Amazing work, better than new. Great service and communication. I was shocked at the price vs the work done.

I got into a pretty bad accident, and they are repairing the damage it’s been over a month now. They keep telling me I’m going to have to wait longer and giving me different days it should be done. The guy I’ve been talking to on the phone is super super rude and aggressive because I keep calling to ask how much longer because if I don’t they don’t tell me what’s going on or give any sort of update. Beyond annoyed and will never be using this auto body shop again.

Ridiculous just ridiculous. Very unprofessional and very rude. Communication and time management is poorly maintained. Wares is a joke.

As always, the team at Wares did the Quality service for us. Not too many folks guarantee their work and bring vehicles back to factory specifications...like Wares. Thanks again!

Was very happy with their work but did take awhile to complete job

A mix up here and there but I was very happy when my car was finished.

Staff was nice and my vehicle was done in a timely manner. I appreciate them trying to clean my truck before returning it. However, they put swirls all over my paint and two large scratches. When I asked them about the scratches they refused to take responsibility or fix the mistake. I would of been fine fixing the swirls myself, but now Im stuck with damage I cant fix. I wont recommend them to anyone I talk to.

Definitely not recommended! Be awareStaffs communication is poorly managed every time I called to check status of repair they had one Excuse after another on why my vehicle was not done they wouldnt even take the time to call me to let me know the issues. Instead I was always checking inIt took a whole month when estimated time was 12 days .Will never do business there ever again!

Always do a great job.

The man working there was aggressively rude to me, yelled at me for inquiring about when my car might be done after 2 months. He was arrogant and mean to me. His first quote, he said, after doing considerable work on my car, was too low. It cost a lot more than first quoted. It was a horrible experience.
