I was feeling overwhelmed and my house is definitely messier than it needed to be. However they came in they cleaned it up and made it look as wonderful as possible I will be continuing to use their service on a regular basis.

My cleaning person was a lady named Kim. She was awesome. She cleaned every nook and cranny and did all the things required to make it sparkle. The people at Geaux maids are professional and reliable. I highly recommend them if you need cleaning services.

I absolutely loved the cleaning service and the overall experience of working with Geaux Maids. Our cleaner was punctual (unlike some other cleaning service companies I have experienced) and did an excellent job cleaning our 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. I also appreciate the little touches such as utilizing high quality cleaning products and military caliber bed making.As an added bonus, they kept me informed of what to expect on cleaning day via email. This speaks volume on the quality of the customer service of the people running this company.My place was spotless. I will continue to use this service and highly recommend it.

I was absolutely shocked when I came home after a cleaning by Tracy. She went above and beyond! I have 2 shedding labs so I’m mostly concerned with all of the animal hair. She went much further than just cleaning the animal hair. She straightened minor little details that I would have never noticed but look so much better now! I would highly recommend this service to anyone!!

Their ability to produce top-notch results Im assuming is because they bring all their cleaners in house as opposed to the contracted workers that were cleaning my apartment before. My friend referred me to this service and it was great! It was my first time using a cleaning service in my apartment and Geaux Maids did a fantastic job. I loved the fact that they used green cleaning products. My cleaner was running a little late (5-10min) but I got a call immediately from the headquarters letting me know so it was no problem. The office looks great! It was so nasty I didnt want to have anything to do with cleaning it. Our assistant booked online and they came out and took care of us.

I tried to book online and they gave me a date and time online. I got a call from their office saying they were not available on that date. I reluctantly let them book for the following Saturday and then they told me they could not make it. They charged my card a date ahead of time. They were not rude or snippy just unprofessional. I was going to book and annual if they did good, They just lost $7020 a year. They apparently do get cleaning but I will never know. I represent new business which is the life blood and any company and they failed.

Either the lady I spoke to on the phone doesnt know what she is talking about or the website is incorrect. I live outside of Lafayette. When I called for an estimate I was told that they only service Youngsville area of Lafayette. The website listed all the other surrounding towns so this information was incorrect and a waste of time.
