We just signed up to have service with Urbanex. Ryan was a great salesman and went over everything with me. Then Derrick came to the house to treat it. He is very kind and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job taking care of our issues at the house. He even cautioned me about a snake in my backyard!

I would give them a 5 star.Unfortunately, I do not like the spray that is used because it covers all of my windows and leaves an unsightly residue on all of my windows! I try to keep my windows clean and every quarter this happens. I would strongly recommend a much less messy way of treating homes.

I got the pleasure of having Trevor as my technician at my home on Signal Mountain. I signed up for service and he was here within the hour. We’ve had several great service technicians come out. They notify us beforehand and always show up and are professional. Noah did a great overall service in July around the house and our dock, cleaning off all the spider webs and providing treatment. Mike and Gerard have also done extra work to treat all areas of the dock. They also do the mosquito and termite treatments.

In our new house weve had major issues with carpenter bees and spiders on the exterior, and with stinkbugs (which I can live with) and cockroaches (which I can NOT) in the interior, so when Denis came around door-to-door I decided to give Urbanex a shot. I was very skeptical, especially with the carpenter bees as our house has all cedar siding, which they really really like, when they were still around after our initial treatment I thought I would end up seeking a refund, but Urbanex were right on top of it, and my sales rep came back himself with a more intense treatment for the most problematic outdoor areas, and now the carpenter bee tunnels are all abandoned, and Im no longer afraid to walk around the house barefoot at night for fear of roaches. Ive had Matt, Simon, and Tyrese out to spray and all have been 100% courteous and helpful. I dont have to worry about bugs any more.

I signed up for Urbanex service today and I’m so glad I made the decision to switch from a larger pest control company. My main pest concern was red wasp. My previous company provided treatment last week and still had a lot of wasp surrounding my deck. Dylan and Trevor came today and immediately pointed out multiple active wasp nests under my deck. They did an extremely thorough job making sure all nest and webs were removed and saturated my home with repellent using an onboard truck sprayer not a backpack sprayer the other company uses. This included spaying every square inch of my deck. They also treated the inside of my garage removing webs and applying repellent including traps placed at both sides of each garage door. The level of attention to detail showed immediate results my previous pest control company failed to resolve just a week ago. I highly recommend their professional and thorough service. They provided the level of detail to my home as if it was there home.

Within an hour of signing up, Dylan came over to perform the initial treatments. He was extremely thorough and professional. I have lots of experience with other pest control companies and I am impressed with Urbanex.

Salesman came to door and was nice but very aggressive when I told him I DID NOT want to sign a contract. He said no problem I can waive the year contract snd you will only pay $100 for first month and $49 for 2nd month. I asked him at least 3 times if I was signing a contract and he said no. The 3rd month comes around and they try to charge my debit card for $49 more, and I called and explained everything and they told me that I signed a contact!! I NEVER agreed to that! They want to ccharge me $150 cancellation fee and we sill have ants!! This is ridiculous!
