I went to another nail salon right before I left here, they left my feet soaking for over an hour. I Called Focus and Henry answered the phone, understood my concerns, and got me in immediately!!! I was super happy that I got an amazing pedicure and he was so friendly and nice especially after I had had a long day before that. All of the staff was very friendly and kind. I will definitely be returning.

They have always treated me and my daughter like family. They do a great job.

Ive been going here for about a month a so far the service has been good they do a very good job. Im having the dip nails done and it has been great,they last and the color choices are pretty. I will continue to go here. Love the service and quality.

Focus nails are wonderful! I have tried alot of different nail salons around Knoxville and I have found Focus nails to be the best! Jenny and her husband Tim do a wonderful job.They are very personable and family oriented. Tim always does my nails and he always takes his time and has a great attention to detail. I always leave happy when I get my nails done here!

I went as a walk in last night, showed a picture of what I wanted. I always like my nails super short and found a pic of short coffin shaped nails. The guy said that wasn’t possible but tried anyways, every one of my nails are crooked, different Lengths, and the color is so clumpy. I’ve never had such horrible nails. Not to mention I called before hand and they said 27 for full set and it was 32.

I had never been here before and I just got a basic pedicure. He took his time and my toes looked great! Awesome prices and AMAZING service! Ive already been deciding on what color polish I want for the next time I go

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I finally tried Focus Nails after being ripped off and treated poorly by Broadway Nail bar one too many times. Jenny was SO friendly and did an amazing job in my gel nails! Plus their prices are the best Ive seen anywhere! Im not going anywhere else from now on!

I love getting my nails done here. Ive been coming here for about a year now. Great service. Wonderful owners. The only thing that im not to fond of is the fluctuation of prices and sometimes my polish isnt as neat around my cuticle thats only if Im nitpicking.

I made an appointment because I know it’s a good idea to have one at a nail salon. My schedule is very tight. I arrived for my appointment on time. There were several people waiting. I told them I had an appointment, but they did not have me down in their appointment book. They could not serve me because there were too many people already waiting. THAT is why I make appointments.

I love this place. Ive visited alot of nail salons over the years but none as good as this one.

I was recommended by someone after always complimenting her nails. Im glad I she recommended them. They nice and do a good job.

Went to have my nails taken off and painted. A woman worker told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour to have them removed but had a man worker have them soak for 15 minutes and drilled to remove. Painted and shaped my nails but to find out my nails were cracking from left over artificial nail on them!!! I will not be back because this was so ugly done. No wonder they dont make enough business.

I suggest appts., but the lady was very pleasant & friendly, done a great job! I just had my own nails done so Im not sure about acrylic but Im sure she does great!

Jenny has always done a wonderful job on my nails. She takes her time and is excellent at polishing!

When I got my nails put on originally they looked good but when I went back to have them filed they look terrible! Its only been 2 days they are chipping and turning yellow....u can see a line where they were filed. Do not go there!

I came here with my daughter and they got us in right away. They were very friendly and did an excellent job!

I was afraid they wouldnt know what coffin nail shape is (we do live in Knoxville TN) but Tim knew exactly what they were when I showed him the picture....and did such a great job! He even shaped them twice to make sure. I got them super long and I hit finger on the door and broke a nail and went to get it fixed he REFUSED money from me. They are all really sweet they were even getting presents from 2 clients when I was in there the 2nd time. Right now full set is 25$, I almost went to place that was charging 45$!!! If ure looking for a nail salon go here!

If you have Acrylic Nails, we do have to soak that off when you asked for the service. After you take off the Acrylic nails, of course your real nails very weak and they crack easy. Normally with the new set take around 30/45 minutes for soak them off, but if the Acrylic been on your nails for long time, it is take 15/20 minutes. But Thankyou for the comments, our business go for the long run, it not the short term!

They are so rude. They clearly state that they are open until 7:00. I get there at 6:15 and they are in there with the doorslocked. WOW.

I definitely really enjoyed getting my nails done.I got a dip powder with acrylic tips and the look amazing.I absolutely love the color and the service as great definitely my go to nail salon from now on.

They are not clean, dont speak english, and do not do a quality job. There are air bibles under my acrylic that they refused to fix. Ive already called the tennessee state board on them and will never go back.

Janet Biggs:All I can say is wow!! For my daughters 16th birthday I took her to Focus nails on Broadway in fountain city to get her nails done. She went in so excited and came out in tears! She showed the lady a picture of what she wanted and when she began cutting them in the wrong shape she told her it was wrong. The lady then took the clippers and pretended to start to fix it, cut them jagged and as short as she possibly could and told her to get out! I walked her back in and asked them to at least remove what they had put on her nails and she had the audacity to quote me a price. I dont ask for much folks but Im asking each and every one of you to share this post. Im now having a different salon try to fix it and am told it will take 2 hours at least to get this off! This isnt right

I had to give a star in Oder to leave a review or it wouldnt have one how dare you mess up someones nails on purpose then refuse to fix them unless you get paid to fix your mess up !!!!! Im letting everyone I know hear about this and looking at the other reviews this seems to be a recurring event !!!! Shame on you !!
