Wow! I love this place!!! They did an amazing job on my nails and my daughters also!! Super pretty and nice place. We got a schedule for the same time mother/daughter and we got to sit beside each other. The ladies who did our nails were wonderful!!! Hands down my favorite salon. Unlike other salons, Luxe is always warm and welcoming even when they are very busy. Always punctual with appointment times, but also very accommodating even if you don’t have an appointment and just walk in. Jessica doesAn exceptional job with lashes!

I made my appointment online for a fill-in and scheduled it with Hannah for SATURDAY JULY 31 & when I arrived they sat me with Sonny. They could’ve perhaps explained WHY I wasn’t placed with her since they were able to see I made an appointment online at all. What is the point of scheduling with the nail tech you want if they’re just gonna put you with whoever. I scheduled with Hannah because I enjoyed our last appointment therefore I was comfortable with her. I definitely will not be back!

The best place in Halls to get your nails done for sure and my go to now always! Jesse is the best and so down to earth. She does an amazing job on nails and cares for her customers. Hands down where I will.go and be using!

It was the first time Ive ever been here and I will never go anywhere else.I got my first powder dip set and marble tips on all my nails. Jessica was absolutely amazing. She hand painted the tips on my nails and put the color powders on by hand one by one. The amount of patience this woman has is super impressive. She went over each nail after every step to make sure it was perfect, and I could tell she cared about her work and her customers.The overall atmosphere was great - the shop is so clean and bright, the sink area was pristine, reception was super friendly and everyone there was great. I cant say enough good things about this place and the employees. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in, and the receptionist was the one who gave the idea of doing dip powder instead of gel over acrylics, and Im so happy she did.And the last, but not least great thing about my experience was that when an annoying tiktok song came on the radio, they changed the station. Thank you!!!! I would recommend them 1,000%!

Never again!!!!!!!! At first everything was fine.. but it went down so hill so fast. I hate my nails and am going to have go and pay for another set because I got something, not just that I didn’t want but that was so rushed and so horribly done. The lady at the front was clearly rushing to go or something at end of day and insisted I pay before my nails was even done, using my debit card. My nails were not even done yet? It’s so fancy and nice inside but do not go here!!!!! The service all around is a joke seriously. Can not stress that enough. I had high hopes judging from how it looks on inside and out. None of nails are even the same width or length, ugh!!!! I was there for almost 3 hours

Paid $35.00 for a polish change. I had a themed party to go to and needed glow polish. The girl told me it would glow. It did not! Her drill was chomping at my nails. I wanted a design it was not at all what I asked for and again she charged me $35.00! I will not return.

After reading the reviews for this location I had high hopes for a great first time experience. But I was totally let down, my pedicure lasted a total of 15-20 minutes and I went before 5 on a Saturday and was sat straight down. As you can see in the picture skin and cuticle left all around what I thought would be included in the service I paid for. When I left I had to ask if their 20% off for new customers was still offered since they had a flag out front. I wanted this to be my new place to treat myself because the building is beautiful and now located really close to me but I don’t feel like they want new loyal customers at all. Just another get you in and get you out type of pedicure.

This place is amazing! OJ does amazing job on my nails and my toes! I am so happy that Luxe Nails is in halls now. The people there is so friendly and nice. OJ always makes my nails look pretty and nice. I usually do the gel nails but I decided to do the dip nails and I love them and OJ always know what I want when I walk in the door and I wouldn’t want it any other way! OJ is the best!

I don’t know who the guy was that did my toes but he left bubbles in my nails and did a sloppy job on my white tips. The nails were not even and was just poor quality in his job on my toenails. Take some pide in your work.

I am not the person to write these but this was Ridiculous!! My grandmother and I had an appointment for 3:45 for pedicures and gel manicures. They sat us for our pedicures around 4. We then sat and waited and waited but no one ever took us to get our manicures. We did not get out until 7!!! Quality was okay. Not even one sorry. I will not be back.

My daughter got her nails done for her first time here. They told her before she started that it was going to cost 35. It ended up costing 63 without her consent and many of the nails had air bubbles and fell off within days. They then wanted 27 dollars to fix them and fill them in. They needed to be cleaned first which the tech did not do and now two have fallen off within days. Sad that so much money was spent to get this quality service and care. Would recommend going elsewhere. Sad.

This was my first time coming to this place, and their service was exceptional. I got dip nails that are white with blue butterflies and myself and all of my friends (including my boyfriend) say they look amazing. The workers were also so nice and sweet and understanding. I had a pedicure here before and they did an excellent job. My low rating is for the simple fact that they do not have a website that’s connected to their web address, you cannot make an online reservation, the number listed on google is incorrect and they do not answer the phone when google says they are open (9:30am). It appears they have some work to do on the business end of getting things in order and working properly. I will happily adjust my review if this happens.

I had an appointment at 1130 and had to wait an hour to get my nails done. I watched walk ins come in and get in before me. Very frustrating after being up all night working. The man did a great job on my nails but I won’t be back.

Awesome!!! I have found my new wonderful nail lady OJ! I was not very happy with my previous nail salon so I decided to try Luxe Nails in Halls and I was very happy. I get my nails dipped and I usually pick sparkly/glitter colors. In my experience, most technicians cant seem to get it even and look as good as I would like but OJ was perfection!! Not only does she do a wonderful job on my nails but she is very fun to talk to. As a more than full-time working mother its hard to find time for yourself so when you get to you want it to be a good experience and OJ makes that happen every time!! All of the staff is very nice and the salon is very clean. The prices are good and they have an awesome color selection! I wont be going anywhere else from now on! 😊

Third time to get a pedicure there and the are absolutely fantastic. As a man I have enjoyed going there once a month since I retired this year. Today Monday October 19 I took my bestie friend Terry of 24 years for her birthday and she was in hog heaven. Man they are absolutely the best. All the young ladies their are exceptionally courteous and do a great job. Great place. 100% satisfied.

I went there to get a full set of arylic nails. With a pretty simple design that they stated they could do. My nail tech was named Kathy. At first it started great. She said she could do the design I wanted and she was gentle. Then half way through she said she couldn’t do the design. After she said that the whole thing went down hill. After sanding my nails she never asked to go wash my hands... she rushed through the paint job while there was sanding dust all over my hands. and I wanted designs on some of the nails which she made seem like it was a big deal. Which I didn’t get any design because she didn’t ha e anything at her desk to do a design and did not want to get up to look else where. Also the nail dryer she used I saw her use on a ladies feet before me and did not sanitize before she asked me to my hands in it. I mean come on that’s grossShe rushed me through to get someone else at her desk. Will not recommend going here.

They sat me within 20 minutes and then had me sit in chair for another 30 minutes . While the manicurist finished up with her client… I am ok if I had to wait and they informed me … but believe they told me just to keep me

Amazing! This is my favorite place for nails! Moon did amazing work today, and was so pleasant. I have a partial hearing impairment and struggle at times, and everyone was fully accommodating of that without being rude as other places have in the past. Prices are great, I will be going back. Everyone there is very nice, the facility is beautiful, clean, and well kept.

I have had my nails done at a lot of different salons but I have never loved my nails as much as when Jenny Fisher has done them. I got a French ombré this time & they are absolutely perfect! Salon is beautiful, clean & a pampered atmosphere. Staff are extremely helpful & very welcoming.

Gabe did my pedicure and he was phenomenal. He took his time and was very gentle. However, I’ve had the nail tech that works at the first booth on the left two times and both times she’s extremely rough with the drill and forceful with the process. I plan on coming back but I will schedule an appointment instead of walking in so I won’t get her.

I had my nails done here before in dip and they all broke in the same place after a week and i hadn’t hit them on anything! i just got my nails done yesterday in acrylic because i thought it would be different and i haven’t hit them or done anything and two of them are already off! i’m furious because both sets have been $65 and a complete waste!

Terrible experience, the worst experience of my life. I called ahead and made an appointment for an eyelash removal and acrylic nail removal, I was there on time but they did not sit me down for an half hour. Then the woman doing my eyelashes ripped out all of my real eyelashes. I kept wincing, my eyes were watering and I had to tell her to stop because was hurting me. My eyes are still burning this morning and this was yesterday afternoon. It was because she left me unattended with glue remover on my eyes, so she could do someone elses nails. Afterwards, I tried to get my acrylics taken off. I was sitting at the desk with my hands in a bowl for over 40min before I had to ask if someone could help me. Eventually it had reached a total of 2 hours and I was beyond ready to go. The nail tech quickly filed my nails and let me leave. There was gel all over my hands and nails. They never got all of it off. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Very unprofessional and I was very disappointed.

My bridesmaid made us an appt for my wedding to get our nails done. She made an appointment in advance and told them the special occasion it was for. Even though we had an appointment, we waited over half an hour to be taken back. The staff made my bridesmaid very uncomfortable by continuously talking about how big her engagement ring was and how skinny she was. I, the bride, was completely ignored. Not only was I ignored, but the staff member working with me left me on three different occasions to work with other customers. My bridesmaid was finished forty-five minutes before me because of the constant abandonment. All around incredibly disappointing to be treated like garbage the day before my wedding. I will never return.
