The facilities are beautiful, relaxing, and spotlessly clean. Every detail is well thought out, from hot coffee in the lounge to all the products you might need in the locker rooms. Everyone I met was friendly and professional. My hot stone massage was incredibly relaxing, and I very much enjoyed a facial with an informative and fun-to-talk-to esthetician. I’ve been to several high end resorts/spas, and Pure Luxe is the best!

Not only were they very professional, but they took the time to address my needs before the appointment even began. Their attention to detail is also amazing. My entire process, from start to finish, was made easy by their confident staff. I would definitely recommend!

Jessica was AMAZING! After years of not knowing how to manage and embrace my natural curls, Jessica fixed me right up with a Deva cut. She was very knowledgeable about my curls and the texture of my hair. She was able to easily lead me to the correct products to use. She was extremely thorough and made sure to give me the cut I wanted. After years of receiving disappointing hair cuts from a variety of salons, I am thrilled that I have finally found someone who not only cuts my hair, but has me feeling fabulous when I leave! Be very careful when prepaying for anything here. Ive been a customer for five or six years. I love the atmosphere and have had excellent service, but this is the second time they have tried to double charge me for a service - and they were rude about it, to boot. Im not sure what the problem is, but its time for me to find another provider.

Tina and Sandy performed what we feel to be the best massages we have ever received. The release of tension was immediate and resolved an issue that three months of Chiropractic care could not tackle. We are planning to get a membership and make massage a regular healthcare routine.

This is definitely the best Salon and Spa in Knoxville! Morgan Myers is an amazing stylist- my color and haircut have never looked better - I get compliments all the time and I’ve been dyeing my hair for 25 years! She really listens and knows her stuff! The shampoo chairs are massage chairs and salon is beautiful. The spa is incredible- Sauna use is included and I highly recommend going early for spa appointments and using it and the lounge.

The massage therapists sat during the entire massage, complained when I asked her to add a little bit more pressure, and didn’t massage me for the full hour that I paid for. On top of that, I paid a deposit that was not deducted from my final payment. I paid $50 deposit on a $100 massage- should’ve only paid $50 but was asked to pay $100. Freaking ridiculous!

I unexpectedly received a Queen for the Day spa retreat as a surprise from my Employer - showing up for work that day only to be whisked away to Pure Luxe. The lavish amenities were beyond my expectation - a well thought out locker room with dream showers & toiletries, plush robes & slippers, a sitting area with refreshments that were replenished no less than 3x during my brief visit, as well as a beach-like sauna set for perfect relaxation. I had an amazing facial where my esthetician listened to my skin concerns, was very helpful & informative as she moved through the treatment, as well as recommended products they had in stock at the salon - should I want to continue my spa experience at home maintaining my radiance daily. I was also spoiled with a 90-minute hot stone massage that was an absolute game changer, and unlike any other massage I have ever received. My massage therapist was so welcoming & truly wanted to understand my specific needs. She was also very responsive to my feedback, altering a few of the steps she would normally have taken to allow more time on my neck/shoulders - that create headaches/migraines for me at least twice per week. Before my session even started - she had the massage table warmed, a wonderfully smelling lavender mask for my eyes/face, and soothing background music going. She hit every single area of concern, and all of my stress just melted away. Both ladies invited me back to enjoy additional services soon - and with that being said... I will definitely be returning to Pure Luxe. Would give 100 stars if it were an option!

I recently started going to Monica 4 treatment of wrinkles on my forehead n brow lines. She is very helpful and professional and takes pride and concern in what she does with injections. She takes before and after pictures and really wants you as a customer to b pleased and happy with her service! She offers up very good suggestions with all of her experience and knowledge. Great customer service speaks volumes about a company.For Christmas this year my wonderful husband purchased a gift card for $120 (he purchased on Christmas Eve). I made my appointment for a 90 min Swedish Massage & a manicure.Pure Luxe is beautiful, everything is set up perfectly. My services were out of this world amazing. Fast forward to time to leave, I hand the lady in the front my gift card and she tells me that there is no balance on the card; queue the immediate heart attack.They said they do not look up card information. My husband sent me his bank statement, where we realized they had charged $150 instead of $120. They would not let me refund the balance OR put it towards the tip for some reason. I was told I had to purchase something to get the money that they overcharged us credited back to us. The massage and workers were all great. This review is solely based on the managers unwillingness to make the situation they caused better.

I have never been to a spa that doesn’t provide a glass of wine upon request. I bought a $130 facial and asked for a glass of wine but they will only give you wine if you provide it yourself—they make you bring your own wine! That is just plain cheap of them. So the glass of wine I was looking forward to before my facial I didn’t get to have. They refused. So I will not be going back. I’ll go to a spa that has better customer service.

It was my first time visiting Pure Lux! My sister-in-law recommended me to Pure Lux because she has received great service here. I got an acne facial because my skin hasnt been the best lately and I really appreciated how Autumn took care of me! She listened to my skin concerns and catered to my specific needs. I truly felt taken care of when I was getting my facial done. I will definitely be coming back for another facial and possibly a massage too very soon!!!
