Taylor was a true pleasure to work with. Very customer oriented, and wasnt going to let me buy something I didnt need. Carpets turned out phenomenal, better than I imagined. Taylor worked with my hectic schedule; he was able to always provide a solution to the problem I was facing, which was very reassuring. Lafayette carpet cleaning saved my rug! I have never used them until I had to call them out when I thought I had ruined my rug. I tried to clean my rug myself and used a product that didn’t agree with the fibers of my rug. The solution I used turned parts of my rug yellow. Scott and Debbie were able to revive my rug and turn it back to its original state! Thank you so much for coming and spending so much time fixing my rug. I will definitely use them again!

Two very polite, very professional, and very hard-working young men showed up (on-time) at our house today, and proceeded to work a variety of miracles! To clarify, they worked those miracles by diligently focusing on each area of carpet, or furniture item we asked them to clean until it was absolutely as close to perfect as they could get it! I would highly recommend them without reservation and will definitely use them again in the future. (P.S. Super happy with the area rug/oriental carpet we had them clean - WOW!)

My carpet is a light color and 17 years old. It looks brand new. I am very happy with the results. Have used other companies over the years and Lafayette Carpet Cleaning is by far the best that I have used. They were on time and did not hurry. They even had a special tool to go all around the perimeter of the rooms. Cleaners were very polite and professional. Will definitely use them the next time.

Our carpet is over 20 years old, so its had its share of traffic. These guys (Lafayette Carpet Cleaning)did an excellent job lifting the traffic patterns down the hallway and bedrooms! Even went around the edges and, then, used a carpet rake to clear footprints. They use soft water that is supplied from their van and a steam brush, with a cleaning agent sprayed on first. The carpet looks great and is barely wet. Great Job, Thanks!

Taylor was awesome to work with. I had some extremely dirty carpet with some stubborn stains. He worked it until it came clean! He has a servants heart and wants you to be satisfied. Call them and you wont be disappointed!

I am so impressed with the level of service from Lafayette Carpet Cleaning. My husband and I just purchased a house and wanted the carpets cleaned before we moved in. Scott, the owner, called the realtor to make an estimate appointment at the house, and when the realtor became sick, Scott took initiative, and drove to the house to see if he could enter the house for the estimate. Thankfully the owner knew we were trying to get this appointment and let Scott in. We received the proposal and, two days later (with very short notice), Scott made it possible for his team to clean the entire house while we were at the closing. Even got a second van to make the cleaning time shorter. Scott and Debbie were AMAZING and the carpeting looked new; even the worn out carpet in the basement looked great!! Id give 10 stars if I could!

Wow! I could not believe my eyes when Scott finished cleaning our carpets. The color literally changed, from a darker tone to a lighter one! We bought our house new several years ago. Were pretty good about taking our shoes off in the house, so I thought we were keeping the carpets relatively clean. I had an emergency-water in the basement due to a teenage mishap. Carpet was wet and smelled bad. I was having company for the weekend. We just bought a foreclosure and we hired Scott and his team to come in and try and get the urine and staining out. IT WAS NASTY!It took them about 4 hours, but the job was solid and made a huge difference. Not just in appearance, but in the odor. They even left us with soime extra chemical just in case.
