Do NOT get your nails done here. I had dip nails done for the first time here. The man who did them did a terrible job. I tried telling him during the ordeal that it wasn’t right and he told me he wasn’t finished yet. By the time he finished I had to leave, I couldn’t wait there to complain. I planned to go back the next day. I went back the next day and told the owner (guy at the front). He told me I should have told him yesterday, I should have told him right away. He tried to make me wait for the same guy to fix them. I said no, he isn’t touching my nails again. So the owner sat me at a dirty/used work station. He used the sander to get to work on getting the dip off and he kept hitting my skin. After him (owner) hitting my skin AT LEAST 8-10 times I was holding back tears, I felt he had to be doing this on purpose. I waited for him to take all the dip off and I left. This salon does not care about quality of work or customer satisfaction. I paid $46 and wasted collectively 3 hours for the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had.

This was my first time going to this nail spa and I am beyond happy I did. I called and booked an appointment when I arrived I was seated right away. I had my nails done by Michael he was so kind and helpful, he even worked with me to come up with exactly what I wanted my nails to look like. He made me laugh and smile the whole time, my nails are the best Ive ever had he really took his time. I cant wait to go back and get them done again, I will be getting my feet done next time too. ♥ Call and make an appointment it helps to not have to wait and be sure to ask for Michael he really is the best nail tech!

The guy who did my manicure was so gentle and took his time. He listened to what I wanted and did it perfect. They lasted for a month before I needed to get them refilled. Will definitely be going back. Pedicure was ok but was overpriced to me.

Tiffany did fabulous work... from deluxe pedi to fill and American style gel. Wish I had a salon like this near me!

My friend and I came to this location instead of the one in Moss Bluff. We had a much better experience and show of professionalism at this one.

This is specific for the owner of the salon. I never leave a review for any service I’ve been getting, but I decided to speak up for what I experienced today at your salon. Firstly, I used to do nails for 8 years before I switched to another career. I came to LC for a business trip and needed a gel polish change. The lady who did my nails did a horrible job. She drilled the polish out of my REAL nails instead of soaking and wrapping them with alcohol cotton balls. It hurt my nail beds and made them so thin. Secondly, when I requested her to stop drilling my nails, she didn’t stop it. She even drilled on my cuticles multiple times. Thirdly, she polished over my cuticles. When I was checking out, I asked the owner to look at my nails. All I needed was an apology. I just wanted him to know that his technician didn’t provide an acceptable service. Instead of apologizing, he said my nails were completely fine with a smirk. I felt very disrespected and disappointed. I highly recommend the owner to take this review seriously so there won’t be anyone that will be treated the way I was treated today. Thank you.

The service was impeccable. Hannah did my beautiful ombré names and Mannie did my deluxe pedicure, which is VERY worth the money. This is my second salon here in Lake Charles and I will not be going anywhere else. Great service, people and beautiful atmosphere. Plus Ultimate is open on Sunday’s, which is huge!

I got a manicure with French tips and shellac on my real nails and it was cute, but he rushed and left the tips of my nail clear. He redid them but if he just would have taken his time they would have been perfect.

I have been coming here for eyebrows and mani/pedis for years! I have never had a complaint about anyone. They take care of me every time! Highly recommend 😁

Nail tech was more worried about the wrestling match on tv than about my nails. Every visit I spend from $75-100 for both my nails and feet. The employee that gave me a pedicure did not know what to do. It is safe to say I’ll never visit this establishment again.

Very rude customer service. I walked in to a grown man giving all his attention to 3 young teenagers. I simply wanted a lip wax. He tried to have me sit in the back and wait and I told him to give me a wait time. Eventually he did and I didnt have to wait long to get the wax, which is the only reason they get 2 stars. The lady who did it didnt seem to care or asked if I liked it. She just did it and left the room. I actually had to ask for a napkin to wipe off the excess wax and oil from my upper lip area. I went to pay and I patiently waited until the guy in the front was done with the customer in front of me then he looks at me and says 5 dolla I said ok, he said it again and i said well I was going to pay once you were done with the customer in front of me he said naw, she good, she ok, 5 dolla. I gave him his 5 and walked out. Its wasnt because i was black because all the customers were black but because i looked a little more hood because of my sweats and sweatshirt does not mean that i should be treated any less of a person or customer. I will never return back here.

I went in yesterday the person who did my nails and feet was really nice but I wish he would’ve put another coat of black before he put the matte and I also thing they over charged me my toes where suppose to be $38 dollar I didn’t get to see how much my nails where going to cost but they shouldn’t have been much higher then my feet and I got my mother and my eye brows done how did my total come to $114?

Been getting my nails done @ Ultimate Nails Salon for about 6 months now and always leave very satisfied!!

I feel like they over charged me for fake nails, and french tips was 110 dollars. They do good work but they are just too high and I feel like they make up the prices. I paid but just know that Im not coming back, because what I got should have been way less than 110 dollars maybe like 65 70 dollars

Tiffany does my nails and brows. I first meet her at avalon nail shop. When I found out that she ultimate nails I was very excited. Everyone there is very friendly.

Arrived for a pedicure and full set. The pedicurist was great. However, the nail tech that I was assigned to was horrible! She was asleep and slobbering when I was brought to her booth. She rushed through the service; leaving the edges of my nails unkempt. She complained that I wanted to dry the gel polish a bit longer saying she knew what was best (despite the fact that I had just touched them and left a fingerprint). To keep it fair, the owner did try to rectify the situation, but I was too disgusted to stay any longer.

We had the best service ever, even after a a few color changes, and very quick and resonable

The owner (Kie) of this establishment is very rude and highly unprofessional. They do amazing work however it comes with a hefty cost. The time that you wait can be up to a total of 5 hours before getting out of this establishment. If you have other options I would strongly advise you go there instead of here.

Recently made a trip there with two young girls and my mother-in-law. Excellent service and there were able to get us all in at one time.

The workers there are very nice. The atmosphere there is very relaxing.

Walked in at opening time to get a color change only for my toenails. 20 minutes later, I was told sorry, our employees are late for work. Another 15 minute wait and it appeared as though employees were arguing over who would take what customer (5 people waiting and 2 others had left while waiting). Left with a poor paint job and almost an hour wasted. Wont return. They dont value business or time for others.

Used to be my favorite place for mani/pedi shellac. Since they moved into their new location, the prices have gone up and the service level dropped all the way down. They rush everything and my shellac comes off within 2 to 3 days. I have lived in Houston and New York and dont mind payingfor good service but this is terrible. The new techs are not worth the money you pay. John and Hannah are the only two left that I recognize. John always does an amazing job but hes usually busy when I get there. I recently found Kelvin and Lilly, two of their former employees. Kelvin treats you like royalty! You can find him at 2235 Maplewood @Model Nail Spa in Sulphur. Its worth the trip...excellent service and fair prices!(I gave 2 stars for John only)

Employees are rude and unprofessional. Their actitud sucks because the are in rush for production leaving quality and service off the table. I told the respetionst, who was kind and cool, the impression i got about the employees. He apoologize but it wasnt his fault. Overall, i walked away without service and im taking my bussines somewhere else.

Way over priced! 50 for ombre nails then she wanted to charge 25 to change the color on my toes for a french tip. Then it went to 20 then as I was leaving it was $12. Guess they make up prices as they go.
