I brought my niece to get her nails done. We literally sat there for over an hour without being acknowledged or greeted. The nail techs were doing two people at one time. Finally, we thought she was next but instead of calling her, the nail tech decided to stay on one person and didn’t care that we were waiting. Customer service is bad. They do not value your business and they are below average. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

This is not a place where you can sit and relax to get your nails done. I had to watch them like a hawk to get decent work. Their skill level on a simple set is nonexistent. Had to go back to get them completely redone the next day. They were hilly, bumpy and inconsistent. Went back a week later to change the polish. I had to ask the lady to allow someone else to do it. Looked like a elementary student was polishing them. They tried to make it better but still NOT going back. This is the result after 10 days.

This is a great place to get your nails done. I’ve been going there since high school. Flower is amazing and she has a wonderful personality.

Price is good shaping was not and lumps and bumps everywhere. 😭

This was the first place Ive ever gotten my nails done and I dont remember how they came out considering that was like 11 years ago but I come here often to do my eyebrows and they always do a fantastic job and they appreciate their customers and make it their business to call you by name. I will only ever get my eyebrows done here because they know how to work with my eyebrows natural arch. Maybe one day Ill do my nails also!

They are very bad at shaping nails and making sure they are all even and shaped the same, I had to tell them fix my nails they had crooked . If you want perfection this is not the place at all. It was my first time visiting and I will never step foot back in their door. If nails is what you enjoy doing then you should make sure that your customers are satisfied period point blank. Now a days people just doing it for money and not the enjoyment. Getting a pedicure there was horrible uncomfortable at its best the back of my foot was in pain as she was trying to take excess skin from the bottom of my foot I just know they are not receiving my service again

I was very pleased with the work they did but the workers had on old dingy over shirts like lab coats. The place was clean enough could be a little better. The workers are extremely nice. I will go back.

If I could give no stars I would I asked for natural dipped nails and I received lumpy hard thick nails. I went back to get them fixed and the lady said acrylic is thick so dip is thick as well. We literally was going back and forth and I explained to her I never got a full set from any nail shop on this planet that gave me thick and lumpy dip or acrylic nail. Then she tried to lie to me about the price of the nails and said it was 25 dollars for natural dip nails then i overheard her on the phone say natural dip nails is 20. So with all that being said save your money and go 10 minutes down the road to Queens Nails they will get you right!!!!

Love the owner and workers. They’re friendly, polite, and do a great job on the service every single time. They treat all their customers like family. Five stars from me!!

Went today with a friend while she got her nails done it was pretty fast and the ladies who worked there were nice as well an pretty clean. By the way Im a guy you know we hate waiting in these places while our ladies get their nails done so since its pretty fast take your woman here lol

Product outcome is amazing, but with all the pain you have to endure is not worth it. They were every rough, and did things that were not necessary.

Stopped here while in Lafayette on our way to NOLA. For a Thursday morning place had a long wait as all techs were busy, maybe about 4 or 5. I was not immediately greeted but she direxted me to choose a color first. They had me wait for about 20 mins with my feet soaking (waiting for pedi). Tech did a pretty good job on pedi & mani. They obviously had regular customers they frequent this location many ladies came in during my service. Price for pedicure was $25 and manicure is $12 but if you get both it is $35. Save a whole $2!7/16/15
