I had a wonderful experience at Nail Care & Spa. Its my birthday and I really wanted pampering and this was the perfect place to go! I had the spa mani and pedi and waxing. Angel really went all out with the experience. She is very detail oriented and attentive. She has a great attitude and it was truly a pleasure. Definitely will be back

I have been here numerous times over the years. After what happened today I will definitely not return. I called ahead and asked if they could fit me in given the time. The guy that answered the phone told me yes and I told him when I would be there. When I arrived at the time I said I would I was told by someone else that I could not be fit in. When I informed him that I only came since the guy standing next to him told me I could he just stated that he was sorry even after the other guy said he had spoken to me. Poor customer service like that loses business.

Best service, went up and above on a simple set requested that do many individuals are still complimenting on!! Had love one pass new years so they did something special that was extra but didnt charge for so VERY VERY THANKFUL!!! The man was awesome, quick for great outcome & would recommend to any & everyone!! Would go back anytime too!!!

I got a price of $48 before I had my nails done. I had my acrylic nails removed & a new set put on with a French manicure. The guy took my old set off then started putting the new set on. I told him I wanted the shape that my previous set was. It was obvious he had not paid attention to the set he just took off. So I told him almond shape and he started by doing Stiletto. When I said no that’s not almond he seemed to get Irritated with me. I finally took the emery board and shaped one of my nails to show him what I wanted. He said that’s not almond it’s oval. Every other nail salon I have been to calls it almond. He still couldn’t get the shape correct. I was just ready to get it finished. The underside of my nails was left a little rough. While he was doing the gel French he told me the next time I come in it would be $63.00. I can assure him there won’t be a next. I reshaped them when I got home. Now they look much better.

My sister and I went into this nail place yesterday. It looked promising until he started on my nails. Everyone of them are sideways, shaped funny, he didn’t file them down at all so it’s a huge bulge sticking off my fingers. I’m never going back there this is ridiculous I paid $60 for a full set that looks horrible!

This place is amazing! I was weary the first time I went, but now I have been going here for over a year regularly and have never looked back. I have never been disappointed. Every nail tech does amazing work, but I personally always go to Andre. I am picky about my nails and he always listens to what I want and I have never had any issues. The nails do not fall off or chip easy like I have experienced at other salons. Everyone is laid back and it’s genuinely a fun experience.

The men here make it extremely awkward and uncomfortable for me and any of my friends that come here. Would not recommend.

Vincent did a great pedicure and is very personable and professional. Will be the new regular place for my wife and I.

My teenage daughter went yesterday and they took advantage of them by charging them twice the price.Instead of letting them everything they were doing it would be extra. They keep adding additional charges. Don’t trust those people!! Not trustworthy

Went here to get my nails done. and i got the gel that was supposed to last longer than normal acrylic. they started popping off in 4 days. they looked great and the guy was very gentle and made them look good. but i just couldn’t believe they came off that quick. this was my first time going to the nail salon! and i don’t know if i will go back..

Andre is by far the best Person I have ever had do my nails. He is so kind and professional and makes sure you are 100% happy. I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment so you are guaranteed to get andre!

My husband and I went to Nail Care for the first time tonight and got pedicures. I also had a manicure done. Rain and his wife were amazing! Not only did they do an amazing job with the manicure and pedicures, but they were super nice and friendly! Some salons Ive been to the nail techs wont talk to you and get to know you, but Rain and his wife (I didnt catch her name unfortunately) took the time to get to know us and we all had a lot of fun talking and laughing. Definitely check them out if you are looking for a nice and friendly salon to visit.

Got dip nails and not even two days later 2 have already broken and 1 is cracked. I called and they said it would be $3 to get each one fixed.

I’ve been coming to this salon since 2016 and I’ve had nothing but GREAT service. I always ask for Andrea and my nails always come out with a great shape and polish job! Everyone who works here genuinely cares about what they put out into the world. If I leave and mess up my nails, they have NO problem fixing it if it is minor. Everyone is so friendly and warm and they’re always willing to help make sure you walk out feeling your best self. Also, the prices are MORE than reasonable! Don’t go to an overpriced salon, come here where you will be taken care of and appreciated! Also, the nail art here is divine! No one does it better than this salon, take it from a regular customer.

Waited 20 minutes after he said he could take me and at 4:50 said he doesn’t have time!!! Extremely rude and unprofessional!!! I will NEVER go here again.

This is my normal go to place. The reason that I am giving a lower score is due to a new lady that is employed there. She was VERY rough! She also scraped my finger with the tool. My nails hurt when she was done. Whenever I see her working I am starting to avoid the place. The best one there is Andrea. She does amazing and is such a sweet person! She can do my nails any day!

I absolutely love nail care! I have been going to this salon for several years and I will not let anyone else do my nails. Andre is simply the best. Anything I show him he will make it happen!

I’ve been going here for about 2 months now and I absolutely love it. All of the techs have worked on my nails but Rain is my favorite. Highly recommended. Only thing that would make it better is if they had wine. ☺️

Terrible! I went in to have Dip taken off and Gel polish put on..the lady who was taking off the Dip had ABSOLUTELY NO clue what she was doing!!She cut 2 of my fingers (to the point of blood)with the drill before someone else finally took over. They looked decent (definitely NOT great) when I walked out but chipped off 4 days later! I cant believe I wasted $30 on this service!!

David at Nail Care in West Town mall is amazing! I had no wait. Came in, immediately greeted, sat down and said i wanted magnetic polish and a design but I didnt care what design. I walked out with nails beyond my imagination. He hand painted beautiful three toned roses. Ive never seen such talent in all the years getting my nails done. I wont ever go to anyone else again but David at Nail Care.

I was there today, the people is nice but the work you do no so much Im not sure if the girl was new doing nails or just not interested On doing mine... they werereally crooked and when I told the girl about them she said she couldnt do anything about it I was surprised....oh well I can definitely do something about it and NEVER GO BACK!!!!!

I was a bit hesitant to go here because of the reviews BUT I am SO glad I went. I was immediately greeted by a friendly gentleman who was so patient and explained all the prices for me, helped me pick out my colors and promptly sat me down for my pedicure. Kiim did my nails and pedicure and guys... she is so AWESOME!!. I will be a regular here from now on.

Absolutely amazing place the signature pedicure is worth every single penny it is absolutely heaven the technicians and atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming definitely recommend it to anyone whos looking for a amazing relaxing time.

The man who did my nails was very nice BUT.. he was very slow and not well trained. He was very shaky while doing my nails. Also the store is dark and doesn’t have a good nail polish selection.

Absolutely great service and clean work we took my 9 year old sister here and her nail tech was David he was nothing but nice to her he joked with her and made her feel comfortable getting her nails done for the first time and even wrote her name on the piece of nail that got cut off and let her keep it to remember her first time getting them done

I received a mani/pedi on August 31 and by September 2 my nail polish was already peeling off. My first experience in July was awesome, didnt get a manicure that time. The little young female needs a lot more training if shes going to continue doing this type of work. I have photos and I think Im entitled to a free manicure.

Im so disappointed! I vacayed from new jersey, my daughter lives in sweetwater. We did a movie/pedi/mani bonding experience. I paid $140 for our pedi and manis. I decided on gel SO THAT THEY WOULD LAST AT LEAST 2 WEEKS! it was a husband and wife that did our service but the man (who serviced my daughter) took forever while he flirted and talked, making senseless jokes. I was done bu the time he was begining her mani. I noticed immediately the wife missed spots on my hands but i let it go. My daughter got the french manicure and the white part was coming off by evening time and now, 4 days later, all of it has come off her hands. This is absurd for $140! I will be posting on every site i can and calling the store. I definitely wont be back!

At first I thought they had done an excellent job but upon leaving I noticed that multiple of my nails were crooked and uneven. Definitely not happy with how they look. Im going to try and file them to see if I can fix it.

Place was very dirty, and me and my daughter went in for a medi, and the price was too expensive $35. so we got the gel nail and just a file for $25. The service was not pleasant.

I needed a nail salon tonight. My technician is on vacation... My pinky nail had lifted and was hurting so bad I put tape on it at work...lolNevertheless, after stopping by 2 other salons one (one was closing & the other had such bad reviews I passed).Nevertheless, Andrew (I hope I’m recalling his name correctly) did a nice job on my nails. I arrived about 7:45/8pm and I was in & out within 30 minuets for a fill-in.The only reason I did not give the salon a 5 star is the pricing. I wanted rhinestones and it was .50 a stone. I have NEVER heard of that...lol So I started looking online to purchase them and put them on myself...lol However, Andrew unknowingly I was looking suggested I get some from Claire’s and add them on. I told him I was already looking. lolI appreciated his suggestion and stopped by Claire’s as I left the mall.My regular nail tech is 30 minutes from my home. This place is 5 minuets from me. I will definitely return to Care Nails and add my own stones again.P.S. It was an additional $5 for clear gel polish. I don’t pay the extra with my tech (Nails byMichi). She just does it.Overall, this was a good experience aside from the “add-ons.”

David the guy who sitting at front is not at all good. When I went with my mom to do our mani pedi, he took the lady that came from their back door and took her first rather than just waiting. By the way we almost waited for more than hour and wait time was only15-20 mins. I mean if u know them they are good, otherwise not.

I love the conversations Andy and i had as he did the most beautiful set of nails ive even seen on me. i also not only walked away with perfect nails but also a new pink nail polish color, i would defanetly reccoment them to anyone, i slammed my finger in a car door and broke my nail, they fixed it at my conviance! DAVID OR ANDY ARE THE BEST!!!! FIVE STARS!!!
