Next to my parents passing when I was young, the day my car was towed away from parking in front of my home was the next worst day in my memory. Granted my memory isnt much these days, and the men that assisted me with my payment (after hours) of $350, were gentlemen and not brutes. Thanks to the scratches on my car door that werent there, prior to my car being towed. I give them one star. They did their job. By the way... More people are parked on the street of my neighborhood everyday. I havent seen the tow truck since. Not a bad thing, just saying I wasnt the first, the last, or the only one. But I was the only one towed that will talk about it. So far
I remember a few days ago i saw your tow truck in our complex. he was stopped there for a couple minutes at the stop sign. i called earlier about my car be stolen. no notification...nothing. not even the cops. if you took my car and didnt leave a notification. you will be hearing from my lawyer. nobody told you to take my car., my car was up to date. theres no reason to be taking my car. towing companies dont make much btw. but my lawyer will be making a visit once we find out who took it
They are a towing company. They have a job to do like everyone else. Just wish the prices were lower
YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER OF LIABILITY IN ORDER FOR YOUR VEHICLE TO BE RELEASED!I was going on a trip and boarding a plane at 8 a.m. the next morning. I was planning to drive my car the 70 miles to LAX. My sister in Christ wasnt feeling well and asked me to bring her something. Ive been acquainted with her and another sister that stays in this same complex for six years. Ive visited the complex many times and never worried about where to park, because there are ALWAYS open spaces. Ive never noticed any parking signs, parking decals or been told where I should or should not park. On this occasion, I was there for about 45 minutes and came out to find that my car wasnt where I left it. The downstairs neighbor admitted hed called to have it towed maliciously, but thats another story. I called Dynamic Towing at 7 p.m., was advised the fee would be $380 and given an appointment time an hour and 45 minutes later. Luckily, it was just a 7 mile drive to get there. When I arrived Billy Bob comes to the gate and says, Only one person can come in at a time! I was a bit confused at why he had such an aggressive tone. I exited the vehicle and went in. He shut and locked the gate behind me. I was uncomfortable with leaving my sister alone, in a strange neighborhood, after dark and blocked from being able to render aid if necessary. Billy Bob took my payment, which was debit. As the receipt printed, he read off it stated, No signature required. He handed me the receipt and another form directing me to sign in two places. The first spot was authorizing the amount to be charged to my credit card. I told him it wasnt necessary for me to sign there and reminded him it said, No signature required. He stated, Thats not what that means, thats something different. Not wishing to expend any more time, I signed it. The second spot stated I was releasing the company from any liability from damages incurred as a result of towing my vehicle. I refused to sign this and Billy Bob stated my vehicle would not be released unless I signed. After some back and forth, I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor. Billy Bob called Jim Bob and I was told if I didnt sign the waiver, my vehicle wouldnt be released. I advised I would be calling the police and Jim Bob stated, If thats what you feel you need to do, then go ahead. I did. While waiting for the police, Billy Bob opened the gate and told me I had to wait outside. I refused as it would have been very easy for him to lock me out after taking my money and not releasing my vehicle. At one point, he had such a stance and tone as he told me Youre going to get outside that gate, I inquired if he was threatening me. He then stated that if I didnt leave, he would call the police and say I was trespassing. I advised him, If thats what you feel you need to do, then go ahead. He did. The police never arrived, but Jim Bob showed up, printed a different form with a statement along the lines of Im authorized to take possession of this vehicle. I signed that with no problem and my vehicle was released. I inquired about the cost and was advised the extra $100 was an after hours fee. I was never given the option to pick up my vehicle at a different time. Jim Bob told me they close at 5 p.m. I wasnt even at the complex at 5 p.m. They make an after hours tow and then charge for an after hours pickup; how convenient for them. I made it home somewhere in the 10 p.m. hour. I havent yet had my vehicle inspected, but I fully intend to when I return home. Lesson: YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER OF LIABILITY IN ORDER FOR YOUR VEHICLE TO BE RELEASED!
Great service
Been working with dynamic for around 5 years very professional and decent people.
JUST BECAUSE YOU TOW SOMEONE’S CAR DOES NOT IMMEDIATELY REQUIRE YOU TO BE CONDESCENDING, ARROGANT & JUST UNPROFESSIONAL. Ok, you towed my car, I probably deserved it. But I was not angry or rude. So why did the tow driver talk to me that way ? My impression is that the tow driver is very confident with his unprofessional behavior. As if he knows nothing will come of it. IF the administration does not condone his behavior, then this will assist the admin to address the problem. At night when my car was towed from my apartment complex, I called to find out where I go to get my car. The tow driver was not only arrogant but worst of all he is condescending. It’s bad enough my car was towed, I did not commit a felony or some horrible crime. DONT TREAT PEOPLE THAT WAY !!!
Waited 45 min when they were expected to arrive to tell me they werent able to tow my vehicle.Response to Reply from Dynamic Towing: Yes, I was told by your call representative that you would arrive in 45 minutes. At exactly 45 minutes later, I received a call that your tow truck had a flat tire. Youre company didnt even offer another tow truck driver or any other services to assist. Just told me that I had to call my insurance company back to dispatch another company. I then had to wait another hour for another tow company to arrive.
They towed my car from my apartments just for a parking spot I was going to move out of.They do this in a very low income apartments it’s really messed up...I hope you feel good about your job
Horrible service. The people are rude. My insurance assigned me to them and told me they would get there in an hour. An hour passed and they didnt show up, they didnt bother to call me to tell me that they werent showing up. I called them and they said they needed to be payed first. I told them my insurance already called you guys and they denied it. If I hadnt called them I would be there still waiting for them. Dont bother with these people they are not professional
The employees of thus company, at the Linden Ave location, are stealing cars. Twice they took my parking permit off my rear view window and placed it under my seat. Both times it was in the exact same spot. They stole more than 600 dollars from me. These people belong in jail.
Excellent towing company that has been diligently assisting us at the Bloomington Mobile Home Park with towing unauthorized vehicles and vehicles from fire lanes. Very prompt and professional, especially our regular towing guy Leonard.
My car got towed I take full responsibility! They charged me $300 to release my vehicle.... a bit pricey. But not a problem. What does bother me is that my music USB got stolen. Its a 30 dollar USB, easily replaceable. But thats not the point... its just the fact that it got stolen! I called and spoke to the manager and he said hes been working there in over a decade and no one has ever stolen anything. So Im lying? I just admitted that it was a 30 dollar item... that I can replace in a heartbeat. But I also payed 300 dollars of towing fee for an item to end up missing??? The manager didnt even ask the tow truck driver to see if he had taken it. Im just letting the public know... check your cars before you leave!!!!
Red careful this is the lowPRIVATE PROPERTY IMPOUND INC.Many private properties, whether residential or commercial, legally can limit or regulate parking on their property. Motor vehicle owners may face the possibility that their vehicle may be gone when they return if they ignore signs regulating the parking on private property. It is the vehicle operators responsibility to know the rules of where they are parking. Only the vehicle operator can prevent the vehicle from being towed by parking in a correct manner and making themselves aware of the rules.PRIVATE PROPERTY TOWING is defined as towing or removal of a vehicle that is illegally parked on private property, at the property owners direction. This is legal under California Law, and is authorized 24 hours a day. Private property owners will contract with us to remove vehicles from their property. Vehicles will be stored at our location until released to the vehicle owner. The vehicle owner is responsible for all costs associated with the towing and storage of the vehicle. There are two types of trespass towing. First, at any time of the day the property owner or agent may request that an illegally parked vehicle be towed from their property. There is a requirement that multi-unit residential properties must have signs posted that indicate that unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owners expense. Usually, we provide those signs to property owners for FREE unless specialized signs are requested, in which we also do for our partners. Second, between 9:00pm and 7:00am, owners of properties used for residential purposes may elect to authorize the towing service to tow away or remove vehicles without a verified request to remove a specific vehicle provided that the owner/agent complies with the following requirement: A photograph of the offending vehicle shall be taken prior to its removal demonstrating the violation of law, rule or regulation for which the vehicle is being towed. This type of tow is referred to as a Roam Tow. Commercial properties may elect to utilize Roam Towing 24 hours a day.BEFORE THE TOW If you are a resident of a residential property, confirm whether the property requires a parking decal to park at the property and obtain a decal IMMEDIATELY. Also, inquire as to the propertys rules and regulations for visitors or overnight guests. Many properties require visitor permits and provide limited permits to their tenants. Also, ask for a written copy of the propertys parking rules and regulations when you sign your lease or move in. If you are parking in the parking lot of a business, look for towing signage at the entrance or on property that warn individuals that parking is for patrons or for certain hours. You can expect that the property owner has someone watching you to see if you are complying with the signage and if you are not, you could be towed.DURING THE TOW If you have parked a vehicle illegally and observe the wrecker operator in the process of removing your vehicle, you may avoid having to pay for the tow, but ACT FAST. Under City ordinances, there are three distinct stages to a towing situation. 1. No Fee Situation - From the moment that the wrecker enters the parking lot to remove your vehicle UNTIL the vehicle is physically connected, you are entitled to have your vehicle free of charge. Physically Connected shall mean one half of the wheel lift apparatus surrounding a tire AND lifted off the ground. Or, a winch hook (if applicable) is attached in a manner that the vehicle can be safely towed. 2. Drop Fee Situation - From the moment that a vehicle is physically connected until the vehicle has been physically removed from the property, the vehicle owner is entitled to have the vehicle released upon payment of a fee equal to half of the maximum tow fee. 3. Full Tow - From the moment the vehicle leaves the property, the wrecker company is entitled to the total tow fee.CRIMINAL ACTS Once the vehicle is towed, the wrecker company legally has a lien for the cost
Rudest people I’ve ever dealt with my car was illegally towed the private community building stated 10:00 pm my car was towed at 9:00 pm I waved the driver down he ignored me . When I called the dispatch he was rude requested $350 upfront, the HOA from the community building was called and handled it . I did get my car back with no cost but I did not receive no apology and knowing Dynamic picks up at this community they know the hours of towing is at 10pm seems fishy !!!!!!!security was seen on camera scoping my car out at 830 .
Do NOT use this towing company. Our insurance company called them to tow our car. The guy told us 45 min. but we wait over 2 hours, then he told us they cancel the towing service. Not even worth 1 star.
I made a call looking for an estimate, and the man on the phone seemed really nice and said he couldnt help with my situation because I needed a flat bed but he was quick to help reference other towing companies that could help and also let me know what he thought of another tow companies price. I felt that his information was very helpful and would recommend others to his services.
I dont even want to give them any stars if I have that option...My car was towed from my own APT complex and it was parking on the legally parking spot, there was no notice of any kinds. First I called the management dept of my Apt they have no records of towing whatsoever suggest me call the policy dept for stolen, then policy dept told me my car was towed by dynamic towing LLC not stolen. Didnt waste any time calling dynamic, the person who handling schedule of pickup is totally a jerk, set me up the appointment of pickup for 30 minutes after, he knew that I wasnt able to make it, but he kept mentioning we dont open on Sat and Sun if you come pick up your vehicle on Monday its going to be more than $600. Obviously I couldnt make it on time at 8:15 pm, call him back again he said now you can only get 1 am appointment...I have no choice but take the 1 am...this is really a frustrating situation I called the management have them send someone to my unit explain what was going on, the guy came says there is nothing they can do after cars been towed, seriously? you tow your own residents vehicle?? ....after dinner I called dynamic again same guy answering the call and telling me now the 1 am wasnt available the earliest availability is 4 am, you need to call back at 4 am...are you kidding me?! what if I call back at 4 am you tell me next availability will be 8 am :(( totally a jerk never want to help or anything else kinda acting very happy that your car got towed...Be careful with these guys they try everything they can to take your money, $600 not $60. I wonder how much can they get from the towing fees, they work for commissions maybe :(((Also be careful with your own apt complex, they tow their own residents vehicles because they outsourced security company to towing residents cars...Wonderful Friday night turned into a nightmare.
Its obvious to me the 1 star ratings are from satisfied customers lmao. I had someone parked in MY SPOT that I PAY for. Called these guys and removed the inconsiderate jerk out of my spot. Most of you One stars need to learn to READ THE SIGNS AND MARKINGS of the spot YOU park in.
Went out side to find that my car was missing .Called local Police Department and found it had been towed .Called Dynamic at 2:30 am to find out what to do. They set up and appointment and I picked up my car an hour later .Excellent service excepted credit cards (who has that kind of money at 4 am) it was completely my fault I didnt put up my permit .Lesson learned never again .
Horrible company. My car has never been towed by them, but I just watched the driver remove someones parking permit and put it on the floor and then tow their vehicle from an approved parking spot. I dont know who the car belongs to, but this isnt right. Predators!
These people are disgusting. They’re rude, unprofessional, and have zero customer service skills. James in particular is horrible to work with. I’m definitely reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
Very quick response.
Thank you for all your hard work
Awful human being, speeding through my condo development at midnight. He woke my 5 month old up, as his truck rattled from the speed over speed pumps. I called to complain and ended up with a heated argument with the actual driver.. He sounded drunk.. This is a reacurring issue at all hours of the nights. Police have been notified..
Nothing but Scam Artists and Frauds
I parked in my complex perfectly fine walked in my apartment for 45 mins and they towed my car for no reason, when I called to get release information they said someone would call Me back, I called back an hour later and the guy called me a liar saying my car wasnt towed so long ago and it was the first time I called and threatened to keep my car for an extra three day this company really needs to be more professional. I wouldnt even give it any stars if I could.
Car was in my parking spot for over 1 hour, i gave notice to the apartment complex i live in to have the car remove before i towed it. to my surprise no body came to move their car.Im guessing the Mayweather fight was worth having their car towed. I called Dynamic Towing which is on my lease to remove cars park in our spot. Within 20 min they came and remove the car, Sucks for the rates they charge maybe people will be respectful of a warning
They unlawful towed my truck, I had parking permit in dash they claimed it was not the right one. It was the right one check with old plantation mobile home park, Taking them to small claims court. They had my truck 2 hrs towed 8 miles charged me $380.00. They are crooks and scam artist!!!
This is NOT a regular towing company. They are a PREDATORY TOWING COMPANY. Look it up, ..predatory towing is a company that work(s) private properties, like Apartments or Condo projects. They make their money by continuously trolling for anyone who parks their car in an area that is designated as against the property rules. In my case, I was parked on the street in front of the home I was working at, while across that street a sign stated, This is a fire LANE. Not street but lane. Both the Condo Association and Dynamic are in cahoots together to take peoples money, by virtue of we got-ya.ANY Association or Apartment complex that uses this type of company clearly is in bed with them to make money off of unsuspecting drivers.IN my case, I had laid my iPad on the back trunk area of my car, and now I have to file a claim against them and the association for my lost property. Whether they stole it or it fell off of my car?... Im out a $900.00 iPad, less than 2 months old.
Towed at 4 am for parking in a fire lane in front of a Condo dropping people off. Come back outside my car is gone. Called the police and the towing company 20 minutes before they even had my card back to their lot. I wasnt able to pick up my car until 12 hours later even though when I called it was still on their truck.A $200 tow charge for 3.5 miles is excessive.A $100 Afterhours fee for being on a weekend is predator if you tow on weekends. The last two things that stood out to me was the guy said well you were parked in a fire lane so you were getting towed or a ticket Id rather pay the $75 fire lane ticket and know it goes back to my city than nearly 5 TIMES that amount going to some shady corporationAlso I get into my car and see that its been put in first gear. I never park my car in first gear unless Im on an incline. This makes me feel like someone drove my car. Literally no one else has drove this car, not even the dealer when I test drove it. This is upsetting and Im going to contact the HOA about these predatory practices.
Called and they told me that they would call back 30 to an hour for my schedule and all the guy says is I dont know who talked to you I cant help you with the info... Im pretty sure theyll call you soon still waiting for my call and theyre charging me 350?!!??! Outrageous pricing its unbelievable!
👎

This company treating me very well. I had them come out to get a car that was sitting around for over 1 week. I feel bad for having to call a tow company however, it is private property!
My vehicle was towed from my parking stall and they will not give me any information regarding why they towed my vehicle. I been back and forth on the phone in an attempt retrieve my vehicle and been giving the run around about the where about of my vehicle
I called them to get a tow truck and they still havent came 3 hours after I called them. They are the worst towing company in the world they need to either shut down business or get better at their job.
I need a tow and this company hooked me up! a great company!
This towing company is the worse in business, scum preditors making an unfair dollars. Dynamic towing needs to go out of business.
I contacted this company and they were immediately available to help. They were very professional and responsive.
Gave me 24 hour notice to move my car before towing. Thats pretty nice if you ask me .
Called the insurance for a pick up after 3 hours they told my insurance company they couldn’t tow our vehicle. Horrible service.
Shady company.... they work with the complex! i have a permit to park in my complex but they still towed my car. i had left my window down and they said there was no permit when the car was towed. When i went to the office they said there was nothing they could do about it if there was no permit at the time of being towed..... Even though they have proof of my permit.
Perfection at its finest! 5-stars
Their so unprofessional!!! They call themselves a buissness?!! But cant run their buissness in a professional way... Their so rude, someone is already going through some tuff times, that least they could do be polite and professional...regardless of a situation??? Extremely unprofessional and prices are ridiculous high!!!! Stay away from this place.
Excellent
Scum bags work with apartment complexes and target peoples cars. They split the tow money they get from people with managers of apt complex.
Predatory towing company. Rates posted at $250 but I was charged $350 for less than 8 hours.
Absolutely terrible towing company looks for any excuse to tow your car and charges $300 plus $50 a day until you get it out
Worst towing company ever, I literally pay for my parking spot and they decide to still take my truck and charge almost $400 for literally nothing
