The next day my nail polish started to peel off!!!!π‘ Now these are done with gel nail polish by the way and that is supposed to not come off you have to make that come off and that was the whole reason of me getting them since I work in a kitchen it should stay on I am going to show you a picture of my nails they said they would redo them but I havent had much time since I work a lot and the day I actually had time to there, I got there just after they supposedly opened, the sign said they were open, it said open with big lights around it and I got out of the car and looked at the hours sign and it said they were over in 15 minutes ago at 9 a.m., it was 9:15 a.m.. when I go to work I get off at like 2 in the morning so for me to be up at 9 a.m. going to redo my nails that I took the time to go do honors Saturday and went to work that night after they took like 2 hours on my friend are some stuff that should have took them an hour at the most, is good for me cuz I dont want getting up in the morning and we doing stuff this should have been done properly in the first placeπ‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘. As I said after I did that they were closed and I havent been able to make it back and its been a week and I dont know if Im ever going to get the times again we done I dont have a day off till Thursday but I sure am going to go in there on Thursday and Im going to throw a little fit!!!!!! I feel like they should give me my money back or do my nails like give me some a full set or something do that for me then you do something special but Ill keep you posted on what they actually do for me
Bob understands my special needs for my feet. I have been searching for 1 year and I have found my permanent nail salon and my permanent nail technician. It feels just like home. FINALLY.
They were quick and it was good price.
I tried to give these guys another chance but they are just unable to get it together. Like so many others mentioned, they talk to one another the entire time in their language. By now, they have to know this is just rude. My nail tech had a tremor.....so ummmm....my polish was just atrocious. They were not busy but the job was rushed. I wasnt asked what type of pedicure I wanted and got the basic because it was lunch time and that was clearly the priority. Definitely my last time. Waste of money. I knew I shouldve just went to La La Nails.
Quality service, reasonable prices! & they take their time....
Kenny G was great
I love the Service I had, they made sure I was comfortable. Great customer service. Everyone was so nice, A beautiful and clean nail salon. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Best gel manicure you can get. Great pedicure as well. All the staff is well trained and facilities are clean. I come here every 2-3 weeks to keep up on my nails.
I just moved to the area, and was worried about finding a new nail salon (I loved my old place). After visiting a few places to check out pricing and cleanliness, Divine seemed like the best choice. I am so glad I went in. The young lady that did my nails was nice and welcomed me to the area. She also did a great job on my nail, giving me a unique Cat Eye finish. I will definitely be back
My sister, my niece, my daughter and myself all got our nails done on Tuesday the 2nd. My daughter and I got a fill, and my sister and niece got a new set. On the 4th my nieces nails POPPED off. I called today, the 5th and spoke to the owner of the shop and she said that would do them again for free if we brought back the nails and in fact they popped off and didnt break. Ok. Perfect! But then she proceeded to tell me she has done this for years, and never had this issue. She said my neice had to have broken them. I told her it was a gentleman at the shop specifically who did my nieces nails. You can see my nieces nail beds are smooth. The nails popped off. We glued a few others back on as well...The owner told me not to bring my niece back in.
Staff continuously spoke in their native language; because of that 2 plus hours as a patron was not a relaxing experience. 2 plus hours with non stop conversations that included no customers was a bit much for me!!! Three TVs playing with low volume coupled with the constant chatter was not calming. The location and services are satisfactory. If I go again I will take my headphones and connect to a more relaxing environment.RBD
They did an okay job on my nails- but the customer service was terrible. This is my second time in here, hoping it would be better the second time, but it wasnβt. My manicurist watched her iPad while doing my nails and I ended up waiting for her to pick her next video for almost 3 minutes. I would not recommend this nail salon.
The service is great here they really focus on the shape of your nail which is very important at least to me. No complaints on this one I would recommend a lot of people to try this nail salon if you have not done so yet
This place is dirty and the staff is very unprofessional...go to Lala Nails on Kingston Pike instead. Yes, you will pay a little more but definitely worth it.
Very nice, clean salon. Just as good of a manicure as most other Knoxville salons. Prices were reasonable. Only complaint was the staff was not very personable and were not very gentle with the grinding on my nails- but overall a good experience
The owner is the only person that does my nail...nobody else has ever done my nails here. Other techs have done my pedicures. My daughter gets a mani/pedi here as well by other techs and it is usually very good service. The prices are about the same. Products offered are always advancing and the owner is always looking for ways to improve or offer better services to customers. This salon is very clean. Liners in pedicure tub/bowl and sanitary/clean areas/workstations.***For people saying bad customer service and long wait time***This salon does not have a lot of workers- I think I have seen a total of 4 at a time. So, when it is busy there is a long wait. I also know they talk to each other in their language the entire time. So, that can completely take away from the relaxing experience. It is very rude.
Great place to get your nails done at. Very friendly and great prices.
After going to this nail salon many, many times, the way I was treated today was unacceptable. Yesterday, April 14, 2018, my girlfriend & I went in for pedicures. We made appointments. They were already busy at ten in the morning with only three people working. The girl that did mine I am sure did not have a license. Many steps were left out of the normal $25.00 pedicure. After leaving, I realized how rough my heels were & how badly my polish looked in the light of day. Today, April 15, 2018, I went back in hopes of getting some corrections made. I showed the girl my feet, I am assuming she is the manager. She was argumentative from the get go & told me it was $25.00 pedicure. I was never asked what pedicure I wanted. She was dismissive & I basically said that was fine. She told me to βput Vaseline on my feet & wear flip flopsβ. I had another girlfriend sitting and waiting for a pedicure. She said it was continued to be talked about after I left, to the point she walked out. It was as if the girl was trying to defend her treatment of me. I have been a regular there, but will not be back & neither will my friends. They have a lot to learn about customer service!
The only reason I give them 4 stars and not 5 because it always smells weird in there. Also customer service sucks and I feel like they over charge. However I must say my full set dose last without a nail breaking or acrylic lifting . Also they donβt have a huge color collection to choose from (Gel wise)
I hesitated on leaving a review because I have such mixed feelings about the experience. They did a beautiful job on my nails and majority of my partys nails. However, they did mess up on my mothers nails and they failed to mention to anyone any extra charges. For instance, my mother originally did not want Gel and the original choice she had they told her it would not look good on her nails and offered a different choice, but failed to mention the gel would be $15.00 more. In majority of the establishments I have been, gel is normally $5 to $7.00. Twice the staff members would argue with people in my group and then talk amongst each other about us in a different language (to which I could understand the jist of what they were saying) Then at the very end when it came down to paying, they kept changing the pricing and tried to negotiate the difference as a tip. They would say, I wont charge for this but you put it down as a tip. Lastly, for days after my fingers felt almost bruised with the rough handling they had on them. I understand the night was already ruined due to the frustration that everyone had. We were all very willing and capable of paying for the service, but the service could have been better. In the end, I am not sure if I will be returning, the experience just left me upset and overwhelmed. I came there to relax before my wedding and instead left more anxious and stressed than ever.
I went to spend time with my wife and ended up thoroughly enjoying the experience. Nice people running it and a relaxing time.
I asked to get a fill in with gel nails, and the service was rushed. He missed steps such as washing my hands after drilling and didnβt compare my hands to see if they were even. After i was also over charged. It was 45 dollars, and i called and asked how much what it would be and was told 35. The whole time they spoke to each other in their language and didnβt give conversation.
I visited this salon for shellac 3 weeks ago, and my nails still look great minus being a little grown out. I have visited several nail salons since moving to Knoxville, and this is by far my best experience.
For your health, do not go here. I came in to get a gel polish change. The lady who did my nails took off the gel polish and trimmed my cuticles with the nail filing drill and then stuck my fingers in acitone to remove the tiny bit left. It was all so crazy I didnt realize what all she was doing until it was too late. She cut me in several places with the drill, cleaned the blood off with some green solution, said a quick sorry and kept going with the drill, even on the wounded areas. When she put new gel polish on it was very sloppy and clumpy. I went to a reputable salon in Knoxville to see what could be done to fix the damage once the wounds healed. My nails are ruined! They are so thin that I cannot have another manicure until my current nails grow completely out. There were parts so the gel polish they could not remove because it was embedded so close to the nail bed! Please, please, please learn from my mistake! Do not go here! Its dangerous!
My left hand looks great an my right hand every nail looks as if im pointing off to the right when im pointing straight.
Really great experience for my first time here. The store was clean, the nail techs were friendly and they did a good job on my pedi and gel manicure. They even have wine π· π·π·.
The service was great. But guess what. They donβt tell you about their other menu prices and expect you to pay it and if not, they hold your personal identification until you have the money.
I actually never had my nails done I just wanted leave them good review.
I had a wonderful experience the employees were very nice greeted you with a smile when u came in, nice atmosphere. I would recommend them .
Been to 90% of salons in surrounding area and this one is by far the best! I am very particular when it comes to my nails and they where done exactly the way I like them. I get gel nail color on my nails and where other places leave gaps in the Polish at the cuticle area and sides, she didnt. Took time with my mani and pedicure. Did not rush like other salons I have been to. Definitely recommend
If I could give this place no stars I would. I have been getting my nails dipped for 2 years now and never have I had someone put a gel coat as a top coat with SNS...obviously its going to be softer and its going to peel...I told the girl that and she said that this particular gel was the best and she does it for all her clients...needless to say I called on Monday, I had my nails done on Friday, and the gel was peeling making my $40 nails (after a tip) look awful...so I went back and had her fix them and that was worst then the original...finally she told me i was done and I left with gloppy nails...the worst I have ever had...the fact that she let me leave unhappy and had no problems with it deserves no stars...and she was talking about me the entire time...I should have known when the whole place was empty except for her and one other woman both times I went in there. I wouldnt suggest this place to an enemy...I went to another place and had them fix my nails which took no time and they were very nice. Terrible service, terrible product. I mean we are walking business cards people...get it right its your business.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been here a few times. Dont go unless you have a bunch of free time on your hands. Just about every time I have been they make you wait 40 min or longer even during the week no matter what service is needed. They promised that the dip polish on my nails would last a couple of weeks. Well, I have had it done twice now and both times I had at least 1 of my nails break off in the middle less than a week after getting them done. This meant having to go back and wait 20-30 min in the salon to get something they did wrong fixed. I called and they refused to set an appointment to fix it for me. Just said I needed to come in and it would be 20-40 min wait. I will NEVER go to this place again. I went at 10am last week and there were 2 different people working and still had to wait around an hour, because apparently only 1 person there knew how to do the dip powder nails.Gotten pedicures here before too and that was a pretty miserable experience. The water never got hot even though I asked them militiple times and they left it pretty much lukewarm. The next time I went one of the girls actually cut my cuticle to the point that it bled!Only reason Ive gone here as many times as I have is because I only live about 5 minutes away. From now on I will just drive to a better salon. Never going here again! Dont waster your time or money.
Quick and speedy service very kind and job done well.
Had been here before..This time they were very rude and upset because they had to take gel off toenails wait they get paid for it... will not come back
Jack did a great job and was good to talk to! Best pedicure Ive had in a while.
Lisa Kruk has brought her talents as a professional stylist to her new location. She is great!
I just left there with a chunk of my toe gone. Literally. They still made me pay for my pedicure π³
Beautiful inside. Nice relaxing pedicure. Found my new spot
Nail tech did a good job, just wish they had more than one nail person .
My gel nails last really long from here .I suggest Mai for nails and Ruby does great pedicures,as does the man that works there .Great place and Vibe overall.
Love this place, wife and I go often. People are great.
This nail salon used to be good but I think they got new owners because I see the same two people working there. My nail bed is actually injured from the manicurist filing too hard. There was blood and no apology.Previous manicures have been uneven or not completely painted. Also the service itself is rushed. Youβre not asked to wash your hands during the dip powder manicure and then youβre given a gel top coat and gel light machine to dry??? Not to mention my nail beds are still throbbing from the rough filing. The pedicure was ok- not painful at all but it was also done by someone else. I donβt remember there being any sort of massage.I only tipped them well as a form of farewell and good luck because unfortunately I will not be coming back.Save your money and go somewhere else. (I prefer Parisanne Nails off Tazewell Pike)
Would not waste my time going again. Only had 2 people working. Sat me in the chair and left me.
I am new to Tennessee and found the perfect place to get my nails done.. it was wonderful..
Great Experience. I will return
December 2016 I started going there I never had a bad experience I would recommend them highly
Friendly staff. Excellent service!
As a lisenced cosmitologist and person who has had well over 100 pedicures and nail services in my life, I believe there are unlisenced people doing nails here. The owner took over my service after I had to verbally correct or call out the man doing my pedicure for multiple mistakes and using dirty towels. They are very understaffed. The owner is the only one that does good manicures.
Great service!! Very fast
Not impressed with their unprofessional customer service, nail design or ethics on pricing. You overcharge your clients. This is not how you run a business. Dont expect them to be open for too much longer with this kind of service and high prices. Save your money and go else where ladies. Trust me.
They do not even deserve 1 star!! However 9/2/18 I went in for a dip powder fill-in. The owner soaked my nails for 45 mins. Mind you her and another staff member was just watching plays on the t.v.. She skipped so many steps in the process. She was very rough with my fingers while dipping them. Later that night i got in the shower and 2 of the nail cracked. Mind you my nails are not tips...they are all naturally mine. I called and was told it would be $30. Yea, right...they completely lost my business.
Great experience very relaxing and professional even had a glass of wine
Best mani& pedi place around.Great job!!
These ladies and men do a awesome job
Terrible never go there again.
I went today To do my eyebrows and the lady mess them up. I am never going back there again.
Had alot gel colors to choose from took her time.. I will go back...
Clean and friendly. Regular polish done on my short nails lasted a long time.
Good services, good place
The customer service was really bad I think I waited for about an hour. I got the gel nails and they did not last even a week. I will NEVER go back.
She loves this place
Great experience
Have not been there
Very friendly staff and very welcome Man
They were awesome!!!
