The woman who worked on my feet actually did a great job. But I came in for a simple mani pedi and it took over two hours. There were 3 staff members working on 6 + people switching back and forth between us all. I figured Tuesday morning I could get in a little relaxation but the stress of waiting so long totally undermined the benefits of the service they provided. I will never come back here again. The guy who was running things was very dismissive and they were generally inattentive. Like I said my pedicure was actually good but what a waste of my time. Never paying up front again because I would have simply walked out if they didn’t already have my money.

Everything was going great until I correct the owner on A crooked nail he got mad at me and told me “ that’s the best he could do” never once told anybody in there anything but continue getting bad service from everyone, I asked the owners wife a question and she annoy me and continue doing my feet after they finish my service they continue to talk about me in their language I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here because they are rude & are very sensitive and they cant take criticism, please grow up !

They do awesome work on your nails. Just needs more workers

I want to give this place zero stars but because you have to give one star in order to give a review they get one. I got my nails painted on yesterday 7/23/16. Today 7/ 24/16, I have posted pictures showing what my nails look like the next today. HORRIBLE!!!! I want my money back but I live in Fort Worth Texas and I was just in town for the weekend. I do not recommend this place to anyone, I guess when you pay cheap prices you certainly also get cheap work. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Ive been a long time customer of New York Nail Spa and they have excellent customer service and the staff is very friendly. The salon is very clean and hygienic. I highly recommend this salon.

Fast service. They didnt have the service I wanted but its on their menu. I wanted a deluxe spa pedicure and they gave me a basic pedicure.

If i could give this place zero stars I would. The most jankiest place i have ever been. They charge you just for sitting down in a pedicure chair to WAIT on a pedicure. They have horrible customer service, and dont know how to talk to people. Definitely won’t be going there again.

Initially, I like the refill I received. Until I went to do laundry 5 minutes away and a nail popped right off breaking my real nail. I returned to get the nail fixed and the only woman able to perform refills/full sets was rough and rushed me. She shove a tip between the freshly refilled acrylic and my nail to pop off the remaining acrylic, and despite my reaction letting her know she was hurting me, she still continued to be rough. Once the acrylic was off, she glued on a new tip and began applying a ridiculously thick amount of acrylic on without the required buffing to make your nail look natural. Now I have ONE bulky nail that doesn’t match the rest of my set. My nail isn’t even filed the same as my other nails. Last time supporting that shop.

Been looking for a great spot for 7 months and finally someone told me about this place. Love love love it. Great quality for a great price. I will be returning.

They were friendly, the store was clean and prices arent anything more from the usual. The only thing I didnt like was how rough they were on my fingers. 3 of my cuticles bled from the roughness of the woman. She also had to redo one of my nails in the end because she was rushing so much. I actually had to file down a few of my nails on the sides because she didnt shape correctly.

Ive always liked this spot because they are always very busy but they never rush or make you feel like you are unimportant.
