Felt uncomfortable when I walked through the door. I didnt know they still wanted us to wear masks since everywhere else does not have them anymore. I was a walk in the lady treated me kind of rudely other than that polish on my toes and nails look nice.

I was a walk in and as soon as I walked in the lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me and treated me as if I should not have come in. The sign on the door says that walk ins are welcome. I will not be coming back.

Had white tip acrylic nails put on. Price wasnt bad they were offering a holiday special.I did however notice they left a woman at the foot spa for a really long time to come do my friends nails and would bounce back and forth. Never once seen the guy wash his hands but he may have i dont know...I just know if i had been that woman that was left at the for spa for at least 45 mins so they could tend to another customer i would have probably left especially considering that woman was there first and in the middle of her pedi when we arrived.The nail shaping is about average cant really complain when i only paid $25.The nails seem to last well tho.Over all ok experience but i prob wont go back.Picture is after about 2 weeks

I went to another nail salon that was great at doing gel polish, but horrendous at acrylic. I finally got my old set taken off and a new set today. It’s exactly what I asked for.

Went in for a gel manicure. It was empty and I was seen right away with no appointment, but the surfaces were covered in nail dust and the technician was so rushed he actually STOOD the entire time he painted my nails, and rudely grabbed my hands to remove them from the curing light the second it turned off.My nails were cut too short, there are jagged edges and bumps in the polish, and there is polish outside the edges of the nail on almost every finger.Prices are low, but you get what you pay for. Disappointed, because I wanted to support a local business. I will not be back.

I came in and didnt have an appointment when they were empty with three appointments lady was hesitant to let me come in. When I sat down she asked if I was pregnant I said no she asked when I had my kid I said I had no children. Then she told me my feet were terrible. I think we are in a pandemic and most places have been closed and some have been doing recommended isolation. Never going back.

This is my first review ever! Warning Karns!!I have been here a total of three time each time thinking it would be better, but it wasn’t. Crooked nails. A “bubble” that was filled over, which could cause major nail damage. The third time was the worst. That’s when I nicely tried multiple times to communicate my concerns about the bubble (as did the lady to my right trying to help me) the man quit and just sat there with his arms crossed then he walked away! The person doing my ‘neighbors’ nails said just go. So I left with my nails less than half done. I am absolutely the easiest person to get along with. (Hints why I gave them three tries!) However, I will never give them another chance. I went straight to West Town Mall near the food court. They were just as appalled!

The person who always does a great job for us is Joseph (the owner). I have really bad in-grown toenails and have tried dozens of other salons, always with disastrous results.Joseph has done an excellent job each time.I only get the pedi. My nails break far too easily to pay for a mani and acrylics are a very bad idea for me.

I go and see Joseph. He is very talented and professional. Both myself and my husband are always happy with the outcome. Great friendly staff.

I’m only giving two stars because the people are nice, but at a nail salon when I’m spending money, I expect my nails to at least look nice when they’re done. They are so uneven in shape and color. Don’t go here. Their prices are just the same as any other salon.

I called to ask the price of a manicure and was told it was $10. I asked if that included nail polish (yes) and if the price was same for a small child aged 3 (price was the same at $10).When I got there I had an appointment and we had to wait over 30 minutes. When we were finally done they charged me a different price than I had been told over the phone.Definitely will not be returning. Advise others to take their business elsewhere.

I love the pedicures

I have a salon I usually go to but this was convenient from work so I tried them. So many things I didnt like, keep in mind these nails are only 3 days old. (1) They didnt speak a word to me the entire hour, he seemed aggravated when I spoke and when he did speak it was rude. (2) Every nail on my right hand is crooked, the first finger is the worst! (3) The nails were not tapered to my finger size, they were just stuck on and all flare at the ends and hang up on everything making my fingers sore. (4) The polish job was awful and he did not cure them between layers so they didnt dry for hours causing them to mare when i did anything. (5) I was going to go back and ask them to fix them but they were done so badly I dont think they would even know what they did wrong and would be rude if I told them. Never again. (Please ignore my seriously dry hands and cuticles in the photos lol)

So so awesome Im a cancer patient and I Nails have been falling off due to the chemo and radiation Ive been super glue them back on and the lady at the salon made me fingernails and toenails she was very awesome greatly greatly appreciated I have fingernails and toenails again

I gave the additional star only for friendliness. They did a horrible job on my nails. They were put on crooked and unnaturally thick. My daughter had a bad paint job on hers. You need to know before you spend your money there. I hated to leave a negative review but it was a hit on my pocket and the nails were made fun of the next day by coworker and family. I ended up cutting them down and pulling them off.

My first visit was my last visit. I went for a pedicure and manicure. I havent had a pedicure since September last year so I was way past due. I asked to have to toe nails cut because my feet are out all summer so I keep them short. They were filed and still to long. The same with my finger nails. I let them grow out so they could be cut and shaped short and even but instead got filed and to long. I had made up mind then, that I would not be back. Also I tried the Gel polish that would last two weeks. Its completely off after a week. Joseph shakes to bad to polish. Both pedicure and manicure was AWFUL.

Great service great nails and very accommodating to my nail design choices. Good price too!!!

I was looking for a new place to get my nails done since I recently moved to this side of town. I was very displeased with my full set. The Polish looks really thick the nails look really thick and you can completely tell theyre fake. I will not be going back period I would rather drive to West Knoxville and pay a little more to get better service

DONT DO IT!!!First and last visit. I actually found a place in Turkey Creek that I loved, I just wanted to find something closer to home. I shouldve left when my mom and I walked into the empty shop and the men wanted us to sit in opposite ends of the shop from one another, and then when one flat out told me he would move because where he was, was his seat. My nail guys wife ended up sitting beside him so that my mom could get her nails done beside me. My nail were crooked, arent even covered properly, and the my nail color choice produced a totally different color than I asked for as if someone had mixed dipping powders. Will never come back!

The gentlemen at Bisou were exceptionally kind and efficient. Im thrilled with my mani/pedi and the price was very reasonable. The store is lovely, the massage chairs are super comfortable, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

They took their time and didnt rush through as happens o many times at other places.

Friendly and professional atmosphere ...Very happy with my pedicure and fills for my acrylics. They took their time to do it correcly and to make sure you were happy with the results.

Joseph helped fix my full set after the person who did it jacked them all up. Very pleased.

Horrible they messed up my moms nails they cut her hand,burnt her finger, didnt shape her nails right,didnt listen,and were really rude the only thing they got right was the color and we went to Snappy nails in halls Tennessee we loved them they completely fixed my moms nails and they look really good
