Mark helped take care of a wasp nest hidden inside a vent in the back of the house. I called the night before and he came out the next morning, so very responsive service! Mark sent pictures of the nest afterwards to show it was taken care of. Will definitely recommend.

They had a representative knocking door to door when we were looking for a service. The person who collected my information got email and phone number incorrect. There was no communication when someone was coming due to the errors. I called for a service and no one called me back after I gave the correct information. I finally caught them one day when I was off work. I gave them my number so they could contact me. I never knew when they were coming by. After the year contract was up they charged me yet again and refused to refund because they had serviced. A service I didn’t even know was performed. He said that gmail was misspelled and he would update it. Perfectly pointless at this point. I work with pest companies regularly and I would say this was by far the worst I’ve encountered.

Davey came out & sprayed did amazing job! He also let me know about a few things under our house that needs to be looked at & fixed & had no idea about this! This was also not his job at all!! He is an absolutely amazing. He knew exactly what he was talking about & I highly recommend them specially with fleas!!!! You get your moneys worth with his company!

Katie always sends a text message to remind us that she’s on her way to do her job which she does very well. She is reliable and courteous and gives input of any known problems happening. She’s very trusted and honest which means a lot. Great job Katie

Very professional, friendly, and thorough. They sent two technicians, one inside, one outside. The only complaint I have is a couple of spots inside they sprayed were in areas that we walk in. Needless to say, I found them by stepping in them and tracking the chemical through the room. Not a huge deal. Evaluating the effectiveness of the treatment. Good so far.

We started using Insight Pest Solutions about a year and a half ago. Before they came, we had some ants and spiders inside the house and quite a few wasps and bees building nests under our eaves. Since we have been using Insight, I never see ants or spiders and very few bees or wasps. They are very professional. They always text before they come and ask if everything is satisfactory or if I have any problems and my technician, James, is very friendly and does a great job.

It was my first time using this company. Their sales rep and technician were both courteous and professional. They answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns.

I originally signed on with this company as part of a neighborhood deal. It was more expensive for a 12 month contract than my previous pest control providers, but the old guys had been letting me down. Persistent issues with hornets and wasps, kept catching rodents in indoor glue traps (it may be an intruder, but putting them down is always tough), and there have been signs of American cockroaches getting into the garage of our split level house. Not to mention an army of Carolina Wolf Spiders infesting the yard and coming indoors periodically to hunt for food. Thankfully they arent really climbers, and will prey on other more dangerous arachnids, but this place we bought not too long ago just keeps getting unwanted visitors.Deontrez from Insight Pest Solutions was prompt, well-dressed, soft-spoken but personable, and displayed a great deal of experience in the field by casually having a pleasant conversation with me while conducting a full outdoor perimeter treatment, indoor treatment under sinks and behind the sinks walls should any insects come through via the pipes, as well as placed a secondary, wide perimeter using slow-release granules to keep down the pest population in the grass surrounding the house itself without killing everything living in the entire yard, as that would possibly destroy populations of beneficial insects and arachnids, leaving an invitation for far more malicious newcomers to move in.This is the first treatment with Insight Pest Solutions. I admit that I didnt pay sufficient attention to the salesman to realize this was a 12 month commitment. And, even at their neighbor-rates, they charge more than I paid with another service. But if the treatments prove more effective, Ill consider it money well spent and be happy to welcome Deontrez back whenever he comes by again.

Everyone has been professional at Insight Pest Solutions, from the knowledgeable sales pitch from Joseph, to the delivery of services by Feli and Ibra. They are hard working, relatable, trustworthy individuals. Every single room in the house and the shed was taken care of, and the entire outside of the house and yard, too. I was nervous at first because this was a door to door sales call - but I liked their guarantee and price so I gave it a shot. This is my new company 100%, without a doubt.

When I originally signed up with Insight Pest Solutions the representative assured me that the treatment would cover fleas ticks spiders mosquitoes ants rodents, etc. I have not seen any change as of yet. In fact, during the summer when my grandchildren were visiting they had severe bites from the numerous ant hills in my backyard. My dog continues to struggle with fleas even though I give her flea medication. I chose this company because of wanting a more natural solution to these problems. Usually using a more natural remedy takes longer so I’ve tried to be patient and hope that it will get better as time goes on.
