The owner took full advantage of my daughters money we went there for a dip set and a full set of acrylic coffin style when we leave the bill was $150 when I call and ask for the prices over the phone the full set is $35 for acrylic and $5 extra for the coffin.. Im very disappointed in this place and will not go back and I will tell everybody I see how horrible and what a rip off this company is

I have a hometown nail salon that every time I went in literally did what they wanted to and my nails were YELLOW every time I left, so I found Polished Nails and was a walk-in. They greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and immediately started getting me prepped. These were the absolute nicest people I have been around in a long time! She did a perfect job on my nails and my husband also got a mani/pedi and enjoyed every second of it. If anyone is looking for a nail salon that is PERFECT definitely go here I promise you will leave completely SATISFIED ❤️❤️

I went to get ombre dip done to my nails like I usually do and was told that they couldnt do it so they had to do acrylic. I agreed and asked them to do the length of my nail. When I was done I was charged 60 dollars for two hours of ombre nail of white and clear. I will never be going back there again.

Brittney is the best, she is always very nice and does my nails quick. Plus she makes them look great, shell do whatever you think of and ask for. I recommend anyone looking for a nail tech to check her out.

Just got my nails done by Britney and she did such a wonderful job Im an ex Nail Tech and very picky this is the first time that Ive never had to refile or reshape my nails after being done by somebody else not only she professional polite she has a beautiful soul she actually listens to the conversation she has with you I recommend to have your nails done by Britney the salon is very warm inviting and clean

I am from out of town and I walked in off the street on a whim today. Upon entering it was apparent they were very busy as it was a Saturday. To my surprise though, they promptly greeted me and welcome me to have my nails done. I have to say, they spent quite a bit of time on my nails - asking how I liked them and perfecting them to that image. They were friendly, welcoming, and did a wonderful job. I was very pleased with my visit and would highly recommend!!

I’ve been to at least 5 different places in Knoxville and Polished is always the best. You might pay $5 more but the quality of work is so much better. I get the dip and mani and the way they file my nail down near my cuticles makes it look so much more natural. I get compliments all the time! They don’t really take appointments so I always go in off hours. They’re the best!

I never make an appointment but they get to me very quickly. I can show them a picture of what I want and they match it perfectly with reasonable pricing. This is the only place I’ll go to now, they’re amazing!

Treated as less important because I wasnt a regular. It wasnt until the owners dad told the owner he needed to get to me that my nails were done. Went to pay and my total after tip was $60. When the charge cleared my bank, it was $80. Now I have to get my money back through my bank. Go somewhere else.

I have been a customer here for over a year and I have received excellent service every visit. I always get the powder dip nail service and it last 3 to 4 weeks before my grow out becomes really visible. I also get the #3 pedicure with the hot rock massage about every 3 months. This shop stays busy so even with an appointment you may have to wait. Personally I never make an appointment. If I am just getting my nails done I am usually there an hour. If I add a pedicure then I am there about 1 hour 45 minutes. I take mild chemo drugs for a medical condition and every saline I went to before the polish would peel right off whether gel or dip. But it sure stays on now. I would highly recommend Polished Nails. I am very lucky to have discovered this salon.Brenda Upchurch

I had a customer come to my work and noticed her nails immediately and asked where she got them done. she mentioned here and Ive gone only twice so far, but they have done an excellent job. i have had problems getting my nails shaped properly other places and had to refile them myself. this is the second place in Knoxville i have been that has done an amazing job. its right down the street from my work so its super convenient.

I tried this salon on a whim about a year ago for the first time. I had used my previous nail salon for about 10 years but had moved and it wasnt convenient any longer. I tried several and finally tried this one. When you find a good salon you just need to stick with it because there are so many bad salons. My nails look so good every time. I have had manicures and acrylics applied by 5 different people who work here over the last year and every person I have gotten does a great job. It is clean and seems to be family run. The prices are comparable to other salons in the area as well. So, so happy I found this place!

I have been going to Polished for years now and I absolutely LOVE it!!! Km does my nails and her techniques and quality is the best. I am extremely picky on how I want my nails to look and she ets it done every time. I recommend and have actually brought alot of new ppl to the busness and they are all satisfied!!!

Best place I have been so far in Knox. Brittany is really good. I go every couple of weeks to get my nails done and they do an Amazing job everytime. An Brittany can duplicate a picture i find online that I want my nails to look like identical to the picture. Very friends and very clean.

Disappointing. The entire place needed a good cleaning. Low volume of polish colors from which to choose. I agreed to the lemon spa pedicure, however I did not get all the treatments provided on the list for that service. The woman next to me got the basic pedicure and we started and ended at the same time. I mentioned to my technician that I didn’t think she did a foot massage and she said she did. (I think I would know.) This salon also did not use toe separators for the pedicures. This was my first and last visit. I went to this location due to time constraints and will not go back.

Brittany is the best. she can do any style you want. I just left Polish and love it. Very professional and can carry a conversation with you until you leave.

Very BAD service ! not worth the money at all. Female tech was not paying attention. i went with a couple friends and they were also displeased. They didn’t clean the surface before doing my nails. Then didn’t clean under or around my nails!Then upon paying are prices were different for the same sets:(all color, all with length, and shape.) -55.00$ for one,45.00$ for the second, and 45.00$ for the last girl(who also added Gel clear coat)i’m not the type to write reviews but the price coupled with the awful service was just ridiculous! don’t get me wrong i’ve paid almost 100.00$ for my nails plus a tip.I wouldn’t have paid 30.00$ for these!

Been coming for years, wanted my toe nails painted only, told them several times. Put my feet in water, painted them and charged me 20.00 to soak them I will never come again beware they are greedy. I even talked to the owner and she brushed me off. Do not go to them.

Great place..very friendly..after coming here, I never returned to previous nail salon! I always had problems with the sides of the acrylic coming off my nails. Since coming here Ive never had that problem. They do awesome nail art too!!

They do a great job, kim is really good, the only thing i dont like is that theyll talk you into getting something else, i gave it 4 stars cause the place is a little run down but they do a good job.

I’m not one to write reviews but the experience i had here was terrible. I wanted a certain ombré designy done to my nails and once the lady painted my nails she left for at least 30 minutes until she came back to do the top coat. while i was waiting for her to come back and finish my nails i told another worker doing my friends nails that i was unhappy with how she did my nails because they looked nothing like ombré nails look and she maybe spent 3 minutes trying to do them. they looked awful and they told me to fix it i would have to pay more. once the lady doing my nails comes back to fix them she starts yelling at me with a major attitude saying she did what i showed her in the picture but it clearly looked nothing like what i wanted. keep in mind i was being polite about the whole situation and simply just asked if she could fix the terrible job she had done and she yells at me. very rude and upsetting considering i already spent so much there and i will not be going back. if i could rate less than one star i would. every other experience i had there was great but that one worker worker who did my nails today needs to get her act together if she is going to work with the public.

Excellent friendly service and fabulous job on my pedicure! I asked for a snow flake and the young lady did a beautiful design! I was extremely happy with my nails! Ill be a repeat customer.

13 years never been any where else

They charged me $20 to soak my feet and paint my toes. No pedicure or nothing and I told them I did not want that. I have been going for years and they are getting greedy with money and very rude. It was super upsetting to me how they treated me in front of everyone.

They do a really good job. I did wait a while but it was understanding because they do get busy because there so good.

My boss has always used this salon for her fullset of gel overlaps.I have been working for her for 18 months, And during the entire year and a half she has ONLY BROKEN 1 NAIL!YES ONLY 1 NAIL THE ENTIRE 18MONTHS and that 1 broken nail just happened after 18mos!!I will also say to make this even more unbelievable we do college events and often lift equipment, set things up and she is hard on,thenails but they always hold upat least 3-5weeks!!They are amazing at Polished Nail SalonShe gets nail art done by free hand that looks great!!They quality is beyond exceptional!I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Over priced pedicure and while my nails looked good, it was not the same level of service I receive elsewhere. Not hot towels, no callus removal. Disappointed. Will not visit for a pedicure again.

It advertises that it opens at 9am. I decided to stop by before heading out of town! There was no one in sight. If it says it opens at 9, be there at 9!
