I went there expecting good quality and this is what I got. As you can see these are faux nails…they didn’t even give me faux nails. Did they even try at all. 😭🤦🏽‍♀️

First the acrylics I got were done very tacky. After one day they looked as if they had grown out for a week. The polish job was really bad also. They charged me more for coffin shape even tho I asked for square. Made my nail bleed. Had an attitude when I didn’t tip. 0/10. The nail shapes weren’t all even either.

Did not properly fix my nail and had attitude that I didnt want any polish. There is nail glue all over my finger. The nail is wavy and highly uneven. Go to Nails Ect. They are a little more expensive but they are AMAZING!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. This isnt my first horrid experience with them. But it will be my last.

I do not recommend anyone to go to this place I went to get my nails and eyebrows done for a wedding and I walk out with half of my eyebrows missing one nail is super long the others or very short I asked for A design it literally looks like a pre-k student would of drew on my nails the workers have horrible attitude worst experience ever

I got a nail fungus from here... I refilled my nails and 3 days later my nail started throbbing so I went to have them taken off I watched them put the same tool they used on my nail with fungus put back in the drawer instead of sterilizing it after... half my nail is gone!

Absolutely the worst nail salon I have ever went too. Manicure and pedicure both took a total of 15 minutes once they got to me. Put water for pedicure and it was cold. Never even turned it on. It looked like a child painted my nails. Absolutely the worst and I wouldn’t go back if you paid for me to go back!

Absolutely great service here the 2 times I came in for a pedicure. Both times I got a male technician who really did a great job. You can tell they try hard to do a great job and please their customers! Its beautiful here. The managers and front staff are equally lovely. Ill be back!!!

Okay, I just had the best pedicure Ive ever had. I didnt order the works just a basic pedicure with gel polish change out. Technician was so meticulous! Carefully going over my cuticles and also giving me a fantastic leg massage. She really blessed me yesterday.

This place is great! Its my go-to place for pedicures and I recently tried a gel manicure which looks amazing. They always keep the place very clean and uncluttered. The staff is polite and they provide excellent service. I highly recommend this spot!

My previous dip was a mess but technician fixed everything! My new dip is thin and beautiful - I am so happy. I got a nice long pedicure as well, which was equally wonderful. Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. I will definitely be back.

I went to J V Nails because of a family member and Im so glad they recommended this place! I called to see if I needed to make appointment and the lady who answered suggested I do so because they were busy that day. I was greeted right away and my appointment was on time! Surprising because every other nail shop I went to, always made me wait even when I had an appointment. As soon as I got in the chair I was offered a drink and that really impressed me. Im so bummed because the lady who did my nails was so nice and friendly but I didnt get her name. I asked for coffin nails and she shaped my nails so perfectly! Im in love and I cant wait to get a fill! Its definitely a hidden gem and its such a nice and clean salon! Nothing but good things to say about this place!

If I can give them a 0 I would. Horrible nails came out so messy and they want $10 to clean them up. Really????? A 5 year old could polish better then they did. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

I just returned from my manicure at JV Nails and the reviews dont lie! This place is great! I found it on a Google search for a nail salon in Lafayette so I could sneak out on my lunch break. I made a reservation and the salon replied back immediately. I made a 1pm reservation, but ended up getting there a little bit early. No problem - there was no wait and I was started right away.They really pay attention to detail here and the salon is very clean. When I was getting my nails done, someone was even wiping the walls down. I was offered tea as soon as I sat down and candy as I was getting ready to leave. They even helped me zip my coat up so I didnt risk messing up a nail as I was leaving. A+ service for sure!I know from reading other reviews that this place gets very packed at certain hours of the day but for those who can..try going around 12:30 on a weekday and it may be quieter. I know I found my new go-to spot for lunchtime manis :)

Great place!!! Comfortable, clean, great location and easy to park! Everyone here is so pro! Doesnt matter what type of manicure photos I bought, they always make them happened!! My nails are so fragile. After came here, they normally last more than 3 weeks!!! Definitely will bring more friends to here!!

Best nail salon ever! The staff is very professional and gentle on your nails and I love the nail designs each time I go. I normally get one of the monthly specials, which is reasonably priced considering the amount of design and time spent.

I showed the tech pictures of how I wanted my nails to look and she was not doing it right so I stopped her and she was arguing with me about the picture and she would not let me pull it up again on my phone . Shes wasnt a good listener when it came to what I wanted and kinda had her own idea. Not happy with how it turned out .If your looking to do something simple the place is good but If youre looking for something with more detail, I would steer clear.

The room is very spacious and has massage chairs that you can use while you do your pedi.I liked how careful they were with my nails. They made sure the gel coats I received didnt become a thick layered glump on my fingers that I had with other places. I worked through the process with them with what I wanted on my nails and they turned out great!I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

Let me just say first that I am a guy so I dont have a lot of experience with pedicure stuff. Had the deluxe pedicure with 30 min reflexology and it was possibly the best therapeutic experience Ive had. My feet feel wonderful. Place is very clean, staff friendly. Hope to make this a regular thing.

We came into town for a pastry convention and came here on a break for a mani pedi and it was amazing!!! Seriously so good. Massages and extra attention to the details!!! I had some young guy who did an amazing job! We called ahead and it was busy in there but they took us right away and had no wait! Its amazing.

I travel for work. I came here to get a new gel mani and pedi due to the last place ruining my nails. The techs were super attentive to my comfort and details when doing my nails. I had no issues whatsoever. The nail tech even corrected a mishap that I did with my pedi. I would highly recommend. They truly know how to pamper a girl.

The week I moved back to NJ, I made sure I had an appointment . Simply no place else does a better gel manicure (lasted for almost 3 weeks with barely any chipping), or a nicer more relaxing pedicure. remains my favorite, but is a close second.So glad to be back in the area!😛😛😛😛😛😛😛😛😛😛😛

Horrible service the lady doing my nails said herself she didnt know what she was doing and didnt understand me I had a nail coming off I asked to remove and redo it she said no and just glued it which lifted again never again

This place is one of the most unsanitary and unprofessional place I have ever wasted my money on. For one they use the same tools, files with out even sanitizing them . Also they are very rude half of them know what they are doing some dont. Dont waste your time or money trust me you will be waiting there for hours . I regret going to this place the nails come out looking crappy and thick they also fall, chip or brake easy. They also never push your cuticles back on your nails and they end up looking like youve had them for weeks.NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MY MONEY HERE . EXPENSIVE FOR A REALLY REALLY POOR UNPROFESIONAL NAIL SALON IF THATS WHAT THEY CALL IT.Who ever wants to experience this for themselves go right ahead I promise you will be very unhappy.

My nails I only got a week ago all popped off and the paint was already peeling two days after they were done . They rush on nails and expect you to come back!!!!! Every time I see something wrong I would tell them and they would not fix it !

I cannot believe i spent money on the nails i got today. This is the worst manicure ive ever recieved. The only reason im giving 3 stars is because i love one girl who does my nails beautifully every single time. If i ever go back and shes not there, im walking out. About 4 different people worked on my nails and it was so unsanitary. Nothing was cleaned or disinfected and on top of that one woman filed my nails so hard my finger started bleeding. I even left a tip and it was so undeserved. Im so disappointed in this uneven, bubbly painted mess. Even the paint is stuck on my skin. This business should be ashamed to give service like this.

My nails were crooked, the paint was peeling even before I left, they didnt push back my cuticles ( so they looked old and not filled in) and they gave me stiletto instead of almond. 20 bucks for crappy service.

Absolute worst set of dip nails Ive ever had done!!! Less than a week after getting my nails done they all started buckling around the cuticle and now 4 of my nails have cracked off!!! I will never spend money at this salon again!! Not to mention they also had no A/C the entire time we were there and only the door peoples open for air!
