The staff is so very kind and accommodating! They were able to get me in immediately and I was treated very well. The dentist himself was absolutely wonderful. Expressed concern and empathy for the pain I was in and took care of me asap and didnt even hurt me! Lol! So happy I chose this place! Full of wonderful people!

I had to switch to a new dentist due to an insurance change. Burch Dental made it very easy! I was able to complete all forms online before arriving. As someone who has difficulty with anesthetics, I was hesitant to have anything done here after a lifetime of traumatizing dental experiences. To say I feel lucky that I found Dr. Padron would be an understatement. He has been a true blessing by providing specialized care designed just for me. I had a very sensitive tooth on my lower right side that I could not brush or drink anything cold and the hygienist put a sealant on the root. It feels soooo much better!

Im editing my previous review, when I initially contacted them they did get me in quickly as a new patient, which is great, but then set me up for a cleaning when I strongly expressed to them I need my tooth extracted due to severe pain, like that shouldve been the main focus area and not a cleaning to tack on extra fees to my bill, and then when i tried setting up another appointment to have the tooth extracted, they were unable to get me in till 3 weeks later...way to get people in the door, and then turn around and make them wait to get the needed appointment to extract the tooth and tack on a bunch of extra fees Burch Dental...Very disappointing.

Loved having Rachel clean my teeth! She was super gentle and my daughter loves coming to the dentist, too. Even wants to be a dentist when she grows up! Thanks for the Excellent service Burch Dental!

I am a highly anxious dental client with a dental trauma history. At this office all the staff are friendly and courteous and caring. They smile when they greet me and adapt to my unpredictable mood which improves as my anxiety decreases. Arianna deserves a raise for being the first to greet me with a smile. She gives very thorough discharge instructions. Amanda who gave me the anesthetic worked quickly and competently. Dr Padron delivered what he promised a procedure without pain. They were all very patient with me. In a previous previous visit when the sidewalk was icy and filled with snow they even assisted me to the car to help prevent falling. I highly recommend this facility and staff to people who have dental anxiety. Hats off!

This place is excellent. The staff here are very welcoming and friendly. I walked in here embarrassed of my smile. And afterwards I was excited to smile again. Every time I got work done I didn’t feel any pain. They made sure I was nice and numb. Even a few days afterwards I was in no need for medication. Dr. Pardon is very careful and particular when doing a procedure and I have the up most respect for him and his crew. I highly recommend his services.

Went in last week for the very first time, was quoted 80$ for a general cleaning; went in for that cleaning today and they told me the last hygienist i saw didn’t do her job well enough, there’s some more work they need to do, and it’s actually going to be a 500$ procedure but they can’t do it until next week... so now i’ve wasted two hours of my time waiting for them to figure out what they need to do, not super happy about it

I have been going to Burch Dental for over a year now. I have had a couple crowns replaced as well as a bridge. Every time I have gone there all staff has been welcoming, they always seem so happy. There is laughter and communication, their atmosphere is wonderful. As for the Dental work, I am very pleased. I would post zero stars if I could. I typically do not leave these kinds of reviews but I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at Burch Dental on N Main St. I called and scheduled an appointment for a regular cleaning and turns out I got a whole other service done without my consent. They made me pay $110 dollars for a service that I did not ask for. I have dental insurance that covers 2 regular cleanings at 100%. After talking to the receptionist about the miscommunication she basically did nothing. I am honestly furious. If a client ask for a cleaning a cleaning is what the client should receive. I’m sorry to say they have lost a customer and I will definitely not be recommending.

I had a lot of pain from a wisdom tooth, and they got me in quickly. Reception was sweet and helpful, and so were the assistants. The Doctor came in and said how he would take it out as it wasn’t infected and literally two minutes (after waiting a few for the numbing gel to kick in) was all it took for him to get it out. They made sure I was comfortable and I left not feeling all drugged up, and able to go back and have a relaxed day.

Everyone at North Main office was easy to talk with, eager to answer my questions and the whole place seems designed to make you feel unique and comfortable, not impersonal and just another patient.
