Just had a visit from Tim H with Dodson. Extremely personable and professional! He did a great job of explaining the treatment he was performing today as well as the follow up visits. We have had some unwanted ants recently and cockroaches out an the wood porch. As a bonus he took care of two newly formed wasp nests AND educated me on bats (love it when I get to learn something new!) - all in all a very good experience and I would highly recommend this company (especially Tim H).

Doug is always polite, considerate, determined to help, watchful, requests me to call them the moment something pops up so they can come and check it out as fast as they can come, cheerful, flexible, appreciative of his careers and wants to do well in his work, knowledgeable, COVID-19 considerate, and a team player. Did I mention thorough?! And yesterday I had a question for a form I was filling in and left a message on the website early in the morning. At 8 AM the phone rang and it was Teresa with the exact information I needed. To say I recommend them is an understatement.

I called and requested to schedule an inspection/estimate for new service and they sent Tim to do that within a couple hours. Tim was very polite and professional, giving me good information and a reasonably priced pest control recommendation. Tim returned the very next morning to perform the initial treatment and was very thorough, answering all my questions. I recommend Dodson Pest Control.

Had them pre-treat our new construction home for termites and told us the could do a quarterly visit for pest and bugs, when the time came they said they do not do quarterly visits. Pesticides last 3-4 months. It makes no sense to do a monthly contract... look for a quarterly company and use your money wisely

Customer Service is poor, dread calling the office because they are always so short with you and act like you are bothering them. Their product isnt the best either. Always takes several treatments and never see much of a difference.

We have a a wonderful experience with Dodson Pest Control. Bucky is great to work with and takes care of our problems we have with pests. I would recommend them highly.

My elderly Mother had a King Size bed that had bed bugs we treated it. She called for a free inspection so we would know if we got them. Man came and inspected her bed/pillows ONLY and saw some fecal matter but no bugs. Asked what we did, We used Rid Lice, Dust Mites, Bed Bug Spray, He said I dont see nothing keep doing what you are doing. We got her a mattress and a box spring cover that evening. A few days later same problem, she called again and they sent another man to re-inspect. She was getting bit in her recliner, which is gone now, which was inspected while at the road for trash pick up by the inspector who said I saw nothing on the furniture you threw away It did not come back in the house because it had bugs.Now mind you an inspection includes every thing in the room, carpets etc... I was here and told him where she spent most her time, he skimmed the top of her PC desk with a flashlight and her desk chair was inspected also He checked the bed again too, which had blood stains on the mattress cover but no bugs. Checked the couch which she dont sit on I do, I told him I had been in her room. Couch was clear he said he saw nothing.That evening Moms new bed was coming, she down sized to a full sized bed, she wanted to make sure the house was clear, she stressed that.About 3 days later she got bit again, we inspected her new bed no sign of bugs and it is also protected now with the mattress/box spring covers!Checked her computer desk from TOP TO BOTTOM and the drawer in it, she had eggs and shell casings in it! It is gone, her desk chair also had bugs, it is gone. Her closet was not checked, it has bugs all her bedroom furniture but 2 dressers and a glass computer desk I gave her to use, are gone! Her carpet is also being affected.I had family use this company with no problems, their wall and every thing was checked. Their bug problem is gone.We decided to use them, because of the good word put out about themWe were told twice we did not have any signs. So we thought it was over!The other bedroom was not checked and it also had a new bed in it! A bug was found in it this morning.She has another free inspection with Terminix Tuesday.My Mother and I are both disabled, She cant afford to pay thousands of dollars to exterminate, I have no income to help her. So, you can see why I am upset! She has a lot of stuff and furniture that has been trashed.She has lung problems so we cant use just anything to treat the home ourselves.What would have cost her 600-650 what we were told would cost if she had them, to fix may now cost more!Due to 2 inspections not done thoroughly!I just thought I would let you know how your inspectors are inspecting! 😡Nothing against your company I have heard a lot of good things about it. We just got 2 inspectors who were not very thorough!

Wow!!!!!! The man they sent to my house was so thorough....you would have thought that he was doing his mothers house....he asked the right questions....he was very knowledgable ..and he checked all carbonatesl,drawers,closets,behind the fridge,laundry room....i was impressed...he treated all my stuff with respect.....after treating the home he cleaned all the spider webs fron both porches and all floodlights....even treats the exterior.....this is real pest controll.....thank you....
