I had my good condition sofa cleaned to get out a spot.. The spot is still there and now the rest of my couch has dirt streks from the use of dirty tools.. My sofa is in worse condition then before I called Spotless!!!! Also was promised a refund because the work is guaranteed, that I never recieved.
