What a terrific nail spa! There was no waiting and they were very helpful with the split in my nail. I ended up needing to leave soon and they were able to efficiently finish my nail. They look awesome! Highly recommend ❤️

I have been here once before to Lee and he was great. Today he was not there so they gave me someone else who clearly did NOT now how to do dip powder. Actually, she could not even file nails properly. I had to TRY to tell her the steps in the process but the language barrier made it impossible. As i was paying for my service I asked the gentleman at the desk who was the manager and he replied that he was. I told him that it was very unfair of him to have her doing dip because she doesn’t know how. He insisted that yes she did and rambled on and clapped his hands in my face and told me i was wrong. He then told me not to comeback if I didn’t like it, i told him no worries there I would not be back and he was a poor excuse for a manager. The girl who did my nails apologized, i told her i was not mad at her and gave her a very generous tip regardless and told her I appreciated her time. Will absolutely never step foot in there again.

What attracted to me to N&T were the affordable prices listed on their wall. I went in for a gel manicure and got a very sloppy result; I could have done a better job at home. I would say you get what you pay for, but that’s not even true, especially since they don’t honor the prices listed on their wall. He overcharged me $5 and stood over me glaring at me until I tipped him.

Worst place ever I have never been to a worst salon and I have been to so many salons all around the world do not ever go here very bad I asked for no chip ombre toe nail and he did white with glitter definitely not ombre I think I can do a better job doing ombre I think this place should go out of business it’s terrible

Dipped nails. They are lumpy and not even... I asked for only the worst one to be fixed. Was told, its my finger... Not the manicure! Will never be back! Will now have to pay someone else to fix it !!!

Got my nails done here owner I believe was very nice just a bit to rough grabbing my hand. He did tell me to relax twice which sometimes don’t know I do it...... When things was done notice two or three of my fingers was lumpy got big bumps on it not happy about that at all very disappointed not sure if wanna come back

Honestly I loved my nails and my feet & the service was phenomenal. Logan took really good care of me until I found out the next day he gave his self a $100.00 tip on my debit card when really it was a $10.00 tip. Don’t really know how you got the 2 mixed up. I had my mom call up there and speak to the owners about this matter and they said they would take care of it & my money should be refunded within 24-48 hours...it’s been well over 2 weeks and my refund never came. So I will be contacting my bank to do a dispute. I learned my lesson, PAY WITH CASH ! Too bad there won’t be a next time cause I won’t be back !

Highly recommend this nail salon. I tried a few other places in Knoxville before finding N & T and have been a loyal customer since. The staff is friendly and salon clean. They always do a great job. The price is very reasonable for full sets and fills. 5 stars all around!

This is the worst nail salon I have to say I ever been to and I have been to alot of salons over the years. I went in for an overlay on my natural nails something that should have taken 30-40 minutes max and i was at the shop for an hour and 30 minutes and had to go back after work to get them painted. The tech that done my nails done a poor job and when I went back in to have them painted I guess Logan the owner painted them and I pointed out that my nails were poorly done and also need filed and shaped more and he said your nail look fine ran a buffer file over them painted them and sent me on my way.. I now have to go to my regular nail salon to have my botched nails done correctly I paid $25 for something that looks like a kindergartner done that ill have to pay again to get fixed.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.. No stars!!!

I love that getting an acrylic refill is under $20. Plus they have a loyalty card that after you get your nails done, I think it is 10 times, then you get a free one. My last visit was my free one and it was fabulous & it came just at the right time! The owner is amazing! All the people that work there are super nice and they do an effective and efficient job, and they always work me in whenever I need it. Theyre also open later than a lot of nails places which is cool. I love this place❣️ I will always go here if I can possibly get there before they close. A++🤗

I have been going to N&T for over 7 years & Ive always left satisfied. Lee is my go-to when I need my pedicure and he will take the extra time no matter how busy to give me the best leg and foot rub. I leave completely relaxed and satisfied. The owner Logan knows my name and I truly feel like Im part of their family. Ive taken friends with me and they too are satisfied. This is my one and only place to go.

Went to get my nails done yesterday here because my nail salon wasn’t accepting walk ins. Needless to say this is the worst SNS dip I have ever gotten. Plus the nail tech cut me two or 3 times to the point of bleeding, my nails are not even, they are bumpy and the powder isn’t evenly distributed over the nail so it looks like my nails are grown out two weeks. Asked him to fix them and he acted like he didn’t understand what was wrong with them and FILED MY FINGER instead of the nail. I gave up on it because I was ready to get out of there. Needless to say I was very unhappy and will not return.

If I could give 0 I would!!!! Went to Knoxville for my cousins weddi g we went as a group to get our nails done.... I had the dip done.... I am not a professional but I am positive you do not put dip on the cuticle.... He then dipped my nails at least 6 times with the color so it was just chunky and all over the place... The bonding agent he was using was superglue.... He kept sticking to my hand.... As he is doing my nails I told him that it did not look right and was showing him the errors he would not fix it and he got an attitude about it.... The owner then came up and was basically standing up for the work but offered to file my cuticle... At this point I am just so upset that my nails were already sore I just wanted to leave... Very unprofessional

I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. It hasn’t even been a full 24 hours before my gel nail peeled off. Poor quality! I will not go back and pay for any service at this location again. The only reason I will be going back today is to get James ( nails tech) to fix what he clearly didn’t do right! Horrible!

Honestly. This place is just not worth the price. Its not bad, but their services are pretty over priced for the same service you would receive at any nail shop for much less.

I wish I could give place a ZERO.. the guy at table by the wall next to the front desk did my nails. I showed a pic and he said he could do it, after he starts my nails come to find out he doesn’t have the stuff needed to do what I asked for.. paint job was AWFUL! He kept missing half of my nails and one he painted my cuticle and didn’t bother to clean it up. I had to tell him several times to go back and paint spots he missed.. He talked extremely loud on his cell phone almost the whole time which was so unprofessional and made it to where I couldn’t even relax.. then charged more than correct price. Worst experience ever and I’ll NEVER be back and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go to this place.

We had a great time! The staff is friendly and talkative and fun! I loved their attention to detail on both my daughters spa manicure, my acrylic fill in and my pedicure. I have not one complaint, other than Im sad we dont live here, I would use this establishment every time!

They are TERRIBLE. I went here twice and not only did I receive a horrible job( bumpy set, uneven shapes and length) on a full set and fill in, I got fungus on 3 of my nails! My normal salon took off the set this place put on and said almost every nail was lifting! This can be caused by improper technique and/or cheap acrylic! I would never recommend anyone come here and almost all of their reviews are bad!

I went to another local nail place and they messed my nails up bad. I came here on a chance that they could fix it and they did. They were extremely interested in my opinion while working on my nails. Many times I saw my tech recheck them. They were really clean and it was a nice salon. Definitely going back!

My two daughters got acrylics. The owner did my older daughters nails, they are bumpy, thin and acrylic all over her cuticles. My other daughters were done by someone else with the same result. When the nail tech moved my younger daughters phone, he put a huge scratch in it. It is a brand new iPhone Xr that she got for Christmas. She had it for less than 24hours. When I called the owner, he said it was impossible, and started screaming at me. I got the worst set of aycrlic nails here... My usual place I go to was closed because it was Sunday. I decided to try N & T nails. Worst experience ever. I walked in and got seated quickly which was the only plus side to this experience. The lady started working on my nails. It wasnt bad at first but there was a kid about 12 (believe owners daughter) that kept running around and yelling about a game she was playing... I told the lady what length I wanted and she just clipped right though them not seeing if they all were the same length. I told her what shape I wanted and she did it but none of them are even. After that she made me pay before we were done. After I paid I dont think she cared about painting them. She half fast the painting and the top coat dont even cover the whole nail. I sat under the fan for about 10 minutes making sure they were dry. After it was over and went outside in the sun they looked worse. I realized they were way too thin. (I dont give it more than a week before one falls off with how thin they are.) On the left thumb there is to dents and my right thumb hurts which is strange because my nails never hurt when I got aycrlic nails done at all the other places I have gone... I will not being back. I am gonna have to fix my nails myself.... I could of done a better job doing them at home.....

I have been going to N & T nails for over a year. I have very sensitive skin in that I typically come away with a cut or a nick, even from the high end salons in Knoxville, but this hasnt happened here. I have been here when they are rushed and when they are slow. They are always courteous. Logan is an excellent owner and truly loves his customers. My experience is that if you value and appreciatie the work and time your nail technician (as well as value and appreciate them) is putting into your nails and pedicure then you will have a much better experience. Im always very pleased with my nails when I leave!

I walked in i had one nail in half (the acrylic) and i asked the dude 3 times to be careful because my real nail would rip in half and to pls soak it, he ignored me and ripped my real nail in half. im shocked

This was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I paid $45 for my nails and they look awful. The man started screaming at me in front of every one when I first got there because I was trying to ask questions and apparently they know what are doing so I should just be quiet and let them do anything to my nails. They are all different shapes. different lengths. I am disgusted with these people! WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Absolutely awful. My fingertips are sore from this place. He made my finger bleed. He just kept saying oops Sorry, I hurt you. I will NEVER return there. Theres nail product all over my fingertips and I cant get it off. Sloppy work And work ethic. This is not Okay. Do NOT get your nails done at this place. Let me save you the pain.

Please avoid at ALL costs! I had a terrible experience at this nail salon, one of the worst Ive probably ever had. I went to this salon to get a fill in. Within two or three days my nails turned brown, I went back to see if they could do anything about the problem and they re-did them. Sure enough within a day or two they turned brown again. I went back this time in order to try to receive a refund. Not only did they refuse to give me my money back, they also blamed me for the problem saying that I must be using some kind of make up bronzer and thats what caused my nails to turn brown. The owner of the shop, just as someone else stated in a previous review proceeded to curse me out. Worst customer service Ive ever received in my life. Completely unprofessional and rude people! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

You have to remember only the unhappy customer usually will take time to post a bad review. You have to assume the thousands of others who never make comments were satisfied with their visit. I go every two weeks. Best nail salon I have been to and Beleive me I shopped around before settling in here. Logan and the staff are fantastic. Even when he is not in the other staff is very professional and seem to enjoy making it a good business. I too have had many bad experiences at nail salons and everywhere else in the world but this place is very impressive and eager to please.

Got a gel done on Sunday, today is Tuesday, and its already chipping off. Maybe I chose a bad color, but I had to ask for 2 coats because I could still see through the first. The guy who did it was nice and I got a free water, so theres that. Wont be back, though.

I wish they had spent more time on the bottom of my feet, but they must not have looked bad, maybe a bit more of a massage. All in all I was satisfied, the wine was a nice touch.

Nice place. Decent work. Had French polish on my pedicure. The worker seemed to have trouble getting the one big toe right, and I walked out with it looking no better than I could have done myself, but I still enjoyed the pedi.

AWFUL place very rude!! Went and had a pedicure done around 10:30am when done went to the drying station sat there and talked to a friend that went as well for a good 20 minutes, left. Everything was good when checked. Around 2:30 I looked at my feet and my nail polish was mush wasnt drying correctly... Called them back told them what the nail polish was doing, they told me to come back. I went back and asked for my money back I was told no to have a seat and they would fix them... all they did was my two big toes over within 2 mins and said your good... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Wont EVER be back!!

Very nice people here, but I am worried about cleanliness and the fact that their method of cutting ones toenails will actually make the toenail grow inward.

I was in on Saturday 5/27. The gentleman doing my pedicure cut so deep into my big toe that it is now hurting so bad that I can hardly walk on it. It is swollen, red, hot and infected. If it is not better tomorrow I will have to go to a Doctor. They were busy so he was rushing. I watched him put all of the dirty instruments that he used on me BACK into the drawer and move to the next client. I have a normal salon that I go to but this was a spur of the moment decision as I was out for lunch with girlfriends. HORRIBLE DECISION!

The lady was very rude she made me bleed so many times and when I said ow she didnt apologize or nothing she just jerked my hand and then shouted out someone else needs to do this girls nails and left to do someone else. I got cuts all over my fingers I do not recommend this place at all.

We received the full treatment to get wedding ready and everyone in the party loved this place. Great service.

I didnt have a good experience at N&T nails. I went in to get a basic manicure and it was not worth my time or money. The guy rushed through the entire process, he didnt even trim every nail. He cut me several times on both hands, my fingernails looked worse when I left. I will never go back.

They didn’t ask how long I wanted them, gave me an attitude for telling them it was to short. He was hard and rude with my nails and made me pay before he continued, and messed up the nail polish and wouldn’t fix it.

This is the worst nail salon i have even been to. My nails were uneven and bumpy. None of them were the same length and not the same shape at all. I will never be back amd wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

The salon told me that the card machine wasnt working. he had me put in my pin. he said that didnt work and i needed to go get cash. I looked on my online banking and it showed that N&T nails was deducted from my account. the man told me that was incorrect and it would be removed. 4 days later I called my bank to check up on. Sure enough, the transaction went through on the ORIGINAL day, just as I had thought. I called the salon and the man cussed at me and told me to go to hell. He hung up and then called me back 3 times from 3 different numbers. He continued to curse at me and then told me that no matter what, I wasnt getting my money back.WHAT A JOKE!! what kind of business talks to a customer that way????completely unprofessional and inappropriate!!!
