Recently came to this nail salon thinking it would be as professional as the diva nails in Houston, When i first walked in I wasn’t greeted properly, I waited for the service as a regular customer would, once I got seated the woman proceeded to do a pedicure and when I say this is far most worst pedicure I have ever serviced from any nail salon in my life, then we move to taking off the acrylic on my nails and the woman was so rough and filled too much of my nail down to the point my nail was hurting as a traveler I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I would say that this nail salon is a scam. Not to mention the way they made me feel so uncomfortable and they LOCKED THE DOOR when I was exiting to see if my $100 bill was real, yes I do think they did so because of the color of my skin I will never ever recommend this diva nails location to anyone I have learned my lesson.

Went in for acrylic names and came out with bleeding, unprofessional nails. First pic is what i wanted and second pic is what i can. It is not the right colors, i was bleeding, and there is air bubbles all in them.

This is by far the best salon I’ve used, in months. The employees were very friendly and made you feel as though you were there only customer. Excellent customer service! I will definitely use them again!

I decided to try Diva Nail Bar out after hearing great things about it, I got a full set and I am disappointed. The nail tech was very rough, nicked my cuticles multiple times, and slammed the UV light down on my fingers. I also had to ask for a top coat. Once my nails were done I had a thin layer of acrylic on my skin around my nails so I had to ask the nail tech for some cuticle oil while I was checking out so they would look a little nicer. The nails ended up looking kind of messy up close but they look good from far away I guess.

Nancy did great..there was some tension between her and other employees today but she did not let it affect her work.Will be booking with Nancy from now on

We called the day before to ensure they could accommodate our party of 3 for manicures and pedicures. We were able to walk right in at our appointment time. Service was a little slower than I expected but several large groups with no reservations came in right after us. Luckily we were in no rush and eventually got all our services completed.

This my first time here and all i gotta say is this place ain’t it. The man who did my toes was real nice but he didn’t even do the whole service. My sister had got her feet and nails done and they did hard too. They even made fun of her toes saying they long. When they did her nails they made her bleed, didn’t paint the tips AND they see through. Some of the people here are really nice but come on now, they kind of need to do better.

I have been to hundreds of nail shops over the years and Tommy at Diva Nails did an EXCELLENT job on my nails. He was extremely accommodating, even mixing me a custom color and making sure it was exactly what I wanted and did not charge to overcharge me. HIGHLY recommend them.

This was my first visit to Diva Nail Spa. It’s beautiful, clean, and the staff are very friendly. I had a pedicure and Dipped Nails services. The nail technician was very gentle. I will definitely be back. I live out of town but visit often to see family. Diva will be my new “go to” nail salon in town!

Told me they could do a design then when it was time to do it the tech did my design as if it was a child drawing I will never go back

This is not the place. I came because of the high reviews but they were very misleading. I would’ve given 1 star but my color is cute. Not only did I have to wait around a hour, my service was rushed. I’ve never had a nail tech stop my UV light so he could go to the next client. And cuticle care was terrible.

The man that did my pedicure was rude and hurt me at times. When I told him he was hurting me, he kept doing it any way. Pedicure was rushed as well.When I asked if he could help me put my flip flops on after he painted me nails to avoid messing up the polish, he told me he didn’t do that. When I explained that every place I’ve ever gone to helps with this, he said that I could go to those places then and then laughed. He finally put them on.The shop was very clean, but I won’t go again. Very strange customer interaction.

They always do a great job, very quick with shellac! Always in and out in under 30 minutes. And there shellac doesn’t peel, last for 3 weeks plus. Very satisfied customer.

I used to get my nail done at other nail shop in town but because they are too busy today and they take walk in only (Christmas time) so I don’t want to wait 2 hours there, I walked in Diva.They took me in right away. My nail technician name Vy took good care of my nail. She filed beautiful oval shape and get me stunting red dipping powder.I was offer complimentary coke and water.I will be back!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating! And with the miracles they work on my feet, they also do good work. Definitely recommend.

I wish that I had found this place sooner! Danny was my technician, his attention to detail was outstanding and the results show that he takes pride in his work. The salon has a calming atmosphere and the techs are respectful. I am very picky and I was pleasantly surprised!

Friendly service. All the ladies know how to do everything. I get gel or dipping powder on my nails. They have awesome colors and pretty designs to choose from. Also, they do really good eyebrows. Could be a little pricey but it is comparable to other salons in the area and well worth it for the customer service!!

This is my second time at Diva Nail Bar. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and relaxing...you don’t have to wait to get started; they are incredibly efficient!Further, both times I went for my pedicure, the nail technician did NOT rush through the service. It didn’t feel like they just wanted to get the job done, but that they wanted to perform the service excellently. They definitely have my business for the rest of my time here in Lake Charles!

I came to this place a couple weeks ago with high expectations but I had a bad experience.I went for a manicure and the lady was RIPPING OFF my old tips, no drill or acetone. Are tips supposed to be removed that way ?

Been looking for someone to completely satisfymy beauty needs. I was especially looking for a nail salon who could hand paint nail art. Did I hit the spot! Yes!! If you are looking for something they will make it happen. New clean environment and pedicure spa chairs.It would be worth passing up on a closer salon because I think I met my perfect match!Go give them a try. Went into Diva Nail Bar for the first time and we were very impressed! There were three of us and we were all taken care of quickly. The nail techs were all very nice and they did an amazing job on our nails! We showed them pictures and they matched them perfectly. We will definitely be back!

Decided to give this place a try, Tina did my nails and she did an awesome job she took her time and the massage at the end was so good. Danny and a few of the other techs said hi when I walked in and made me feel welcome. It’s super clean and they have a lot of color choices will definitely be back!

My favorite nail shop in Lake Charles, by far. The nail bar is beautiful inside, everyone is friendly, and I’ve never had to wait. I get solar nails with gel polish and pedicures with gel polish as well and the quality is amazing. I highly recommend Diva Nail Bar and will keep coming back.

I went in the morning and wanted a full set, pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. Everything was nice and my full set was amazing. However I did not get my eyebrows waxed after a group of 5 came into the shop and they were mainly trying to get me out the door. Overall my experience was good

Diva Nail Bar is a first class nail spa. The employees were friendly and professional. The equipment was top of the line and very clean. My nail tech Me Me gave me a really great manicure and pedicure. I will definitely go back.

Horrible service since the moment you walk in there. I went with my daughter which is a ten year old minor and the old man at the reception told me to leave her in the car alone while I would get my nails done. Totally unprofessional and no manners to deal with clients. First time there and left without having nothing done. Would not recommend that place to no one.

I have tried almost every single place in town. I dont really like tips or acrylic but cant really help thses horribly eaten nails without that. Normally after 4 days the nails usually lift and just pop right off. I explained all my concerns to the nail tech and happy to say that I returned today being over 2 weeks after she did her magic to get a fresh look and my little piggies pampered. She puts a very small tip and then I get dip powder treatment. When they were soaked off my own nails had grown more than I expected, and she said maybe next time I wont need a tip and could just dip my own nails.

Tony did a great job. I will be back.

Best mani/pedi of my life! The salon was gorgeous, relaxing, and clean and the staff was extremely attentive! I got a gel pedicure and a dip manicure and they both came out flawless. I will definitely be visiting again.

The old man who did mine rushed and didn’t pay attention to what I asked for and I told him several times that my ring finger and thumb was crooked and I asked for my nails to be a little bit shorter and he left the long and while using the electric nail grinder on my cuticles and left my hands looking bloody and they still hurt I’m not too happy with this visit might not go back my first time was the best and I come back to them and they do a horrible job. So disappointed in them.😭🙄
