They were timely, polite and fixed our problem during the first visit. I had a follow up question a few weeks later and they were super helpful over the phone and offered to come out to check. I was really happy with their service and will definitely use it again if we need to!

Don’t let the word quality in their name fool you, with the exception of the nice owner, nothing is quality about the service they provide. Terrible experience from start to finish with our termite service...first, they gave us a 12 hour warning that they would be arriving at 6 am the next morning, while here they made a mess of our home including peeing all over the floor in our bathroom, also put my daughters mattress outside and didn’t let us know so it was outside the whole time we were out of town for 4 days, while painting they never put down drop cloths, so we have paint and caulking material all over the ground surrounding our home, I let them know they needed to come clean up and a month later they showed up, the very rude gentleman argued with me that that paint was old and they didn’t do it, which they absolutely had. Just a very frustrating and unpleasant situation with this company. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere...NOT quality!!!

Did a google search for pest control, led me to their website. Called in and spoke to a lady who informed me they only do termite control. I told her she might want to check her internet ads because I literally clicked on their ad for pest control. She got upset and hung up on me when I was only trying to help, as I have a background in internet advertising and I know they paid for my click. Very poor customer service.

Used their services in two condos I just sold. Wonderful customer service and knowledgeable and friendly techs. Highly recommended!
