We had some issues late last year and ever since we have been well taken care of. Ants show up in the kitchen? Just call them and they come right out no extra charge. My service man is always on time and never misses a date. My family is crazy busy and we sometimes run into him on our way out. I know he just gets to work and gets the job done. He is trust worthy and easy going.

Ive used Arrow for going on 5 years. Jimmy Norman was our dedicated technician. He was always prompt, always friendly, and always helpful. He has taught me quite a bit about pest control, which is more helpful than simply spraying my home. He always covered his boots before entering my home, and during COVID concerns, he was always responsible. My 8 year old Lab loves him, as well. FANTASTIC SERVICE!!

I have had almost a 3 year relationship with Arrow and I have to say, theyve earned my loyalty. Below is a situation that I was dealing with, where Bobby the manager, went above and beyond to help me and for that I will always be grateful:I moved into a home a short time ago and paid another company to do the termite inspection, via my realtor. The company we used said there were no termites and cleared the way for my move in. I called Arrow to setup a contract and they said I had termites. I went back to the realtor who kind of blew it off and spent over a year dragging his feet on helping me. (Sorry but I paid the realtor $500 to make sure this was taken care of and since they didnt, I felt they had some responsibility to play.) Then the world shut down for a few months. When things started moving again, I asked Arrow to come back and verify the termite problem.This time they said there were 2 tunnels.I spoke with a friend who is another realtor, who offered to send a 3rd company out to check on the termite situation and was told we didnt have termites, which raised a serious eyebrow for me.Needless to say, I called Arrow to see what was going on. The manager himself came out to inspect the property and walk me through exactly where their folks saw the termite tunnels and helped me to understand where the disconnects had been happening.He was patient, kind, and extremely willing to help us get this resolved as painlessly as possible. After this experience, along with their very reasonable and wonderful maintenance package which has kept my this and the last house I lived in pest free, I cant say I trust anyone else.

30 years Arrow has been keeping my property pest free. Jimmy is my “BUG” guy and he is sure to ask me about any problems. He goes above and beyond by sweeping out spider webs and nests! He’s polite, courteous and helpful.

Did not come when they said they did. Charged me for service not done. The day they said they came I was home and no one came to spray but I was charged. I explained to them that I have cameras around the house that are motion activated and no one was there. There was no invoice or card left. They produced a invoice through email when I asked but they still did not come that day. Nothing was resolved and they sent it to collections.

I dont have any bug problems because Arrow takes care of it before there is a problem.

The guy who comes to do our service Jason is amazing, which makes me sad to write this review. I like him a lot, he goes above and beyond... he has been wonderful.However, I cannot continue service with Arrow. Their billing department is HORRENDOUS. I have had to micromanage them monthly because they are billing me for things I paid for at service date. EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve had service in the past 8 months there has been some kind of billing issue. UNACCEPTABLE.Just got a bill saying I had mosquito service on 9/9 (I text with the guy who does mine and that isn’t true, my last service was 8/23.) I paid for the mosquito at the time of service(they scan your credit card.) Money came out of my account. They are charging me again. I have never in my life dealt with a company with a more incompetent billing and front office!!!!!!! Horrendous customer service dealing with these issues.If I could give the billing and front office negative stars... trust me I would. One star is wicked generous.

We hired them both for treatment to deter pests and to prevent termites. They came and explained what they were going to do, why, and when they’d be return for the next steps. They came as scheduled, were friendly, and had useful information for us. Happy to have chosen them for our pest prevention!

I would imagine anyone can spray pesticides. However Lewie took customer care to another level by being friendly and informative. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable knowing that regardless of the issue he would take care of it.Quick response, fair pricing, and good customer service, works for me.

They charged us for service on Labor Day but nobody ever showed up, nor did they even call to schedule our seasonal spray. Its been over a month and they have not fixed the charge.

They walked off a job - to say they couldn’t get thru the crawl space is unacceptable. They had been out to house twice to look at it before coming to do the job. We even showed the employees an easier way to enter the space and they were willing to do it. The boss who wasn’t even present on site told them to leave. We have the closing on this house hinging on getting this done. Terrible customer service and business practice. Will never recommend, but will share this bad experience with everyone. You don’t back out of a job you quoted on in person and saw what you were going to have to do.

Not so pleased. We called them keep away roaches and other bugs in the house. Plus wasps and hornets outside. They came once to do the inside of the house. The guy only sprayed the thresholds in the house and said that’s all that was needed. We still found lots of ants and one huge roach in the house. After speaking to them they said “ it will get worse before it gets better”. They came the house again for no charge after we complained. They said they set traps for the ants. We STILL have ants. The wasps outside are better after they treated outside but we still have issues all around. We will be going with some else after this.

Clay handles our needs and any issues that might come up. Hes extremely dependable and conscientious! He and other employees that are quality service driven sets your company apart from the others.

Arrow has become a one-stop shop for us. They replaced crawl-space vents and installed a fan, handle our termite contract and come quarterly to spray for all manner of pests. We have had additional services at times and they have gone above and beyond. Arrow is out to earn and keep your business. I highly recommend them.

I am a local real estate professional. I have found that even though a customer of Arrow has paid and maintained a termite contract with this company....Arrow will not produce a termite inspection letter stating the status of said property without a charge of $50.00. One would think at the cost of having a termite warranty this would be part of your service. I have found on several different occasions this to be a policy Arrow has in place. I do not recommend your company to any of my clients. Other local companies do not charge for this service. Cooks, Heritage etc. Sorry but Arrow needs to step up on this policy...

After some scheduling mishaps, arrow went out of their way to make it right with excellent service and very reasonable pricing. since the initial service, we have had to call once for a follow-up visit (our yellow jackets have been tenacious this year) and the return visit was hassle-free, prompt and immediately effective. plenty of other companies would have just let my business go and chalked it up to another oh well acceptable loss, but arrow contacted me personally to apologize and correct the error. i greatly respect that kind of vanishing customer treatment, and would recommend arrow to anyone who asks.

Alan has done our extermination since we have moved into our house 6 years ago. When we first moved in we had issues with insects. He addressed each and every one of them and now we do not have any Uninvited guests. He is always thorough and professional and we would highly recommend him to any of our friends and family.

Consistent good service. I love the 3-month rotation. Your representative always lets me know of upcoming appointments, then lets me know what he found in the PDF report. When I first moved in several years ago, each spring/summer would bring ants into the kitchen. The Arrow technician was diligent in finding those nests and tells me about new nests hes treated. I havent seen an ant inside for at least two years.

Gets rid of spiders, ants, mice, camel crickets or any bug Ive seen. Once was up in a tree and noticed a basketball size nest of bald faced wasps and skied down the ladder. They came right out and removed it. Also took care of my carpenter bees. Takes care of my yearly termite inspection and I also have the sentricon system. Comes out if I have a problem. Will inspect if Im away or request to be present. Very friendly and easy to work with.

We’ve used Arrow Extermination services for several years on a quarterly basis. We’re very happy with the service they provide and the technicians are always friendly and helpful.

Termite inspections are the biggest scam any pest control company could ever have. You have to have a termite letter to sell your house, $50 bucks. Then if your house has ever had termites in the past you will never pass inspection and the treatment is $500 if you want to sell it. They give you a letter saying you have no termites but they recommend termite treatment! Its on the letter so the lender will require the treatment. This company told us that our home was free of termite activity but they couldnt put it on the letter. So now we have to pay $500 to have an unneeded service because they say we need it for something we dont have. WHAT A SCAM! not just this company but every single one!
