I was told to come here because of their amazing pedicures. while the massage was great the actual polish was poor quality. i usually go to city nails and i every time i go elsewhere i’m disappointed. i came here bc i was told how great it was and they weren’t busy and now i see why. i always get dip polish. ann from city nails does an amazing job and my polish lasts 3 weeks as intended! at victoria nails my thumb cracked two days later. i let it go and just decided i wouldn’t be back until i saw that now 5 days later i have another crack so i had to review. these are both on my non dominant hand so i don’t even work that hand as much as my right. i also paid $70 vs $63 that i pay at city nails. i wouldn’t recommend this place. the pedicure massage is great but it lasts minutes while the polish and dip should last weeks and so far i’m not even a week in and they are breaking.

Do not treat everyone equally. Special privileges for certain customers. She told me she don’t accept checks but took a check from someone with a different skin tone then me. Do not recommend this salon. Going back to princess nails.

I have used Victorias Nails for the 7 years I have lived in Lafayette. Giving a review never crossed my mind until we began traveling. The service provided elsewhere is so disappointing!! I never realized how good Victorias Nails was until now!! I miss them!! You would be shocked at services I have had and they were more expensive for much less service!

Victoria Nails charges different rates for the same procedure (pedicure) minus part of the service (hot stones.) I have pedicures for the stone therapy due to muscle cramps. Otherwise, I would not have a pedicure. When I mentioned I didn’t get the stone treatment I was told she did it when I was asleep. One problem- I was never asleep! Second problem- she never did the stone treatment! We won’t be back!!Waste of money.It would also help if someone spoke a little English so, if this was a miscommunication, everyone would understand that I needed the stones.

Great job and very nice and professional! Im pretty picky but they did my nails just right and gave advice on good treatments. Ill definitely be going back regularly.

Nails were horrible. Parecen tortAs de gruesas y grandes. I asked for coffin and they did big tortas.... i can’t believe I paid 45 for a caca job. Never coming back Y Gigi tampoco and do not recommend ! Periodt.

This is by far my favorite place to get a pedicure. They do a fantastic job and take extra time providing a great stone massage as well for the basic price pedicure of $25. I have never been disappointed. Very friendly nail salon!!

Be prepared to wait! The last three times I have gone I have had to wait which I understand but today they had me wait for an hour without saying or doing anything. I told them I was leaving and they argued with me and said I was only there for 30 minutes.

By far the rudest place I have ever been. I dont think I have ever been treated worst by someone. Made an appointment with someone for a certain time and they took 7 people before me! So not pleased.

The lady who does ur nails was rude to me because 1st of all I dont do my nails so i dont know what to ask for so she got ugly with me. Then they started talking and you dont what they r saying so you dont know if they r talking bout you. Just saying

Never again. When I got there they started my nails left me sitting for an hour without doing anything. I had to leave and go to work they had to remove the glue and false nail

With my latest experience I will never go back. I got acrylic nails with color and I felt like they were in such a rush they did a half ass job. For $40 I expected a lot more. Prior to gluing the nail on they did not clean my cuticles or trim my nails. The lady doing them just glued them on, some even being crooked. What really did it for me was being as rough as they were, one of my cuticles started bleeding and do you know before even cleaning it she slapped the nail polish on. I cant help but PRAY that they havent done that to someone who may have HIV/AIDS and then come and use that polish on my nails where Im bleeding. Completely disgusted and cant believe I actually paid for the job that they did.

They put so much extra effort into their services. Love it here.

Bad service. Make up their prices and don’t go by the prices they put on the board they have. My nails are not cute.

Very rude!!! They did a horrible job on my toe nails and when I asked them to please fix it the owner Tina had a attitude with me told me over and over again that I was wrong it looked fine an finally when I got her to fix it she was yanking my foot around the whole time! I paid $65 for nails that look horrible! Dont waist your money!

By far the rudest nail place I have ever been to. Nothing at all was professional and all of the employees were very very rude.

They had no up to date colors, they all looked old and watered down, we didnt get greated when we walked in, and there was only two customers.
