We have had our carpets cleaned twice by Rug Kleen. The first time we had very heavy traffic dirt and he went over it 3 times (no extra charge) and the final result was amazing. The second time we had our carpets and tile cleaned. The end product was as good as new. Tom was very professional and friendly both times. He was on time and very expedient. We would recommend his services to anyone and have already referred several friends.

I called Rug Kleen and they came out the next day. Very friendly, professional service. The carpets are looking and smelling much better. I have pets, and he was able to get out all the hair-gunk in the stairs that I couldnt get to with my vacuum. Very happy with my very KLEEN carpets!

Tom came in after another service said basically thats the way it is and giving me invented names for areas they couldnt clean. The carpets look so much better. Toms long experience and commitment are clearly his competitive advantage. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Tom was AMAZING! He came out same day to help me deal with a berry disaster when my pressure cooker exploded. I feared my expensive carpet would be ruined by the berry and sugar mixture, but Toms fast response and willingness to followup twice to make sure the stains didnt return was ABOVE and BEYOND. I have had Rug Kleen do my 13 year old carpets a couple of times, and they always look brand new when theyre done. Tom from Rug Kleen is friendly, and pays attention to the little details of the job. He has several specialized tools and even mixes his own cleaning solutions specifically for your situation. I have had pet spots that were pretty bad which Tom was able to neutralize, and also bits of black mold around the carpet outside my shower - who thought THAT was a great idea?! I cant wait to replace my light colored carpet some day, but until then, I will just keep calling Tom in to help keep me sane! I recommend Rug Kleen to any of my friends in the Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette area.

Tom at Rug Kleen was extremely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond for us. We were moving out of our place (and the state) the day he came over and when we accidentally left a Uhaul dolly behind in our frenzy, Tom texted us and let us know that it was left and then offered to take it back to Uhaul for us so we dint have to turn around and get it. This was a HUGE help and completely out of the goodness of his heart! His prices for the carpet cleaning were also completely reasonable and he did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this local business to anyone who is in search of a carpet cleaning service.
