Over the past year, the technician assigned to my home, Jamie DeNuccio, has been doing a fantastic job with the house and we are really happy with his service. We have been using Terminix since 2012 and their service technician (Daniel Hanner) has been coming to our place 4 times in a year for preventive care. Dan is very professional and makes sure that the pest control job is done perfectly. He sends periodic updates when he is scheduled to arrive and also provides a detail report of the status and work completed. I received an advance message as to when the technician would arrive; as always. This allows me to unlock my side gate, at a convenient time. I have the RING system so I knew when the technician arrived and what functions he was performing. As always, he was very thorough in his work. Wiping down areas, moving the small items like the front entry mat so he could spray the area completely, and completely spraying all areas around the house. Finally, he immediately sent me a message upon completion. A pretty thorough service call, as always! But that’s what I expect from my technician, Dan Hanner.

If we could give Jaime DeNuccio an 11 out of 10 we would. He started out with us over 9 years ago and got rid of a horrible ant problem and we haven’t seen one ant in our house since then. We’ve been with Terminix since then and we love the personal attention that Jaime gives us. We can tell he takes his job seriously and is always on time and here when he says he’ll be. For a short time, we didn’t have Jaime as our technician and to be honest we didn’t feel as if we were getting the same quality care that we were use to getting. Then he came back to our territory and we are super happy with how well he is taking care of us again. 5+ Stars!

Joe Wilburn was referred to us by our neighbors who have used him for many years. Joe is so friendly and personable. We have a contract for monthly service and Joe is always on-time, responsive, flexible when we need to move our service day, and he trouble shoots when things pop up. For instance, our roses had aphids and he sprayed them down and the bugs went away. He does a thorough job of spraying the interior and exterior of our house to keep ants, spiders and cockroaches away. Joe is also very cognizant that we have a dog and makes sure that the pup is away or in a safe place when he sprays. Joe genuinely cares about his customers! We have been using Terminix for the past 12 years since moving into this place- that was basically built on ant hills. While it’s a bummer that price goes up every year, what I like about Terminix is that you pay every quarter for regular quarterly services but if you have a problem in between services, they come right out and take care of it doesn’t no extra charge. Our service is provided by Jaime DeNuccio and he is so helpful. For a while, he had moved out of state and we were not happy with his replacement but now he’s back and everything is a-ok again.

Jaime DeNuccio has been doing my quarterly pest control for many years. He is friendly and considerate, and thorough. Over the years he was instrumental in helping to get rid of rodents that got in my home when my condos were having a rodent problem; he’s treated for ants seeking water in my kitchen, and last Fall traps to lure grain moths that came home from the store. I rarely have pest problems in my house, garden, or garage because Jaime always has the remedy.
