Good job with my lashes, not the cheapest in town but they stay. $135/classics have lasted me 15 days of traveling so far. Definitely make an appointment ahead of time because theyve been booked up

Top Knox is the best salon in Knoxville. Hands down. The do it all - nails, hair, waxing, extensions. I’ve been going to Top Knox since they opened & it has the highest quality staff, products, and services.I see Jennie & Michelle for nails & Chris for hair. The whole team is superb. I don’t have a bad thing to say about Top Knox - you have to go there!

Emily put a full set of lashes on my eyes when salons opened after lock down. I honestly didn’t really know anything about lash extensions etc and she walked me through it and they were perfect. I was hooked. This service was $80. I didn’t know that this was a special one time price. Fast forward, Emily filled in my lashes several times and they were awesome every single time.I ended up having to quarantine with different family members a few times due to COVID and missed having my lashes filled in. By the time, I could come back I needed another full set but Emily wasn’t available. They booked me with someone else and I didn’t even ask what the price was. I just assumed it would be the same or close. Nope, when it came time to check out I was told it would be $145. I spoke at length with Jason and maybe he was having a bad day but he basically told me that they had plenty of business. He did end up giving me $15 off and I left.When I got home I was surprised when I really looked at my lashes and saw what a shoddy job had been done on them. I was disappointed but just decided to let it go. Less than a week later almost every (much more expensive) lash was gone.This review will probably get buried or deleted but I felt like I needed to put the info out there. I paid a lot more for my second set of lashes here and they were a complete waste of money.If you do decide to use this salon for lashes, ask for Emily and just wait until she has an opening. She is great and takes her time to make sure you leave happy. They are lucky to have her. I hate that I can’t go back to her but I can’t support this business again.

This is seriously my favorite place to go to get my hair done! Mikeala is an absolute doll! I haven’t been able to go since Covid and my mom being diagnosed with dementia. However, as soon as I am able to get a few hours away, this is the first place I will go!! All of the stylist are very professional yet fun. If you want serious, they can do that as well...The stylist are extremely good at reading people. I often just tell them to do whatever they want with my hair and every time it has looked amazing!

On 10/02/20 I visited this salon. People were very friendly and conversational. I wanted to re-write this review. Basically I had an allergic reaction (from what I can gather) from the lash extensions. I did not realize it at the time because it was my first time and I thought it was normal. My lashes (the extensions) were completely gone after 4 days. I spoke to Jason about my unsatisfaction and he handled it immediately. I did not tell him about the allergic reaction because I didn’t put the pieces together. I chose to do an associate to do my set because of the price. I ended up getting over charged but he fixed that as well. He offered me an opportunity to get my lashes redone by a higher artist. I did agree but after thinking about it I changed my mind. I have very long full eyelashes and it has took literally 5 hours to do them. I didn’t want to sit through it again. Again, spoke with Jason and we negotiated into a full refund. Taylor did my lashes very well and I recommend her. Haley did my eyebrows and I will never go to anyone else. She is perfect at her job. Friendly, painless, and quick. Overall I recommend this salon. I will be returning!

Update: Grace has left Top Knox and started her own salon, Luxe 21. I tried to go to Top Knox a couple times before I found out where she was, but was seriously disappointed with my hair, lashes, and lack of professionalism. I’m changing my review to one star only it they really deserve zero. My vote is to skip this place.Grace is hands dow the best stylist I’ve ever had. She is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. If you’re wanting something that isn’t possible, she will tell you the truth. Some stylists will tell you what you want to hear just to get your business, but not Grace. That’s an admirable quality and a lot more stylists need to follow suit. She does my color, lashes, and extensions. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair or lashes. She is a master at all services!

Reagan did a nice job on my pedicure. I will ask for her again. Very professional!

I absolutely adore Gracie Beason. She’s the absolute best at hair extensions and lashes .. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for these services . They have a true artist in their midst

**UPDATE**I spoke to Jason the owner of the salon and he set me up with Grace to fix my extension issue. She did a wonderful job. I am so happy with the way everything was handled by the salon. Needless to say I will be going back to Grace for all of my future appointments. I already have a hair color appointment set up with her for this week.**UPDATE**I’m upset. I had my extensions moved up at this salon just before Thanksgiving. This was my first experience with this salon because I recently moved from out of state. Everyone was friendly and the salon was nice and clean. The woman who moved up my extensions put them in way to high and way too close to each other. I would have complained right away if she wouldn’t have been crying the entire time she did my hair. It was hard, awkward and frustrating. It has been just over 2 weeks now and I have lost so many beads from my extensions and my hair is starting to slip. I have never had beads fall out with my previous hair dresser. I am too uncomfortable to even call the salon to have her fix it because of my experience.

Had lash extensions for the first time. It was very relaxing. The table was comfy, a pillow was provided for back support. There was an oil diffuser in the room that smelled amazing. The lash artist was wonderful. She assured me of everything and my lashes looked amazing after! I have thin short lashes naturally, and now I feel beautiful without any makeup on.

Great Visit today....Chris Smith took time to listen how I wanted my hair to look. He also helped in suggesting ways he thought I would like in a look that would fit my color and style. As always Chris was spot on! It is nice to be able to explain what you want and have someone that knows the business be willing to explain what he needs to do to get you there. Chris is such a nice person treating you with great respect as well. You will enjoy your visit & hair style with Chris. This Salon has the most comfortable chairs to sit in while your hair is being washed. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean.

The salon was great, even if I did wait 20 minutes past my appt time. Everyone was friendly. The staff was fantastic during the 2.5 hour process. My issue is with the lash extensions and the expectation I was given. This was my first time getting them. I was told I would need a fill in in 2 weeks. 6 days later they already look terrible and patchy. I have followed all directions given to me. I’m very disappointed in the time and money I’ve spent. Back to natural for me!Update- Within hours of posting this review, Top Knox reached out to me. They said my losing lashes so quickly isn’t normal and they have a policy in place to fix this free of charge. The gentleman that called me went above and beyond my expectations to make me feel more confident in my purchase. Thanks Top Knox for being awesome! I look forward to my next visit!

I have natural red hair an I was really wanting to get blonde an purple highlights an she explained to me that my hair is a lighter color red an a purple wouldnt rele blend well with my natural color hair. She gave me another option of red violet, she explained it so well an LADYS let me tell you she did an awesome!!! I am VERY happy with my hair!! Thank you again!
