Jeremy was very thorough in removing the bees from my yard that were nesting in a bird house.He was also helpful in explaining to me and my grandsons the safe guards we need to take for the next seven days so that we dont get stung by any of the bees that are remaining.If need be I would call on Bee Busters again.

David come over as we discovered a dozen or so bees in our kitchen. We were not sure where they were coming from. He arrived right on time as I called them that morning. He showed me that they were coming through the vent and looking for a home. He knows a lot about bees and their behavior and that is a bug plus when dealing with making sure they are not in your home. I initially contacted them via their website for a swarm that gathered in my backyard. They advised me to wait a couple of days to let the bees disperse on their own and give them a call if the bees stayed beyond their welcome. When we still had some stragglers, I gave them a call and the tech, Jeremy, came out when expected, he was professional, courteous and provided me a peace of mind. Although treatment was not recommended, I appreciate the service and will not hesitate to call them again.

I want to share my wonderful experience with Bee Busters. I had replacement windows put in yesterday and during the process the installers found a wasp next outside an upstairs bedroom. I called a few places and Renata at Bee Busters was able to make an appointment for the very next day. She was so helpful. The pricing she quoted was far less expensive than the 2 large well know exterminator companies who couldnt get anyone out for several days. I called this business for the first time after dealing with pesky paper wasps. Customer service was very nice and a same-day visit was arranged. Jeremy was great! I had bees on top of my roof. He skillfully climbed up on my tile roof filled in the area where they were at without hurting a single title. Told me what I should expect and said to call back if they didnt leave in few days. I noticed a few days later the bees found another way to get in. I called the office and they said they would be out on Monday... which was Memorial Day. They said bees dont take holidays off so they didnt either. I was so glad to see Jeremy on they second trip. He had to fill in the bees new spot and spent a little more time insuring they wouldnt get in again. He even made sure the areas he worked in look nice. Very impressed with Bee Busters and Jeremy. The initial cost was reasonable and didnt charge me to come back out the second time.

Jeremy from Bee Busters was a phenomenal person to work with. He talked us through what he was doing, let us watch when he felt it was safe to do so, and taught us a lot about the nature and habits of bees. A month or so ago, I noticed an exposed hive on top of our persimmon tree but didnt think much of it as it was high up. A few days ago, my mom had asked me to get rid of the hive as she had been stung by what she thought was a bee. I called the Bee Busters and Jeremy came within 2 to 3 hours. Jeremy checked out the hive and explained to me that the hive is no longer active and offered to cut the branch off instead to get rid of the abandoned hive. He only charged me for the inspection fee. He was friendly and he answered many of my curious questions about what might have happened to the colony and explained that my mom had most likely been stung by a wasp as he showed me spider webs on the tree that the wasps usually go after. I would call them again if I need their service and would recommend them. Very helpful and reasonably priced.

I recently had a swarm of bees building up combs inside the electrical panel. Bee Busters came out on the same day I called & handled the situation promptly and professionally. After the removal, the steps I needed to take over next few days were thoroughly explained to keep the bees out of the panel. Bee Busters are prompt, professional, on-time and knowledgeable. 6 STARS! Cant say enough, took a call after 6:30pm, was here at 8am. Worth every penny, for just the Bee lesson alone. Bees are gone, did not complain about having to crawl under house, and really did a lot of work, not just spray some stuff and leave. I discovered the Bee Hive on Sunday and called Bee Busters and spoke to a live person who answered my questions and scheduled an appointment for Monday, the following day.The hive had somehow got into the attic of my home through a small vent/screen under the roof. Jeremy came out and spent over an hour taking care of the bees, and repairing the screen vent.However, the bees returned and so did Jeremy. I called and the office manager and explained. She did not hesitate to send another technician out the following day. Jeremy again arrived, sealed up the vents both inside and outside the apartments, and provided me with plan to remove the hive from my attic. The company may have been around since 1982 but a very young man was sent to my home, spent minutes spraying into the bee hive (in a wall) 3 times. I asked a supervisor to evaluate and was refused. The hundreds if not thousands of bees prevented my contractor from sealing the wall. Good news The Bee Man showed up once spent maybe an hour and Voila! Im bee free.

Called and scheduled an appointment for bee and honeycomb removal from my backyard. When I spoke with Nicole, I informed her that I wanted the bees removed but relocated, not killed. She informed me that they would send out a technician around 8am to get the job done. The technician arrived, did not bother to introduce himself, but we still walked back to my backyard where I showed him the location of the issue. He informed me that he would KILL the BEES and remove the Honeycombs, which is not what the original plan was...mind you these bees were not at all aggressive. Not long after checking the area, he informed me that my neighbors dogs had to be clear of the area, not something that was brought up during the initial conversation on the phone when I scheduled the removal. Just that my dog would be inside. My neighbors are not home because everyone is at work and school, so I had no way of relocating their dogs somewhere safe. The technician still brought down his equipment just to tell me that hes going to have to come back at a later time. I told him that was fine. We agreed on a time and he called the office to reschedule. Hours prior to the rescheduled time, I called to cancel the return of the technician. After realizing that thats all the tech wanted to do was to kill the bees and not attempt to save them, thats when I called back to cancel and go with another company that will actually save the bees. The tech returned while I happened to be away from home, luckily my wife had made it home in time. Apparently the tech helped himself back into my backyard, no warning, mind you my dog is already in the backyard at the time, but doesnt even try making contact with anyone inside. My wife had gone out to tell the tech that we were going to go with another company that is not intent on killing the bees and at this time gave my wife an attitude and was very unprofessional. He had told my wife that using another company was not smart because they are just going to scam us out of our money and that everything that is posted about saving the bees and how theyre are not enough bees is a hoax. Very unprofessional for the tech to do what he did, helping himself right into my backyard and not announcing himself at the front door and talking down to my wife and trying to start an argument with her as to why we are not going with this company is why this review is being posted. If I could, zero stars would be given for the unprofessionalism my wife had to endure with the tech. Think twice about using this company for your bee removal needs, and if you do decide to use them anyways, ask for someone thats been there longer than the younger guy they had sent out.

Our dog had been stung by a bee, so my husband investigated our yard and noticed a large group of bees in our lemon tree. After having thousands of bees swarm our porch and set up shop in our walls through two small holes, we needed them gone ASAP!!! Not only did they get rid of the bees but closed the holes they were using to get in! Had David our twice in the past month to check out some scout bees that had entered thru one of our chimneys. He had been out about 5 years earlier when we had a colony move into the same chimney.David is my “go to” bee expert and I highly recommend him and Bee Busters. I had a lot of bees around my patio for about two weeks and finally realized I must have a beehive somewhere. I called Bee Busters on a Sunday evening expecting to leave a message and surprisingly got an actual person on the phone. He quoted a price according to the amount of service needed and set an appointment for someone to come the following day. Our technician was Chris and he located the beehive and went right to work. Fortunately the hive was in a location where no structure work needed to be done. Within a little more than an hour, Chris had removed the bees, the hive and had everything cleaned as though they had never been there. I was able to watch the process from an upstairs window up close. This is not an easy job! For what these technicians do, the price I was charged was extremely reasonable! Bee busters is awesome. We had a colony of bees living under the floor in our backyard shed. We called Bee Busters and they were quick to take action. This is long overdue.. my brother and his family live in Irvine. They didn’t have much knowledge on how to deal with bees/beehive. The bee problem was happening for several months... After researching and taking to people, I fortunately found Dave (don’t know his last name”. He is a straight shooter and didn’t an excellent job. My brother, an introverted person rarely commenting on people, told me Dave is a genuine person. I never met him in person. Only talked to him over the phone.

My neighbors have had a massive exterior and interior construction remodel on their home for a good while now and I think the noise and chaos of all the people and various equipment may have disturbed the little yellow fellows causing them to move in between a set of orange trees we have in our backyard near our family hot tub where my three kids & like to relax after hard day talking through our daily struggles. Noticing a big white Bee Busters truck in front of my neighbors front yard and an electric cord trailing to the yard I walked over and spoke over the fence to a guy spraying bees and mentioned I was the neighbor and whenever he had a chance to come look our little hive. With a casual smile, Jeremy was his name I learned later said sure thing and was over at our home no more than five or so minutes later. After reviewing the hive, he told me he could charge me for the service or judging by the size and white spotting around the small hive if I was patient and waited a few days, the drone bees would clear out or freeze away and he wouldnt need to charge. Not normally one to bother with reviews but this one was definitely merited, to say the least. I live in Newport Beach and recently had a large wasp nest removed from between a neighbors house and my own, with a large number of them managing to work their way inside from a very small gap in the wood after recent earthquakes. There had become almost 100 of them by the time the first bee company came to remove the nest that was just on the other side of our skylight (nest was outside and the crack led them to the inside of our house) which thankfully they stayed up there for all this. I pointed out to the person removing the nest how they managed to come through a crack into our house and were seemingly making a new home in the crack that needed to be dealt with (mind you this was only a mere 2ft from the nest they removed) and despite explaining to them the impossibility of them getting inside in such numbers and all in the same place, they assured me they just flew in and got stuck and will die off and thats that. Yeah, no. Round two with a new company was this afternoon and I couldnt imagine a kinder and more pleasant person to deal with than Chris, and my dogs would agree. Very very polite and professional in every way with no hesitation to answer some other questions about a different nest i had seen after he patched up the crack and removed any wasps that poured out of the almost invisible gap in the wood. If anyone from Bee Busters happens to read through this, just know that you have a very valuable asset to your company with Chris and gained a customer and recommendation for all from myself. Cant say enough good things and if it couldnt get any better, he even gave me some of the companys own honey from their bee farms as he was heading off. BEE GONE you pesky wasps!!! Have no fear, Bee Busters are here! I was going to remove these stingkers myself, buy then I remembered seeing a Bee Busters ad. I decided to save the probable pain for another day and I am so glad I did! There was a lot more wasps than I thought. Wow, thank you Bee Busters for the pain free removal! Professional as they come and pretty cool too if i do say so myself! Highly recommended!

BEE BUSTERS WERE AWESOME!!! I called them to come help me serve an eviction notice to a VERY large swarm of bees that decided to build a nest in an old skunk hole in my garden... Just like the skunk a few years before, I NEEDED THOSE BEES AWAY FROM MY HOUSE! My dog had taken a few bad stings, her poor little paws were swollen! I called Bee Buster and within that SAME HOUR they sent me the lovely Jeremy to do the dirty work :) He explained the whole process of removal to me and was kind enough to answers ALL of our questions. He works very quickly and just like he said, THE BEES WERE GONE in just a few days (most were gone that first day!) I am so happy I chose Bee Buster and Now we are all safe and sting free! I used bee busters in 2015 and it worked! They use pheremones and the bees have not returned. I saw a couple scouts, but they buzzed on by.
