Meme is really nice. But, tony is very unprofessional. He wasnt always this way
Ive been coming here for at least 7 years and over the years Ive dealt with the long wait time (there are only 2 workers because theyre cheap and refuse to hire anyone), but this time was HORRIBLE! So firstly I waited damn near 2 hours to get my nails done...then Tony doesnt even greet me he just grabs my hands and starts filing away. Then proceeds to ask me if I want square or square round nails (mind you Ive been coming there for years so he knows what I want!!) then I say I want ballerina shape and he looks at me like I have 2 heads and says that he doesnt know what that is. HES DONE MY NAILS PLENTY AND OF TIMES AND HE ALWAYS SAYS THE SAME THING WHEN I ASK FOR BALLERINA NAILS. I show him a picture and he starts filing and OMGGGG most of my nails are crooked and he cut them way too short! And most of my nails arent even fully coated in acrylic. I proceed to pick my color and he starts polishing and what do you know...hes polishing extremely sloppy! Then to add insult to injury...he made me pay before he was even done doing my nails. CUSTOMER SERVICE 101: NEVER MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS PAY UP FRONT ITS INSULTING! NEVER GOING BACK!
My mother been going there for a long time so I decided to try them out well the wait was about a hour !!! Tony finally gets to me I asked for him to fix the cracked nail he tells me there is nothing he can do about that one. I asked can you put glue or something cause I cant walk around like is he tells me sorry I cant do get new set . But thats not it he cut me more than once while drilling my nails not once said sorry, and also I still have gel on my nails you can still see it one of the other Customers pointed it out !!!! So my experience there was horrible Ill never go there again ....total waste of money !
First time here I was visiting today. Apparently the credit card machine was broke, it kept saying declined but my bank notifications said otherwise. I told him thats its his machine and he needs to fix it. It charged my card 3 times and this guy refuse to let me leave. He yelled and blocked the door and threaten to call the police. So I called them since I was being held hostage. He had to refund me my money. As Im sitting at the dryer hes arguing with another customer saying her card decline she also has proof with bank notifications. This place really need an upgrade in systems and he obviously needs to respect customers especially when hes in the wrong. I felt bad for the wife she said it was having problems and he was fussing and yelling at her. So I gave her a nice tip and said buy yourself some shots dealing with this idiot. I would never come back to this place. Worst experience ever! Deserved negative 5 stars.
