Ive been coming here for a year and a half by myself and the work is usually good but it seems like the quality has been steadily declining and the choice has been made for speed over quality. My nails literally broke the same day as a result of over filing and my eyebrows have no curve. My friend was left without a clear coat or even having his nails cut just scratch covered filed down nails as they rushed to the customer. I will not be returning as I like having nails.

Omg I loved my experience and everything about it!! Water was very hot like I like it! Almost burnt and to the average person probably would be too hot but I love it hot! I have very rough feet! Yes I’m a man! The service, the way we were treated was so amazing! We came from Texas and our usual spot we go too left us a very bad experience last two times in Texas so even though we only came to gamble we decided to get our feet done! It was well worth it!! So amazing!!

I showed my tech a picture and she gave me EXACTLY what was shown!! service was amazing. she kept very light and comfortable conversation and made sure i liked what she was doing at every stage. 10/10

The place is nice. Short wait. I showed the technician a inspiration photo of a set of nails. They are all plain and one has stripes on it. He immediately tells me NO he can’t do any designs.Okay, whatever, I’ll just get a plain color pink. He does my nails quickly. Fires my fingers and cuts my hands. My nails aren’t shaped correctly and they are all different lengths. One of my nails has already lifted completely off and it’s been FOUR DAYS. I will never go back. THIS WAS THE WORST place I’ve ever been.

Me and my mom went to get our toes done. Two men worked on us, we had no problem with that. We chose our colors and went on with they needed to do. For one they didnt use the right colors, they didnt clean out from under my moms toes at all, and they didnt paint her toes to cover her full nail on any of them, and was still charged in full even when we complained. The men were too busy looking around at whatever was going on in the store and done them in a rush. It was our first and last time goin. Do not recommend going to this place.

This was my 3rd time coming here and they’re amazing!! Super nice and welcoming, unlike other salons that make you feel like a burden. They seem to know almost everyone by name too. I went the first time with my friend and when I went back two weeks later they even asked me about her. I usually ask for Quinn but Sean did an excellent job today!! Also very reasonably priced.

Place was amazing and was treated like royalty definitely recommend. Feet and back was hurt hurting and the massage they gave me did justice.

Very gentle, they take their time and listen to what you want.

I absolutely love this place! I used to regularly go to a nail salon, but due to certain language I left. I have been trying to find a new home to get manicures & pedicures! They are so professional, so polite, & so sweet! When the group of women I went on cruise with decided to get manicures & pedicures for our cruise, we all went there & they love them! It has become all of our homes for our nails!

I’m a first timer at Qt nails and spa and everyone was super nice and friendly! Loved the way they did my pedi and dip nails.

Ok, so I would like to start by saying I do not like leaving bad reviews but I was left no choice. I went with a group of 3 and they first sat me in a broken chair without telling me and left me there for 10 minutes before telling me its broken, thats ok and I moved without issue. Well ended up getting my foot burned by the water after asking the lady to adjust the water. So I taped out by that point. My boyfriend received a burnt neck wrap and a very aggressive neck massage leaving him with brush burn, even tho he asked her to not massage as aggressively. Finally, my other friend the nail tech did not massage her feet at all and did not say anything once her service was done. The service was very poor, will not be returning.

I got may lashes, nails, an eyebrows done. The lashes are hard I didnt return to them for that. Loved my eyebrow wax! Was seated for my nails an thats too long to tell. But wont be back.

Thy did a fantastic job on my nails! Shellac refill/cut down. I will be back!

First off, this place is phenomenal. My niece and I scheduled appointments right when salons were allowed to open back up. We arrived about 30 minutes early and were taken in immediately after signing in. Our pedicures were great! They sat us down, gave us a menu to choose which services we wanted, gave us face masks and went after it. I didnt catch my pedocurists name but she was such a delight. Her massage technique was amazing and she definitely took her time. She was very considerate of asking me if the temperature of everything she used on me was okay.After my pedicure, I had a manicure by Xi. And she was lovely. Im not one to get manicures very often so Im not really sure what I was supposed to be doing to make her job easier but she was so patient with me. She never once got upset with me about my awkward hand poses and would gently guide me about what she needed me to do. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she matched it perfectly.13/10 would definitely recommend this place and will be going back.

Came in without an appointment and was seen fairly quickly even though they were busy. I got the pamper pedicure and it was amazing. My tech Ms. Ivy was sweet and professional. She asked about my comfort at every step of the way. I also watched her unwrap brand new tools and still sanitize them. Hands down, this was the most relaxing and professional pedicure Ive ever had!

QT nails is consistently great. They have a very friendly staff and the salon is always clean and peaceful. Always the best pink and white nails.

They are very friendly and professional. I didn’t have any issues but I watched them resolve another customer’s (minor) complaint so quickly and we’ll done. They are very customer service oriented and don’t just rush you to get to as many sets as they can like some nail salons. I like the variety of services they offer.

Went here for the first time and it was the best experience I’ve had in a month I’ve been in Lake Charles, LA. Nice nails done by Tony and the gentleman that greets you at the reception was super courteous, professional and very well mannered. I would highly recommend to anyone, you will be pleased without a doubt.

I am not from Lousiana. I came to Lake Charles to visit a friend and while I was here I needed to get a new acrylic set and have mine taken off. I read multiple reviews to decide I was coming to QT. The woman who did my nails I was told was named Thy (pronounced like the letter T). She was extremely careful and kept asking me if she was hurting me at any point while removing my old set. She was not only quick but she was efficient and almost perfect. I have been to many nail salons, and this is by far the BEST nail salon I have EVER been to. The owner was very nice and walked around making sure everyone was doing well. Not only was the service amazing but the nails are no question the MOST BEAUTIFUL set I have ever gotten done. I didn’t have to ask her to fix anything. If I could fly back to lousiana every 2 weeks to have my nails done at this salon, I would. 10/10 would recommend.

Based on the reviews I was excited to visit this salon for a manicure while in town for Christmas, but I had a really disappointing experience unfortunately.I was shuffled between 2 different nail techs, the first who seemed to be pretty sick and kept coughing and sniffling. After about 5 minutes she asked me to move to a different spot. My second tech was an older gentleman whose own nails were in pretty rough shape, dirty and jagged, and kept jabbing into my fingers while he tried to work. The station also seemed like it could use a thorough cleaning.He was struggling to get my existing polish off until he finally filed the gel off my nails pretty aggressively, bending one of my nails. Ouch. I ended up stopping him after it was off, just paying for a polish removal and leaving. I still have gel polish on my nails in some spots. Overall a really disappointing experience.

This place saved my wedding day nails! I went to get my nails done else where and they were horrible! Not at all what I wanted so I remember passing by QT nails and wanting to try them out, so I did and wow did they impress me! My nails came out better than I thought and they were super fast! I will be returning here when in lake Charles!

Hit or a miss. My first visit was amazing. My next two visits I got the same lady and both experiences were not good(I don’t know the woman’s name but she dresses kind of sloppy and doesn’t really look like the other ladies there). Today I went in hoping for a relaxing visit but left with an aching toe and feet that were half scrubbed. She massaged my legs for 30 seconds.. dried them off.. quickly painted my toes and sent me to sit down and dry. She rushed back to me because she realized she forgot to do my top coat. When she came back to do my top coat I asked if I could scrub my feet more because they needed it and that’s the whole reason I get my feet done. She said “no, you can do more at home.” She checked me out and when I only tipped her $1 she started shaking her head.. took my receipt and didn’t say have a good day.. thank you.. or anything. Don’t expect a good tip when you do a half way job. The pedicure I selected should have lasted 30 minutes. I looked back and checked my time and she was working on me for 15 minutes. Really disappointed and wish It was always like that first visit I had - I believe her name was Kim? That visit was amazing and if it were constantly like that this place would be 5 stars hands down, in my book.

I have never been soooo impressed with a nail place of business.The most friendly people, they talk to you & not just amongst themselves! The atmosphere made me feel @ home!I am big on customer service...and they made a very good first impression! Love it....they also did a good job on my nails!!

The worst costumer service Ive got in my time here in Lake Charles, one of the girls screamed at me for NO REASON to tell me to stop the chair and she was very rude all the time, this is the worst experience Ive had in a Nail Salon. I cant even remember her name but she was small, skinny and using glasses.

Rude people who work here. I had to tell the guy to use a base coat and toe separators. A woman came by to clean chairs while I was still sitting down and wiped the towel on my jacket and purse. I am not sure why this place has such high reviews.

They were great. I recived a refill and a paraffin wax pedicure. They were so sweet and courteous and took their time to make sure I was happy. I will definitely be going back.
