over the phone. Bottom line, my go to spot does a way better job for $50 for the exact same thing. Sad to say, but you lost a customer.

What a great experience! The nail techs who did our pedis were soooo nice and professional...not like other places...the inside of their salon is absolutely gorgeous...and the bathroom was clean! We will be back again!

Do NOT reccommend this place. Gave this place two chances. Both times had nail techs basically ignore what I want. One told me he didn’t like the shape and color I liked. The other chuckled when I said I didn’t like the shape he was doing. Went back the same day to get them fixed and was horrified that it was not dealt with the way I expected. My friends talked this place up and I was so excited about going because it was close to home. Guess it is worth driving a little further to get what you pay for.

EDIT: AND TODAY MY NAIL BROKE JUST TYPING AT WORK...The glass of wine I had was free. I went with friends and was placed no where near them. We had a reservation too, its not like they werent expecting us. There were only a couple other clients so its not like there wasnt any room.The tech messed up my nails so badly. I got acrylics which took forever for him to apply. Theyre uneven and the nail of the middle finger of my right hand has a huge dip where there is barely any acrylic. He didnt even completely take off my old polish. You can still see it. My cuticles are red and raw from where he went over them several times with the Dremel.

The staff was very nice and informative! They were very attentive to our needs. We came as a group and they kept us together and we had a great experience

The salon is amazing! I have been coming here for almost a year and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, especially the manager, Van! They all truly care about their clients!

My friend and I went to Tipsy for a pedicure. We walked in and said we wanted our toes painted. The lady at the desk wasn’t even that nice. We sat down not knowing we were just getting a polish because usually when you say you want your toes painted you get the whole package like a regular salon. While they were prepping our feet my friend asked for them to cut her toes and the lady told her she’d have to upgrade to the pedicure for her to cut her toe nails. They finished painting our toes in 10 minutes and stared at us for sitting in the massage chairs for a little more time. We wound up paying $12 just for the polish and nothing else. They should tell you the price and if there are any upgrades/price changes prior to sitting you down in a chair. The staff was rude and it was very loud. Definitely won’t be going back again.

I was told that this was one of the best places to go to, so I did some research, and I loved what Id seen. They seem like they do a really amazing job so I went to check it out, but my experience was not a good one. When I arrived, I was not acknowledged, the woman at the front looked at me and frowned. So I sat and waited over an hour and a half after checking in. There were about 4 or 5 other ladies who arrived after I did, as soon as they walked in, they were immediately greeted, and asked if they would like anything to drink. Not once did anyone approach me. So I got up and left. It was definitely a memorable experience that left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Loved it! Such a relaxing environment. They did a wonderful job and took their time! It was so relaxing and the staff was so friendly!

I have been going to Tipsy of Lake Mary since I moved here in December. My nails have never looked better & are longer & stronger than ever! For a real treat, I will go for my favorite Piña Colada pedicure! The staff is fun & always ready to accommodate. I highly recommend this fantastic salonbar!!

You might not know but Tipsy has a Hair Stylist on board, Michele is great, she did a great job with my hair, she is very knowledgeable and knows her colors. She gives the best haircuts and my hair grew back so nice and quickly. She is a very sweet girl and always listens to your needs. If you are looking for a permanent hair stylist look no more..book with Michele.Also, if you want the best pedicure ever book with Nasi, the best experience ever. She is very nice, knowledgeable and takes her time. The job was done nicely & neatly...If you want a great pedicure experience ask for Nasi. Great place!

A friend and I made appointments, I had one for a pedicure and she had one for a manicure. The receptionist told us to sign in and let us know there was a 15-20 min wait even though we had appts. She didn’t offer a drink or even for us to pick a color, she seemed frazzled and didn’t know what she was doing. After we stood awkwardly waiting she comes up and tells me to have a seat but my friend still has to wait. So my friend sits with me, after 30 mins pass by the guy that was doing my nails stops the same receptionist that checked us in and says politely “She’s still waiting for her nails” and the receptionist snaps at him saying “I know she’s going to have to wait!” I could tell he was taken aback, and so were we! About 10 more mins pass and at this point he is about done with my pedicure, my friend is still waiting. Finally the same receptionist comes back around and says to my friend that she’s next. She declines getting her nails done at this point. The whole experience was unpleasant and awkward. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great place! Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Nails turned out great! Will definitely be going back.
