I was very impressed with Leigh, she did a wonderful job with my manicure and pedicure. Daniel replaced two nails for me. He was quite professional very gentle and the nails look fabulous. I will be returning without a doubt.

I went to another salon right down the street for acrylic nails and was extremely unhappy with the appearance. I DESPISE conflict and didn’t want to sit through an uncomfortable appointment while they corrected it. So I came to Parisanne to have them corrected. Daniel thinned them out, shaped them, and polished them perfectly. He paid close attention to detail and was very careful and gentle since my nails had just been through the grinder. I highly recommend them and I’m thankful for their professionalism!

It was my first time going to this nail salon and I absolutely loved every minute of it! Daniel was the one who did my manicure and pedicure and he did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back again to request Daniel because he took his precious time, and was very gentle with handling my hands and feet. I also am in love with the ombre design that he did on my real nails for my manicure.💗😊

I took my grandbaby here this morning to get her toes and finger nails polished, it costed almost $20. We left the salon and went straight to the pool. My granddaughter brought to my attention that the nail polish was sliding off her fingers and floating away in the pool. We stayed approximately 2 hours in the pool and by that time most of her finger and toe polish had been gone. We went right back to the shop, and instead of receiving compassion and consideration from the management, they began to blame my 3 year old granddaughter. I felt so hurt by this lack of taking on responsibility. How can I get my money back?

I have gotten the wrong color twice, but it was well done, so I kept it... lol. I have enjoyed this place. Sally is great!!!

First, the nail technician ripped open the side of my index finger to the point of constant bleeding. It was infected for six days before finally looking somewhat better and less painful. Second, two of my SNS dip nails have chipped on the ends because not enough product was used. Other salons I have been to have done at least three coats of dip. Third, the salon had only one light on and it was extremely dark inside. It’s no wonder the technician did such a bad job and ripped open my finger… Probably because she couldn’t see what she was doing. Stay away from this business.

Every one was super nice and polite. I loved that they introduced themselves and talked to us during our visit.

Even though it got pretty busy as soon as I got there, without an appointment, once Kevin & Annie started on my full set, Kevin did the acrylic and TOOK HIS TIME, doing a perfect & I mean PERFECT job on the shape(coffin/square almond), thickness was uniform on all 10 nails. But the thing that stuck out most was how friendly and really appreciative of my patience for waiting once they were done. Definitely recommend, will definitely make this my new salon. Lastly, these pictures are from over a week later.

When I first visited this establishment, a younger woman did my nails and they were tip top shape and she was focused on me the whole time and seemed happy to be doing her job. The next time i went which was about 3 weeks ago, an older man did my nails and he did not pay attention to what he was doing for very long, I even ended up saying ow bc he was looking the other way while he was drilling the sides of my nails.

This place is AMAZING!! Linda did my pedicure and it was excellent. She was really involved and interactive with me, which is sometimes not so common in nail salons. Kevin did my nails and made them PERFECT. He took his time and really paid attention to detail. Best nails salon in this area hands down!!!

I had never been to this salon before, my daughter and 8 year old granddaughter took me as a Mother’s Day surprise. We walked in without an appointment, and rather late in the day, and they gave the three of us all of their time and attention and did a beautiful job. I have a bad habit of gardening without gloves, and now my hands have never looked so pretty. Great job!

I just finished with my appointment there. They did a good job on the polish for my pedicure. The equipment needs work, myself and 5 others complained the water was cold and pressure weak... one lady out of 6 who complained was given a better one with hot water and good pressure. The package offers listed on the appointment page of FB they dont even have, I wanted the Golden Spa package just to learn when I arrive they dont offer that they only offer 4 packages ranging from $50-$70. It was loud in there when you go to relax and cant hear yourself think. Limited polish color selection & uncomfortable chairs. The place was clean has potential but business needs a lot of work.

Ive been going here for 2 years now.. Anne, Kevin, Linda, Bruce, Tim and 2 others I cant remember their names; but this was the best place for my Mani Pedi needs!! Sad to say they sold and went back home🥺😭😭.. Sooo giving the new owners a chance, so far my go to is Kim!! Had one guy half do my Pedi, was skipping steps!! But otherwise ok place still!👍🏽🤷🏾

I always used this salon in college and even when I graduated and moved a little further away I kept going back. They are friendly and have a rewards system so the more you go, the more points you earn and the more you save. They have great prices and great technicians. My favorite is Bruce, he always makes sure I am happy every step of the process and is very polite and friendly. Great nail salon!

Did a fantastic job on my pedicure. She took her time and put several coats of paint on my toes. The guy that did my nails also took his time and the ombré gel dip turned out great. The place was very clean. You do have to wear a mask and wash your hands at the sink before they will provide service, but I didn’t mind and appreciated the extra precautions. The only negative is that there online pricing for gel dip ombré does not match the price in their brochure in the salon... it is higher. But, I will be coming back.

I can’t say enough about this nail salon and the customer service. All of the employees are very nice.Bruce is my nail tech and he has never let me down. I always get the pink and white. Sometimes, I get in the mood to change the shape. He listens and makes sure I’m happy as he goes along. The salon is close to my home and I’ve been given times of availability when I call ... and when I get there I’m greeted with a smile. My nails were actually done last Thursday. This is my favorite place to get my nails done and it’s normally awesome but this time I am so disappointed with the product. My nails are uneven, bumpy, and way to thick. I wanted to ask for them to be fixed but they where rushing to get me out the door anyway.

Was able to get in for two pedicures same morning I called. Staff was friendly and place seemed clean. Small variety of regular polish colors. They are charging an extra $1 on services due to covid which seems random. Nail tech who did my nails was a bit rough with cuticles but did a good job with massage and painting. The reason I gave 3 stars was because I agreed to a $35 pedicure and was charged $41 at the end because of “shellac removal”....he literally used a tool to peel it off, not even on every toe, which took probably 3 minutes. Not sure yet if I will be back.

Very prompt and health conscious! They have you to put sanitizer on your hands as soon as you check in. Every employee wears a mask and they also have up plastic shields. They offer a wide variety of gel and dip colors.

This was my first visit to the shop. I needed a polish change and saw the shop. The staff was friendly and the technician did a good job. My issue was communication. My tech asked if I wanted gel polish I said no thanks. She said I had gel on and I said no its regular polish. She realized it was regular polish. At check out it was a different person and she confirmed my service and asked if it was regular polish. I said yes and she charged me for gel. When I asked about the charge, she said you had gel. I again said no it was regular polish. She said it was gel like the last time. For the third time I said it was regular polish and this is my first time here ( and my last). She corrected the charge and I left. Not really sure if this is their standard practice or if it was me.

This service was terrible. I called previously and asked for the price then they charged me 15 dollars more once I got there. I asked for a coffin shape and it’s pointy at the top, and they did only one layer of color so it is see through. Would not suggest going here.

The only problem was the wait. I waited so long I feel asleep, but other than that my toes look like acrylics even though theyre just regular paint. They also offer sprite, coke, or for adults they offer champagne (when you get a pedicure) . I cant wait to go and get my nails done there for the first time! I highly recommend Parisanne Nails and Spa.

Went here for the first time today! Great place. Got gel pedicure and manicure. They opened up all new tools out of bags in front of me, which impressed me, as a lot of places don’t do that that I’ve been to. The lotions they used on my legs, feet, hands and arms smelled great. They did everything efficiently and well and the place was super clean. Definitely going back!

Terrible service... way overpriced... charge a COVID-19 fee... said they could do anything you showed them a picture of but definitely could not...

The lady I had spent a good amount of time getting my cuticles and taking care of my toes. She even gave me an actual foot massage. I was blown away. Im used to nail techs just rubbing up and down your foot. But for her to actually apply pressure and different techniques really helped make my pedicure feel special. Im definitely coming back!

These guys are great! I tend to be rough on my nails (I get acrylics) and they’re always falling if off from other places, but not from this place! The staff are friendly and I love how my nails turn out when I go here. I had someone else in town tell me they couldn’t make short nails rounded. But not this place! They happily round my nails every time, even when they are pretty short! As others have said the only downside is the wait, even sometimes when I’ve made an appt. But it’s hit or miss. I’ve come sometimes, even a walk-in, and not waited at all.

They are always so friendly!! I can always count on them to do quality work. My go to spot for gel mani pedi and eyebrow wax.

Even though its not the closest salon to my house, Ill drive the extra miles to go here. Very clean. Very professional. They do the best job with powder dip nails! Theyll do any design, and they dont leave the nails too think/layered. Also, the pedicure felt amazing. Very affordable as well!

Me and my nieces sit in there for over half an hour waiting on some one to accommodate us after they told us to sign a book to make sure where not skipped, then a female come and sit down for 5 minutes with no appointment and they looked at us and went straight over to her . I don’t if it’s because me and my two nieces are Black and the other lady was white but it really seems like they was pick and choosing and that’s the most ridiculous racist place I have ever been to and I will never go back .

Well I loved the not so fancy nails I received for 45 dollars I even gave the man a five dollar tip... But then infection set into my index finger just two days after I had got them done. So painful... Had to be drained twice I am hoping I can receive a refund or partial refund for wasting my time... Plus looks like nail fungus is growing on the others. I take care of my nails so its not on me. I guess the tools werent properly sanatized. Never had an issue like this with any other place. It was an older man who had done my manicure. Very rushed and kind of rough.. So it could be those factors that aided with infection.. I recommend you DO NOT go here.So a whole year later and they still cant get it right... I dont know whats going on.. I wont be back ever again though.. I went back only because my nail salon was closed till Thursday.. and I work the rest of the week and needed someplace close to home.. figured maybe my first visit was just not a good day with them.. but now I see its always happening.. this time my nails uneven and crooked looking bout to go out east to have them fix them. Please go study more on how to do nails the right way... My lines are so crooked on my nails too.

I would say that this nail salon is similar to others in the area, but I was very disappointed in two things. 1. It seems as if multiple devices are going off multiple times back to back across the salon. (Like texts alerts) It is very distracting. 2. Do not bother paying for the “reflexology” add-on to the pedicure. It was NOT an extra 10 minutes as stated and was NOT reflexology. The tech explained that it was “part of the massage” and “extra massage with hot stone”. Waste of $10.

I received gel polish one week and two days ago. I’ve since been back in two times for 3 nail fixes since they hxad chipped and one was completely off. I am now ON VACATION, and one of my nails has completely chipped off again. This is ridiculous. Not only was my manicure over priced, but this is the 4th chipped nail in 9 days with a gel manicure that is supposed to last at least 2 weeks. Even though they fixed the first three without hesitation, I shouldn’t have to be back at the salon so many times for fixes.

This salon always has friendly customer service. They’re busy but for a good reason. They are always gentle with my nails and are very detail oriented. I’ve tried at least 6 other salons in Knoxville and this is by far my favorite. It’s very clean and they sterilize everything.

I like this place but what set me off the edge was that on Saturday I got a regular French manicure with regular polish and a French pedicure. On Sunday, the polish in morning be of my nails chipped and then the rest just peeled off completely! I watched the lady pour polish thinner in the polish bottle in front of me. I think that she should have just gotten a new bottle. I went back yesterday to get my hands redone with the dip powder and I was still charged full price even after I told them that I was just there two days ago. They didn’t seem to care. I didn’t think that that was fair. I will say that they do great work and they are friendly, but I will not be going back after that. Both trips cost me a total of $100 which is way too much for just one person in my opinion.
