I was referred to the wrong office by my nurse practitioner. When I showed up for my appointment at my preferred location the receptionist quickly rescheduled me to my local office.Physical therapist (Ameris?) was very thorough in the initial visit to evaluate my issue, going beyond the time normally allotted for the session.

I have been a patient at El Dorado Physical Therapy for almost 2 years following a car accident. I have received superb care! Everyone here is professional, knowledgeable, kind and encouraging. As I leave today as a “graduate”, I am a bit sad! Though I am grateful to be recovered, I will greatly miss their care and camaraderie!

Absolutely fantastic team. Clean, cutting-edge facility, extremely professional, kind, and understanding front desk staff. Chris and Don are an incredible, 5-star team that worked together after I had an extremely invasive, long-time-coming knee surgery (my third knee surgery in ten years thanks to a car accident in my late teenage years) with an anticipated yearlong recovery. I am extremely familiar with the medical world and it’s shortcomings - most facilities there’s zero communication between physician, physical therapist, etc. Not here - these folks not only work TOGETHER synergistically to get you on the proper road to recovery, but they also worked directly with my surgeon and his PT staff to get insure I was always on the right path for what was otherwise a pretty uncommon surgery and rehabilitation. I cannot recommend El Dorado Physical Therapy enough - I can’t believe these folks were in my own back yard all these years and I had no idea.

Knowledgeable staff; best part is they do love doing the work they are doing. When I had first visit, I was hardly able to walk and after three visits, I am nearly back to normal, maybe even ready start jogging this weekend.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. The energy of everyone is great; so positive, and push you the right amount to allow progress while having fun. Kudos.

The address of the office involved in the instance:990 Riley St., Ste 100***********Patient communication unorganized. And they blamed me for it!!I was told to fill out a form prior to my first visit. So I went to my mailbox. Found a form. Filled it, and thought it was all set.Little did I knew was the office had sent multiple different forms. I had only filled out the last one, while they really wanted the first form.While checking-in, the Patient Care Coordinator threatened not to treat me and had scolded at me for not having the form ready.Thats not the way to treat people! Whats the Care in the Patient Care job title?Why not have the forms in just one email? Have they thought about that?I demanded an apology, but there is no response.I am in physical pain (why I was prescribed physical therapy), but Id rather endure it, than taking this psychological abuse. So I left

I have had back issues for several years and recent shoulder surgery.I have seen Don, David C, Chris and Casey and they have all helped me tremendously !!!They are very patient and understanding as well as all of the emplyees there.I HIGHLY recommend EDPT. They are there to help amd they dont disappoint !

Best physical therapy experience ever! Edgar, Keisuke, and Chris worked as a team to fix my left shoulder, increase my mobility and free me from pain. Although I have had success with physical therapy for other things in the past, I thought my shoulder was beyond help. They assured me it could be healed and with the right skill and techniques they proved it. Truly gifted therapists!

Came here for my right shoulder this place is great!! Edgar is amazing, never believed in physical therapy but coming here and doing this has been eye opening, truly a lifesaver!!!

Excellent care at El Dorado PT! Thorough exam and care plan by PT Lauren. Marna (PT Asst) is a dynamic and enthusiastic leader of pool exercises. Im impressed. Love the affordable option to continue pool exercises once treatment is completed.

David Thomas and his team are amazing! They are true miracle workers! I had a lot of aching, tightness, and tingling throughout my neck, shoulder, elbow, forearm, wrists, and fingers. Through a few months, I was feeling much feel better! His skill at relieving pain is awesome! I wanted to send thank you for all the great physical Therapy you have done on my neck, shoulder, elbow, forearm, wrist, and finger. I have been undergoing therapy for lower back pain, and sciatica for almost 2 months now. I feel better than I have in many years. Allison is my PT, and I usually see 2 therapist per visit. Everyone has been great, from front desk to the therapists. I really appreciate the e-mails, online access, videos and follow-up and summaries of my treatment and exercises.

I’m sharing this the third time on different sites because Eldorado PT really helped me a lot. I m very very thankful to Don Leslie. One of the nicest person and PT at folsom center. Don helped me and I m feeling 90 % better. I m writing this because 2 weeks back I woke up with vertigo, had to go to performance PT in emergency as they are closest to my home. They just evaluate me for 5 mins, No massaging in the tight point on the base of neck and head as she herself said it’s tight. Next day came to Eldorado PT. Joseph gave me treatment for 1/2 hr and I felt better right away. Felt the difference between 2 places. All the staff is very kind. I highly recommend this center to all.
