We didnt have an appointment, but they took us in affordable but usually very busy! Make your appointment and you will be fine!

July 3 2021 1 week later my nails chipped broken layers of the topcoat was peeling off as pictures indicate I went back to the salon when I get back from out of town I was told to come in today at 11 o’clock which is July 15th it was 40 for dip to fix my nails I was told 30.00 I will never go back my opinion I would not recommend anyone to go to that place please save your money or go somewhere else

News loud on the tv asked two times for it to be changed or turned off, I am about to say never mind the service I am leaving they finally change it. Great but then nothing relaxing about my feet being hurt three times. Never mind my manicure, enough is enough.I was waiting for my son so I went here. Never again

Dan did my pedicure today. He did a really great job also got my ingrown toenail out with care. I also had a full set done by someone else they all do a really good job at there work. Ive been going here for 4 years now definitely recommend.

Very nice atmosphere. The prices were fair. They have a very large variety of colors, as well. The pedicure area looked very relaxing and inviting. I didnt have a pedi this time but I will be going back for one. My daughter got her first mani here tonight and really enjoyed it. Despite being a wild 5-year-old, her nails turned out perfectly. I did the dip nails. They turned out great, too. Well definitely be going back.

Got my first pedicure here and loved it! Also got acrylic extensions and loved them! Best prices I’ve seen in a while! Would recommend to anyone local or not!

I’ve been taking my client an myself to Avalon for many years an we’ve always been happy ! Tracy always does his An I like Wynn but I really ain’t picky so if she can’t then whoever. They all are very respectful An do what you ask for . I never feel pressured to hurry an pick a color. Keep on it Avalon crew you all are excellent!

Got a set of acrylic nails done with SNS powder. The guy used a new acrylic nail to painfully rip off my old ones. I can only assume he did this because I mentioned on the phone I only had an hour. It was painful and messy and tore my nails apart, obviously. Then he put that nail back in the tray to be used later. Then I was allowed to pick a color and I was rushed to pick one. The brighter color is still on my skin 3 days later. He spent a lot of time grinding them down and now the color is thin in areas and very bumpy. You can see where the acrylic starts on every nail and the tips have some bumps too. The sides are not covered at all. The coffin shape is very crooked on a few nails. Then when I brought up that I needed to leave soon and was rudely told ‘almost done’ and then it took another 10 minutes of grinding and finding a gel matte top coat since they don’t have an SNS matte top coat and without it the nails looked powdery still. Ended up being 10 minutes late back to work and got a subpar manicure for $40. Not worth it.

I love this place its very relaxing. Everyone does a great job with their work especially Donny he did an awesome job he took his time and even picked my polish color for my pedicure which I loved !!!! This is my favorite place to get any work done. I always leave satisfied. Another thing if you have ingrown toenails they all know how to pull them the correct way.

I went in two weeks ago,I had wynn..shes amazing..she was funny,and.kind..I showed her a picture of what I wanted and they came out just like the picture..Im actually SCHEDULING with her today fory.fill in..I would recommend this place to everyone..it wasent.my first time,just.my.first in years..I love this place..

Wish i had never gone. I went for a full set with french tips. When he started with the pink powder instead of white I told him I didnt want the pink because I wanted the french tips and it never looks good. He told me he only had pink and continued. I should have got up then but I had glued tips on and was in for the long haul. So then because the powder was so thin you could see the lines where the tips were on my finger half way up my nail. I told him thats why I like the white cause this doesnt show and he started selling me designs because I only wanted a small tip. Again should have got up. So know I had to pick a color! Ive only wore 1 color or french in my life. My issue I get but Im paying so not for you to decide. Then he hovers while Im panic-ally trying to find my color. And the lighting is so bad I cant find a good one so I pick a terrible color. So then he starts painting and it is sooo bad around my cuticles I want to cry. I have a wedding this weekend and my nails are terrible. I will never go again.

I had a good experience here, my tech was polite and my nails look great. However, my gel manicure was $32 and I left an $8 tip to make it an even $40. I checked my bank account today and they went ahead and gave themself $2 extra to make it $42. I am sorry to say I won’t return.

I always make an appointment with Donnie (trusr him with my nails for 5 years now)! I love how he isnt chatty but is kind and lets me relax! His gel manicures are perfection on my short nails. I appreciate that he pays such attention to detail and takes pride in his work. I could close my eyes during any service and be confident theyd be perfect when I opened. Donnie is a rare find! But call ahead for him! He does fill fast and is worth the wait! Also a bonus is they just got new pedi stations!

I got a pedicure and it was not relaxing in the slightest. The man who did my nails was in a rush (for no reason, they were not busy), extremely rough it was actually painful and he did not pay attention at all. When scrubbing my feet he watched the tv the whole time and left dead skin on my feet that he did not scrub off. I had a bad experience and would not recommend.

Prices are very reasonable. Staff gets people in and out fairly quickly while doing a great job on your nails.

Love this place ! Have been going here regularly almost 2 years and tried many different services. All have been perfect! Staff is friendly and all work stations are very clean. Awesome A+++!

I visited Avalon with my mother today for the first time. I almost didnt go, because I saw a few bad reviews. This salon was wonderful! I love the decor! The staff was friendly! And, I had one of the best pedicures of my life! Highly recommend!

My last visit there was awful I had acrylics done and it made my nails look so thick and tacky. this is my second visit and I went to someone different and they did a wonderful job I did dip powder this time!

I really have given this place my business time and time again, but after this last manicure, I am going to have to call it quits. I like the atmosphere here, and I hardly ever have to wait longer than 20-25 minutes. Almost every time I have gone to Avalon I have enjoyed the experience, but this time really made me take a step back and review all of the times I come here.I was just getting a fill-in on my acrylic nails, but I was getting gel this time instead of regular polish. I got the owner, which I have always been kind of nervous with her, because she normally is in a hurry and will rush through to get to the next customer. This time was no exception. She didnt listen to what I wanted, and then when I made a comment about the color of my nails, she ignored it and kept working. I came in with almond/slightly pointed nails, and left with completely rounded oval nails. Not only that, but my nails arent filed evenly, and the gel has dips in it. She even had the nerve to tell me that she didnt do almond shaped nails because they would take more time and she didnt want to keep customers waiting... even though every other time I have gone, they have done that shape without question. I hate my nails, but I am going to deal with them for 2 weeks until I can afford to go somewhere else and get them fixed.

Just moved to this area and thought this salon was great. They offer great organic sugar scrubs and amazing massages, and some drinks too. Dan was great, ask for him!

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED HERE. spent the last 20 minutes fixing what the lady did. my 5 year old niece could’ve done a better job.

I brought my client and I here for the first time..and my experience was awful...the manager let a woman go in front of me and instead of him telling her to wait when I told him I was actually next he still went ahead and took her in front of me..it really felt like I was being treated like this because I was black...and I’m not one to throw the race card at all..but today that’s how it felt. Accourse I chose not to let them do my nails..and I will never ever come here again..they slow and don’t do that good of a job anyways.

Ive been coming to Avalon for years. They do a great job on both fills and pedicures. I think their equipment is getting a bit dated, but I enjoy the services.

This salon is terrible I don’t recommend anyone to go here! They need training on how to remove gel pedicure. I had to leave with sore unfinished toenails because of how rough and careless he was. Very rude workers.

Have been going here for years and will never go back. After my dip manicure, the tech snuck and poured the used powder back into the container rather than disposing of it as he should have. This is after the flesh eating bacteria incident made the news. I am ashamed of the attemt to hide reusing powder.Very disappointed.

Worst experience of my life. Got a full set. She cut them way shorter than I asked. Then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do rounded nails that short... she gave me short pointed nails pointing in all different directions. I had acrylic left all over my fingers. I went home and tried to fix them myself but because she cut the corners COMPLETELY off I couldn’t even round them out myself.

Would not recommend this place - the staff was rude, didn’t listen to me on what I wanted or length, tried to tell me what I had to get, messed up my original nails. I could have had a blind person do a better job. Will not be back

The lady who wears velvet all the time did my pedicure. She did very well on everything but painting my toes. She made one toe nail look crooked, got paint all over the skin around my toes, and the paint job was patchy and uneven.

This was my first time going to get a mani-pedi. The man who did them was very sweet, he seemed new. But my nails look like my 6 year old painted them. He did like 5 coats BC he kept messing up due to the Polish being to thick and never put thinner in it and there are bubbles in the polish and its very uneven. He also filed them so crooked it looked like I chewed them off. Needless to say I went home and took the file and polish remover to my nails immediately

Do not recommend this place..! The lady that works there is very rude! She messed my nails up and when I told her to fixed them, she got mad and did it very rudely and she also started talking in Chinese! Im never going back to this place!!!

I had a grumpy older lady do my nails that ended up patchy and uneven. Including some random marks on my nails that are now “baked” in because they are gel. Not sure if the light was dirty and caused my nails to get dirty or what, but I’m not impressed. Will not be returning.

Horrible job in my nails they look awful

Tried it once they did terrible, my nails were all different lengths and shapes, they did terrible painting them and the fill in looked like it I had already had it done a week.
