I actually had an appointment somewhere else but was running late so I had to cancel. I’ve seen this place tucked in a little corner in Turkey Creek. I was a walk in got in right away. Bruce is amazing!! This is the first time that I can actually say I am very very pleased with the results and gave 5 stars. He did exactly what I was hoping for. I asked for flowers are both my ring fingers. Perfect!! I love them!

My first time there I got dip powder with tips. In one week I had three nails break because they were so poorly done. For instance, I opened a fridge door and one broke off. I went back two times to get the first two nails fixed and by the time the third nail broke I was completely over this place and their service. Do not go to if you want your nails to last!

Such an excellent job of doing a pedicure. I just got the basic, but they spent an extra long time on the message and the care of my feet. It was great.

Horrible Horrible experience... Walked in and was told it would be a 20min wait for fill in and to sign in except there wasnt a sign in sheet. The manager had to tell her no employee to stop texting and find the sign in sheet. After almost an hour wait I finally was able to get helped.... But walked away with a $50 french tip nails fill that has spots of blue polish from my old nail fill. When brought to techs attention he just said got under nailWill never got back! Wish I could get my money back!

Great day for a relaxing pedicure and manicure and SNS dip nails. My favorite place to go to relax. The staff is like family. I have been going here for years. Try it for yourself and see.

Would not recommend coming here.the first time I visited here the nail tech bruised my cuticles and made me bleed, and I called later the same day to notify her what had happened and she promised me a free fill in with gel and I go in to receive my free service that she promised and disrespectfully said that i needed to pay her $20 when she promised me I didnt have to worry about paying for anything. rude, disrespectful, and a liar. do not go here unless you want to be disrespected and lied to!

My girls loved it. They have seats for kids with dvd players. A little pricey though

Unfortunately my last experience here was awful and now because of it, I have a whole nail missing- a entire thumb nail GONE ! The cleanliness and professionalism is lacking

When we arrived, it was several minutes until we were acknowledged. We had appointments and still had over an hour wait. The nails were ok at best but did not last. Dip began chipping and breaking after just 1 week. Mine typically last over 2 weeks.

The best pedicure around and very friendly

This was my favorite place but pictures speak louder than words. Three nails on my right hand have dips and are crooked. This was for a special event. Now I’ve got to go somewhere else and have them redone

This salon was not personable at all. But the guy did a great job on my nails and the price was GREAT!!!!!

I went at the last minute on Thanksgiving Eve because the place I had gotten my full set at 2 wks ago turned me around saying that they were closing. At Sapphire Nails & Spa Inc, the gentleman who did my nails was really attentive, informative and nice to me. He did a wonderful job on my nails. This picture is a week old and my nails still look good. I will be going back for my fill-in next week and I will be going to Sapphire from now on.

I love this nail salon. You are comfortable from the time you walk in until the time you leave. Hands down the best pedicure I have had. The calf and foot massage is to die for. I now go back regularly for pedis.

It was my first time getting my nails done and Sapphire Nails & Spa made me so pleasant when I was unhappy with my first set. Wonderful experience! My technician did my nails very fast, but really accurate and professional. Professional and fantastic nail artists. This place is very clean, smells nice! Reasonable prices! You wont be disappointed.

I have been going to this nail shop since February and have had a great experience every time. They have magic hands if you value a good massage with my mani! They were very sweet and personable & I absolutely love how natural looking they are even though they are acrylic. Everything is very clean AND modern. I will definitely be coming back here!

I don’t ever leave reviews on anything and I am very weary about trying new things- especially things where I can get infections- however I am very glad I took the chance on this place! They are very sanitary and polite and the foot/leg massage is oh so wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone!

I just went today to get dipping powder put on my nails. I have been getting this done for going on 2 years now, but have never been to this nail salon. I loved the way that my nails were shaped, and the attention to detail that was used. I often feel like I am just a number going through the salons, but they really took the time and showed the skill needed to make my nails look beautiful. I will definitely be back to this nail salon, and will make it my regular place.

I LOVE the overall vibe I got once I walked into the salon. I showed her which two colors I was stuck between and she helped me timely! I will often do call ahead anyway. Their customer service is impeccable.

I went here with 1 friend, and when we arrived there was 1 other customer inside. When we arrived we had 4 people surround us and rush us to pick out colors and they threw around several different prices for the same services. We were rushed to seats and I had a lady violently administer a manicure and then slap on some gel polish that looks like it was done by a visually impaired 5 year old with Parkinsons disease. She then quickly stood up and took off with another female employee and they took off out the shop. Horrible experience. I disliked being there so much I havent even bothered going back to see if there was any hope in getting them to refund me or redo my nails.

I think I found my go-to nail salon! They took their time to make sure my nails were perfect.

I never leave feedback, but my experience was so bad I feel like i need to. The cuticles on 5 of my nails are bleeding from my manicure. There are bubbles and my thumb nail is ridiculously crooked. I will never come here again.

They assumed my visit coincided with the Independence Day Holiday and I would not return as a regular customer. My nail technician spoke minimal English and decided to choose my pedicure type for me. I saw her choose the lotion (versus the scrub) I informed her that I wanted the pretty (sp?) pedicure and she seemed frustrated. Ive never experienced such a situation. The Manicure experience was rushed with the massage plus I returned the next day because a couple nails were pulling off even though they were gel. All in all, a disappointing experience.

I had previously thought this place was great. This time the man totally rushed through my gel manicure... and was so rude- I felt like crying. I went there to get a little me time and felt awful when I left. What a waste of $30 bucks.

I made an appointment to have a pedi Friday April 13. The man who did my pedi was done in 30 minutes. He just rushed through it. Was not a good experience. I won’t be going back.

Great atmosphere and equipment. Not very conversant. Horrible job painting nails.

Got acrylics. Terrible. Nails were loose the day after, chipped when put on. Just bad.

Horrible! We went for a pedicure. The staff was short and rude. They rushed through the whole thing, and within an hour after leaving, the paint on my toes on both feet started peeling off. My sisters heels bled a little, and my moms cuticles around her toes have little scabs from the experience. Well never go back.

The WORST experience! The staff hurried thru it and they were very rude. My feet looked horrible.
