Recently moved to town so was looking for a new hairstylist and I went to Kristin for a haircut and balayage and she did amazing! I LOVE what she did to my hair! She obviously knows what shes doing because I have very thick, coarse and frizzy hair and she handled it like a boss! Will definitely be back!

In the last 2 years, I’ve been here 3 times. Thank be GC 3 different people cut and style my hair. I have fine curly hair. The young lady who cut and styled my hair today, Courtney, was excellent. She didn’t use the flat iron to straighten my hair, she actually blow dried my hair and made it super smooth. This is how I do my hair. This is a big deal to me because the more heat, the more damage. Without me even telling her, she did it. I will be back and will ask for Courtney. She took her time and didn’t rush through the appointment.

This is an amazing salon!! I have short hair and have struggled in my life to find someone who can cut it to my liking. All of the stylists I have gone to here have nailed it - Frannie and Shae are both awesome! You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work, and the salon invests in continuing their stylists education to keep them on the cutting edge - scuse the pun! I have had nothing but great experiences and the price is very reasonable given the quality of their work. Highly recommended!

Cricket is my absolute favorite!!! I have been going to her for over 6 years since I moved to Knoxville and she has always done an amazing job on my cuts and color.

Just had a haircut and style by JoAnna G. Best hair cut Ive ever received. Thats saying a lot since Im in my 60s. Thanks to the owners for their kindness of the teacher appreciation day. I will be back!

This was my 2nd time here....first visit for eyebrows with Taylor. She did a great job, very friendly. The following day was my 2nd visit for my hair to be colored/cut and it was with Frannie. Frannie is wonderful! My color and cut were GREAT!!! Im glad I was referred to Frannie as I am new to the area and needed a colorist.I was not about the $5 fee on both days for environmental payback or whatever they are calling it. I was not told about it and after getting home from the first visit I called to inquire about my eyebrow cost; which is $16 on the website but was charged $21. That is when I was told about it.I know some businesses add a surcharge since covid, but some I dont agree with. As for this one, I do not agree with and they should absolutely be telling new clients what it is, what it covers, and that you would be charged on each visit. If given the information, I would have tried to make my appointments on the same day.I feel it is unprofessional and needs to be addressed. I know a lot of people have been trying to increase tip amounts and support businesses during these times. So when the business adds a surcharge I cant help but wonder; do the employees benefit from the surcharge? Or do they lose out on a possible larger tip?So if you are thinking of trying this place out, let me at least be the one to forewarn you that you will be charged $5 for each visit. So if you are looking to do more than 1 service, you may want to try to do them in one day.After going back to the website I did see on the covid sheet you have to fill out is where they have placed the $5 charge - but no information on what it exactly is. A better place may be on the front page.Also, the person (I believe his name is Don, sorry if I am incorrect) who checked me in/out and did appointments was great....friendly and personable.I will return, as I love Frannies work and I do think finding a colorist you love is important. I look forward to trying more services in the future; possibly a massage once the covid (and hopefully the $5 fees) restrictions lessen.

From someone who hasnt had their eyebrows professionally done in YEARS!!! Due to bad previous experiences. Taylor went above and beyond with mine!! I had made a last minute appointment which they fit me in with no problems at all! Taylor was super sweet, knowledgeable, prompt, and took her time, and even told me they would have the perfect color for me as far as brow tinting goes. (The color in which another salon used was too dark!) I will definitely be back for all my eyebrow needs for sure and have even told my sister and friends about her and how awesome she was!! Thanks so much Belleza and thanks even more Taylor for making me feel like a new gal!! Once I got to my car I literally shed a few happy tears cause thats how much this experience meant to me!!! Easily 5 stars!!!

I see McKenzie for my highlights and she is one of the best colorists in Knoxville for blondes! All of the stylists at Belleza are amazing and you can tell they care about education. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Wife and I went here for couples massage, great experience! Therapists were proficient, explained everything thoroughly and made us really comfortable as this was our first massage experience. Looking forward to try other offerings provided by Belleza.

My wife came in to have her hair colored. Just a day to relax for her which she rarely gets with two kids. She spent over 3 hours there and the color was no where close to what she asked for. (This is only relevant to the fact her hair has had the same color and highlights for over 5 years!!!) Once they were done, she was told they did the best they could. She then received an EXCESSIVE bill for over $195 which we never have received there before or any salon!!!She contacted the owner about the amount. She was told that the amount was correct and that it was discussed prior. Hate to say this...it wasnt. The owner then VERY disrespectfully told her that several stylists overheard her being told that more treatment was needed which would cost more...again it wasnt. My complaint is clearly on the dishonesty and defensiveness of the employees. This is enough for me to even ask for them to review their own security camera footage internally to prove this happened...which I know for fact it is a lie.I have purchased numerous gift certificates and packages for my wife to have time to relax at Belleza. It will never happen again. The service is no where near the quality it use to be. The service is horrible and you will feel degraded and disrespected.If you dont believe me. Read the previous reviews and the defensiveness of the owner. They fail to treat customers as they should be treated. With respect. Go somewhere else....just watch for the reply from the owner on this comment. Should say enough...

Love the haircut my son got but I honestly felt that my pedicure couldve been better. Got my eyebrows waxed and trimmed and although I loved the shape of them, something made me break out all around both my eyebrows. I havent called to ask them what couldve caused this but I will soon Im sure since this has never happened before.

Beautiful salon if you dont look up. Also, a lot of TMI between stylist in front of customers. Unprofessional in that respect. I did have a good stylist. Prices are high end.

I like to go and do a wash and blow dryPeriodically and they are my go to people. Consistently very good. Todays was outstanding! Abby listened to me on my problems and recommended a treatment. She showed me how to get my bangs styled in one way and did a great job on my hair! Very happy

Great Experience at Belleza! Elise did a fantastic job. My hair looked beautiful by the time I left. Very neat and clean, even the manager was going around cleaning and dusting, usually they dont come out of their offices, so that was nice to see. I loved my hair with the exception that I wish I had gone a little bit brighter on my color, which was my own decision. (Its always hard to tell from a little swatch what it will look like.) Elise did great at helping me to realize I needed to take more time with taking care of my hair and putting top notch products in/on it. Will definitely be back, and recommend to people as well.

First time going to a spa and really enjoyed it. I had the Stress Relief Package which included a Swedish Massage, Steam Room, Hand Treatment, & Facial. Everyone was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. I always felt comfortable and never rushed. The robes are very thick and warm for summer so that was a negative, youre sweating just by wearing it! They really need a thinner spring/summer robe so youre cooler. Other then that I had a great time and will be back again!

Will not be going back here. My hair was all chopped up. You really wouldnt believe how many lengths it had. Went somewhere else 5 days later to have it corrected. Had to take it short just to try and fix it. Still not right

Kelsey is absolutely wonderful! Shes very personable and easy to talk to and takes great care of her clients and their hair requests! I wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair. I have only the highest of praise for her.

The Ladies and front desk guys are awesome. Kelsey, Courtney, and Joanna have all cut my hair and done an awesome job. Chase and Emma are always friendly at the front desk and Don even walked me to my car under an umbrella when we got a heavy rain. Taylor does a great job with eyebrows, but I cant stress enough how awesome Kelsey does with male hair cuts. The establishment is clean and prices are reasonable for the type of work they do. Chely is fabulous! Her advice on color was perfect, so satisfied with color and cut.They only use top of the line products and my hair always feels fabulous after my appointment. The check in process is seamless and the extra attention that I get when washing my hair is worth any extra money. My only suggestion would be to update the decor, with such a stylish staff, superior services and high end products the decor should reflect the offering :)

Great place for hair cut and they seem to take better care of most of their employees than most places

My sister n law and I both went hereWe both had long hair like mine was half way between my waste and below my bra. I wanted it to be right above my bra well. It was cut right above my shoulders. They didnt do my sister n Law hair the way she wanted it either. So no I would not recommend sorry. 💔Next time go by the photo. That is how the Client wants their hair done.

So my wife went in today being told before hand her highlights would cost around 80 dollars. We spent 5 hours in the shop and the color wasn’t even close to what she wanted and instead of being 80 dollars it was 180 dollars even tho my wife was told she would be charged for highlights the tech switched the service to baylage or something like that costing over 100 without telling us before she did the service and we were not told price would change u til check out. We will take our business elsewhere since we don’t want to be charged for service we were never aware we were getting

Ive always gone to the Belleza in Bearden, however they were full and made an appointment for me here at Turkey Creek. I absolutely loved it. The building is clean and comfortable, and the staff is amazing. JoAnna and Kristen worked with me, and my hair has never looked better! Super fun and friendly environment. I will definitely be going again!

I have made an appointment to get a haircut 2 weeks in advance. I got several confirmation texts confirming my appointment a couple days before my hair cut and even the morning of my hair cut. When I arrived to my appointment they let me know that my hairdresser was out because she was dealing with family issues, of course things happen, so I asked if they had any one else available to do my hair. They replied with we are extremely booked and gave me the option to make an appointment a WEEK LATER. I showed them the confirmation texts I had received about my appointment and asked if there was anything they could do at all since I didnt find out until I had arrived. They said no and were extremely rude about it. I would recommend not wasting your time and money on a place that does not respect your time or treat you well.

Go see Cassie at the Turkey Creek location! She’s excellent at balayage, color corrections, highlights. She’s a perfectionist and won’t rest until everything is picture perfect.

Had a wonderful facial today with Taylor at Turkey Creek. The whole experience was very relaxing and rejuvenating. Will be back!

Highly recommend Kristen MillsBelleza is professional, clean, and very accommodating to men who are used to the barbershop. They have a separate area for men with a keg-erator in the little waiting room...its by appt so you arent waiting too long and never crowded. Kristen is a top-notch stylist but also is able to step it down for a typical guy haircut. Having been in the military for several years and particular about the fade between 0-3 I have to say that Kristen has been consistently the best in the area. At $25 a cut and ease of process it is a no-brainer.

(I am a 20 year old male)Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else.I went here several months ago after a hair color box from Walmart made my hair look ginger, as my friend suggested I find a professional to correct it.Stephanie, the stylist, told me that it would be around $50 to color it. I showed her a picture of my normally dirty blonde/light brown hair and she said she should be able to get it to that. She put bleach in my hair and said it would stay in just 11 minutes. Then, she disappeared. My scalp was burning but I couldnt find her to tell her. She came back 20 minutes later and washed it out. Then, she revealed to me my hair--it was bleach blonde. I was going to complain and tell her that it was not anywhere near what I wanted, but some of the other stylists kept complimenting me, so I figured I would leave it.30 minutes later, I am dying my hair with $3 hair dye in the Walmart parking lot, desperate to cover up what she did, since I could not possibly go into work looking like that. So, over $70 later (yes they ended up charging me almost $70 instead of 50), my hair is completely fried (several months later) and I cannot get it back to normal, even after cutting it all off.

This is the rating I meant to give. I wasnt very pleased with this location.
