Went in to get acrylics and they look AWFUL. None of my nails are even, some are crooked and super chunky. I asked the tech to redo one because it was clearly messed up. The polish is chunky and the tops of my acrylics are not smooth so some parts of the polish are bunched up or there’s a dip. This is the worst I’ve ever had and I will never be back. Do not get acrylics here. My nails look horrible.

I am writing this review for my wife. She had a mani-pedi gel today.Service was great, the technicians were great and the final product was excellent.The only negative was an experience of one rude customer. This woman did not have an appointment, she just arrived, she stormed her way through the shop, approached my technician and in a demanding voice asked exactly how much longer it would be. Not liking the answer, this rude customer stomped out. I feel sorry for people in the service industry who must endure rude people.

It’s taken me so long to leave the review because I confused this location with the one in Clinton. My sister and I got acrylics here and they were AWFUL. My nails were all different shapes and were uneven in length. My sisters nails were even worse. The polish was lumpy and not painted on clean. Her nails were also all different shapes. Our pedicures weren’t the greatest either. NOT Happy. Won’t be returning. My nail tech was an older gentleman. Hers was a lady with long hair. I apologize I can’t remember their names. Also my sisters nail tech.. (the lady with the long hair) was extremely rude. Very unprofessional.

They are doing a great job with Covid-19 safety measures. Everyone wore a mask and they have see-through partitions between them and you while doing your nails. I was Bert impressed and as always the service was fantastic!

I am not quite sure how they can operate their business such horrible job like this. I think I could do much better painting my nails at home. I got a gel pedicure at this sequoyah nail and last only a week. Often when I go a gel PEDICURE will last until i come back for another pedi at other locations..NOT at this one....very poor job as you could see. My dry skin and calluses are still not well removed....Will not recommend them...If I could give 0 star, I will...

My favorite place in all of Knoxville to get my nails done! I see Buu every single time and he is a GEM. Is meticulous with my nails and makes sure they are done RIGHT and doesn’t rush. He does a great job with my pink and whites and goes the extra mile. Make sure to call to get an appointment, so you can get in without a wait.

Been there twice! They do a clean and quick job. The second time I went, after a couple days, I didn’t end up liking how long my nails were. So when I went back to ask them if they could fix it, they totally shortened them for me for free.

Dont waste your money here. I and my friend come to get the pedi done. However, my toes werent even and my friend got cut on her cuticle. Both of our colors didnt last a week. Will not recommend this place at ALL.

Love going to this nail salon. I always get really wonderful foot and leg massages. They have lots of pretty nail polish colors too. Ive been going for a few years and never been disappointed

I will never go here again. I went here and had a gel manicure by the owner, a man. He did a good job. When I went back for a polish change, a different person, a lady, had me. She couldnt remove the gel polish, and after attempting to soak it off, filed my nails down to remove the gel. The very next day, I had a chip in my nail. By the time I was able to go back, about 3 days later, I had 3 nails that needed to be redone. When I walked in to have them fix it, they were nice enough. The same lady fixed my nails. She just polished on top of the chipped spots and set it. You could very clearly see where she touched it up. I was not happy and told her I didnt like the way that looked. She seemed taken aback that I thought she should redo the whole nail. From that point on, they were very rude to me. She didnt even have me wash my hands after filing my nail and applying the gel. When I questioned it, she said it was fine, but the nails she fixed started to peel up a few days later. Also, when my nails grow out past my fingertips, they break, because she filed them so thin. Do not go here. I only gave one star because zero is not an option.

I have been coming here since they have remodeled and are under new management for about a year now. The salon is always so clean and you can tell that they take great care of it. The service is wonderful and their work is great:) I am always happy when I leave!

Me and my sister went for pedicures a polish change on my nails and a manicure for her for my birthday. First the pedicures were mediocre. The nail tech didnt even clean up around my nails after she painted them. While my legs were wrapped she painted my nails and did a terrible job. A 10 year old cam do better. My sisters manicure consisted of filing her nails and paining them and it looked terrible. We will never go there again. Going to try the new nail place down the street and see how they are next time.

We went on for a pedicure, drinks are served and the chairs massage. We did have fun, buuuut they didnt wash the tools between clients. Of course I didnt find out until the end.... when they took the tray of clippers and scrapers and just slid it right over and went to work. I also wasnt offered my own file. Not sure if this is normal, or even OK...

Very friendly service. I’ve only been once and I received a gel manicure on bare nails. I paid $35 including $5 tip. Unfortunately, 3 of my nails chipped badly or peeled off within a week. I felt like possibly because it was applied so thick and some of the nails weren’t filed smoothly enough and left with rigid edges. I’ve never had this problem with gel nails before. Disappointing for the money spent but again, very clean and friendly.

My DIPPING from this place got uneven, cracked and chipped. The surface on my nails are floppy and I am realized the colors of the dips on the sides are not filled well. My nails didnt even last 10 days. I used to get this DIPPING and it lasted around three weeks. Not recommended them.

This was an awful experience. My friend had gotten off the phone with family after hearing somebody passed away and was very upset- but the ladies working were so rude and disrespectful to her. They told her to sit down and pick a nail polish color and were so impatient with her when she was just trying to wipe a tear from her eye. They were harsh and and mean to her the rest of the experience, rolling her eyes and talking to another worker under her breath snarkly. Do not recommend. AT ALL. They also got cotton ball stuck in the nail paint, cut her hand TWICE, and wouldn’t go over the color another time when she asked. They should be so ashamed! Awful service.

Very clean and friendly staff...BUT i wont ever go back. They didnt soak off my previous set...but drilled the dip powder and tips off. When i told them i didnt want them drilling into my nails, i was told it was ok, and soaking them off would cost more. If they hadnt already started drilling i would have just left. They also didnt clean up my cuticles or tend to my nails in any way before applying new dip. I also wasnt asked to wash my hands until the very end. Now after only a week, ALL 10 are popping off from my cuticle. I should have just waited the extra few days for Leo at Broadway Nail Bar to have an open appointmemt.

Car Towed - 5/11/17, had a meeting at 7 pm - Kingston Pike Shopping Center where WokChow and Longs Drug Store is located. Most stores closed with Long Drug Store about to close, the entire back two rows of parking were completely empty. Thats over 100 parking spaces. I went to the mtg for an hour and was going to PU a meal from Wok Chow, located in this shopping center, afterwards to take home at 8 pm. My car was towed in 30 minutes. Ill never use any of the shops there again.

WORST PLACE EVER TO GET A PEDICURE.I went in for a pedicure today (39 months pregnant- dilated 2 centimeters mind you) before I give birth. My friend Ginny met me there. They sit us down and I start playing with the control to the chair in order to put it on a gentle kneading while Im getting my pedicure. The women doing my toes and Ginnys were telling me to turn the chair completely off and telling me that I shouldnt have it on at all. I told them it was fine to put it on gentle because Ive had the chair on while pregnant at other places (even asked my doctor about it). The woman ends up raising her voice at me and then I turn it off while sitting there completely stunned and uncomfortable. So I tried to just did what they said and tried to make it the best experience. Ginny and I just tried to make the most of it. The woman did my whole pedicure in 15 minutes and didnt even give me a foot massage. Ginnys pedicure on the other hand lasted about an hour... And yes this was the exact time!!! We couldnt believe the difference in our services. I ended up paying the full price of $30. I really wanted to say something but I thought that the woman doing my pedi was either the owner or manager plus it more people started coming in so I didnt want to make a scene. When I got home I called and asked for the owners info. She refused to give it to me. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. I knew it was the same woman who did my pedi. I preceded to tell her how uncomfortable she and the other lady made me. I told her that I wanted a refund because it was the worst spa experience I had. She said no, and left it at that. She quickly hung up on me. The funny thing about this whole story is that the woman kept on telling me she was sorry for yelling at me....over and over again.... I can NOT believe this is the wonderful pedicure I went in for before the birth of my son...and I cant believe I actually paid for it. I say DEFINITELY go somewhere else and have your nails done.
