Love the environment and the service. Very friendly they make sure u leave happy and satisfied. They speak English very well so it will never be any misunderstanding. I will never go to any other nail shop I’m a loyal customer 🤩

I set an appointment here at 5:30pm to not be seen until 6:00pm and still undone by the time I walked out at 7:00pm. My “pedicure” was only getting my feet soaked, lotioned, and poorly shaped. Terrible experience and I will never be returning. It was not until I decided to pay my bill and walk out before multiple workers decided they wanted to finish my toes- I still left.

The customer service was really nice and we enjoyed our his and hers pedicure.

I want to let you know how unprofessional one of your co-workers are. I recently called to have my nails redone because they are lifting and breaking off in amount of only 3 days.I got my nails done Thursday and one broke off Saturday at a important event. This is really sad because nobody is able assist me. I see why I didnt come back now. Very disappointed

So, Shellac is supposed to last for a while and my polish ended up chipping and I’m not happy with the outcome of my nails. The lady Tracy was pulling my fingers as if she was mad about something, and not only that I don’t like the way how the polish came out after a few days from coming there! This was my first and now my last time coming to this place! The customer service was nice, but I don’t recommend. Please work on the nail quality!

They do a great job! The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the wait. I got shellac on my real nails and a pedicure. I have been going to Tracy for about 11 years. She always does a good job! Oh and by the way she is the ONLY person who can wax my wild eyebrows.

I have to Tracy for over 20 years and love every minute that Im in her shop. No one else can do my nails the way Tracy does!

I have tried a couple of nail salons since moving here in February but today after I did laundry I stopped next door and was so pleased with my nails when they were done. They were very friendly and did a great job. I found my go to nail salon.

Very disappointed after driving a hour over there tracy did my nails they were horrible. she didn’t even file them they were fat uneven the get polish was lumpy also. i don’t know what happen to her work but i am never going back 😡😡

Extremely dissatisfied with this salon. I requested a gel manicure but the technician applied an acrylic base without asking me if I wanted it. After the base was applied, my nails started hurting and stinging but they failed to remove the acrylic. The gel polish was unevenly applied and lumpy, my nails weren’t fully filed and were left jagged on the tip, and the polish started lifting and flaking off after only 3 days (gel usually lasts 3 weeks). Would never recommend this place.
