I presented a photo and the lady totally disregarded the fact that I wanted matte and told me no… then I wanted a thicker coffin shape and now my nails look like a witches… the polish isn’t even applied correctly… will not be going back

I did not like how my toes came out the man literally rushed to do my feet. The way it was painted looked like a 5 yr old could do better. I could have done my toes myself and it would have came out way better and would have been free. First time coming and last time coming.

Polish is streaky and uneavenly applied. Also got a few fingers cut during filing and this isnt the first time this happened here. Dont think I will be returning.The good thing is though, that they are quicker than most salons to take you in and out.

I was in town for a few days only & the salon that I frequented while living in Lafayette was closed. I decided to try this place since I was in desperate need of a pedicure & everywhere else being full for a Sunday. I was not disappointed. The price was great and the pedicure that I received was in line with what I’m used to at the other salon. The polish also looks really good and isn’t blotchy. The are also doing temperature checks, have hand sanitizer available, wearing masks, & spacing out customers due to Covid. My husband received a pedicure the same time as I did and I could not sit next to him.

Professional! Awesome! Many services available with a VERY knowledgeable staff! Been going there since their opening! Always clean, innovative & friendly! After 2 years, absolutely NO complaints!!! Ive highly recommended All Nails to MANY friends. All have been VERY pleased & are now loyal customers!

I absolutely LOVE this place I’ve been doing my nails for many years went many places and this is the best! Staff is super friendly and after our recent epidemic I waited until they opened up and it’s currently by appointment and they are doing things safely!!

This was my first time trying this place only because it was open on Sunday. The polish and designs came out nice but they definitely need to work on coffin shape. One nail split down the middle a week later I went in to fix it at 6pm they close at 7pm. There were 2 people getting serviced and I was told they stop taking people at 6:30 but it was 6:08 she was like well you’ll have to wait so cone back tomorrow. I didn’t want to come back the next day but I did only because the design on my nails not just any shop could do. The lady had the same attitude from the night before. Never again. If she didn’t want my money for whatever reason she should’ve just said. I don’t spend $60 on nails for them to break.

They should let walk ins know if its going to be a 45+ minute wait for service. I was never asked what pedicure I wanted and when someone finally started working on me, they rushed me in and out. First and last visit here.

My favorite place. I love the friendly staff theres a place to hang your purse. A touch of elegance. Good quality work!!

So for starters they do the best dip nails and pedis in lafayette all the other suck so bad. Over here they take there time even though there is a wait it is worth the wait. The owner does my nails and I wont waste my money any where else. Go by give them a shot the owner is awesome and I love her.

Came in around 10:20, left a bit after 11:30, so my Mother and I were there a little over an hour, the time frame was amazing, but we came when they were just opening, so not busy at all. We both had pedicures, I got a full set, and she a fill in. $110! A bargain, honestly, considering how gorgeous our nails on hands and feet look, and they feel great, too! I’m clumsy and rubbed my thumb nail, but (Sara??) fixed it in no time flat! The staff was friendly, and the facility was clean, and not overly chemical-smelling, like many salons are. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

It was horrible! It was at least a 35 minute wait! We were on a time crunch and they didnt even listen to what we were saying to them. They listed to all of the other clients except for us. Please dont go to this salon. Unless you want to get disrespected. So Thats my opinion, what about yours?

Decided to try this place today. I asked for the deluxe pedicure and to add-on an extra 15 mins of massage for $15. The lady told me if I got the super deluxe pedi for $45 (instead of $35 for the deluxe) the extra 15 mins of massage comes with it for $5 less. According to their menu both deluxe and super delicate a 45 min service. In the end I paid for their most expensive pedi and the service was equivalent to the basic pedi anywhere else. Total massage time: less than 5 mins for BOTH feet and anemic at that. Feeling ripped off and now get to go get an actual massage somewhere else. That makes my total pedi cost around $100 today. Wont be back ever.
