Super unhappy with this salon. I waited an hour and a half for someone to give me a manicure. Gaby only did two layers of dip which resulted in cracks the next day. I had to go back after the weekend to have two of them redone which I waited 45 minutes for. It’s been a week and they’ve chipped and cracked already. Will not be going back.

Came here with my friend and 2 kids. my daughters toenail polish came off, and I mean all of it same day her toes were done. my toes well that’s another joke. I have 3 toes that are only half painted. the girl also used cotton swabs that left fuzz on my toes, and she painted over the fuzz so imagine how that looks as well. lastly, nothing like sitting for a pedicure for 1.5 hours with cold water, and leaving with a pedicure an infant could do better. won’t be back waste of money.

The staff was really friendly but I encountered a few problems. First the water for the pedicure was scalding hot, had to ask someone to make it colder. They were super gentle with the pedicure. I got gel polish put on my toes. I go over to the manicure area and she starts doing my nails and grabs another bottle of polish from behind the counter and she says its the same as the one I picked out, just a new one because that one is old. My toes are a way different shade. My toes are a dark turquoise and my nails are light cobalt. I didnt put shoes on until I got home which was over an hour after my toes had been painted. I take my shoes off to see my toe polish is all messed up and then i remember she never used a UV lamp on it so it never cured. My nails looks cute but my toes are a disaster. I paid well over 100 dollars for two pedicures and a gel manicure in the wrong color. A little disappointed and probably wont be back.

We had an appointment when we went and were seated in the pedicure chair very quickly. But then we had to wait for a nail tech to finish up someone else. I got the hel polish on my tires and fingers. I was told it would last at least a month. But my fingernail polish started perking off very quickly. And when it peeled off it took a layer of my nail with it which ruined 3 of my nails.

I love this place. I have been back 3 times and everytime they do a great job.

To start, my nail tech, Gaby, put the wrong color dip on my nails. She had assumed that the color sitting near me in the waiting area was mine and did not ask what color i wanted. I thought that she was doing the base dip, but it was actually the wrong color. When I told her that wasn’t what i wanted, I could tell she was frustrated, but she said she would take it off and start over. She proceeded to be extremely aggressive and rushed in my nails, hurting me with the dremel multiple times. Did my nails in half the time it should normally take. She made me bleed in multiple spots with the nail file because she was being so aggressive with it. I could also tell that she was talking about me in spanish with another tech. Worst experience I’ve had at a salon. My nails turned out good, but my fingers really hurt.

Got the dip nails. It was quick and painless. I really love the colors they offer.

Told it was a 15 minute wait. Got put in a chair after 30 minutes. Waited another 45 minutes with lush cold water swirling around our feet. Eventually they began and proceeded to bleed a couple toes!Daughters nail polish was flaking off by that evening.

A very good experience with friends! Get to know your nail care professionals!

BUYER BEWARE: When I went to pay for my services, I was told a larger amount than what I was quoted. I said to our tech, “I was told $30 over the phone”. She replied, “Sorry,I don’t know” & acted like she didn’t understand me! I left & checked their reviews & sure enough THEY OVERCHARGE according to the other customers. I don’t TRUST them, so you shouldn’t either!

Very happy with my nails! Staff was friendly and helpful. I had dip powder done for the first time. She added tips to my nails as I bite them and wanted them a bit longer for this. My nail tech, Sophie, was very patient and answered all of my questions. She took her time heand made my nails look great. They also had the exact color I was after. The place was very clean. I will definitely be going back when its time to have them redone.

I have gotten pedicures in several different places and even in multiple US states. This place gives by far, the best pedicures I have ever had. They are now my go-to place for pedicures. If you are looking for a clean, sanitary place that gives GREAT pedicures with nice long foot and leg massages, look no further. This is your place! They use pedicure tub liners and individually wrapped tools exclusively for each client. They will take their time to make sure your feet and nails look great!

I have been coming here for several years. Vicki is my nail tech and I absolutely love her. She does a great job and she is super sweet.

Unfortunately I will not return to this nail salon ever again! The nail and pedi technicians are amazing! I’ve never had a terrible service done, however I have been overcharged several times! I always ask what the price is for my service(s) so I can know what I have to pay, but whenever I get up to the counter to pay, the owner and the nail tech are giggling trying to come up with a new price that is overcharging me thinking I won’t notice. Make sure your price is right and you aren’t being overcharged, because they are stealing from you if you don’t!

Tulip Nail Spa has been the most cleanest and more clam nail salon I have ever been in my life.I always see nail tech. keeping their equipment clean,their always making sure to put bags in the pedicure chairs and what I mostly love is the little pedicure kits that they have. I give this nail salon a Five Star.

Such a relaxing environment! Danny gave me a phenomenal pedicure, and was extremely pleasant to chat with! Complementary drinks and reasonable prices. Very sanitary- all tools used were opened from a new package.

Ive been coming here for over 7 years and I love it. I know the owners and love them like family. I would definitely recommend this place. I have never had a bad experience at Tulip Nail spa. Its hard for me to believe that someone left the nail spa with polish all over their fingers, I really cant believe that. Started going to Tulip on December 30, 2016. They done a great job. I have been going back every 3 to 4 weeks ever since. Ann is amazing. If Ann is not available I get Michael to do my nails. Those are the only 2 I trust to do my nails. So please go check out Tulip Nail Spa. Ask for Ann or Michael.

Tulip Nail Spa does such a great job! They are always willing to take walk-ins and always seem happy to see you. They take pride in their work and have very reasonable prices.

My friend and I always play the game of who gets the worse nail tech. Today I got it and my nails are sharp enough to cut skin and I wanted a coffin shape. She was rude about me asking if she could make them even. One time they even had to nerve to laugh at my friend who likes her nails short. They were laughing in her face and being disrespectful by being on their cell phones.

The staff is very friendly and do a lot of different designs making my nails always look cute as heck.

I loved it here. The lady at the front explained everything and the lady who did my nails was so patient with me. I’m really picky about my nails and she took her time and made sure I was more than happy.

Hazardous health practices--during my pedicure I was cut and they had nothing except blood clotting powder to sanitize my wound. I panicked as they had nothing to offer me to clean my cut (I am a family nurse practitioner and am well aware of the dangers being cut at the nail salon). I asked for some alcohol and a cotton ball or an alcohol prep--they looked at me as I was asking something preposterous or they never heard of it...It took pedicurist a few minutes to look around in the salon to find a green, unmarked, plastic spray bottle that she said was an alcohol solution. From the TN Cosmetology Board: A manicurist shall maintain a supply of antiseptic and/or liquid or spray styptic to be used in the event that a patron’s skin is accidentally broken during the manicuring process...All containers for cosmetic products must be properly labeled. The situation I have experienced in which a pedicurist did not have proper supply for antiseptic and neither it was labeled is a violation of standard precautions as well as the rules of the TN Cosmetology Board and is worthy of Health Department Complaint. Avoid Tulip Nail Spa or you can be putting your health at risk.

I was around the area and I needed to find a quick place to get my nails done.I got to say this place is the most satisfying place I have ever been too.I really love how nice they are here and how super clean they are to the customer.I will be back!

Clean, professional, friendly, and great massage chairs (even has two kiddy chairs)! If you are looking for a place that you can trust with their sanitation/sterility, this is the place. They use disposable file kit and spa liner. Hubby and I tried Deluxe Spa Pedicure + Paraffin Dip and we loved it.

Best nail salon in Knoxville AND surrounding area!

I hate giving bad reviews but this is the worst salon I’ve ever been to. I had a gel manicure. I had to wait 25 minutes and there were 3 different people asking me what I wanted as if I just came in. They don’t communicate with each other very well.Onto the nails itself. They absolutely shredded my cuticles and I have excellent cuticles to start with. Now my nails look like I am a recovering compulsive cuticle biter. Why? They didn’t even bother wiping down the tool on the towel so the skin collected at the tip of the tool and they couldn’t see where they were cutting. They did a poor job of painting the nails as well, they didn’t even reach the cuticles so my manicure looked like 3 days old. When I told them to paint up, they did...only for one hand. Seriously? Don’t even get me started on the accidental cuts too, they snipped me on 4 of my fingers and I still have a tiny hard blob of blood on each of them a week later. That’s how big the snip was and how much I bled.Zero quality. Don’t go here.

We had an apt at 12 noon today for 4 people. Ended up just being 3 of us. Its 2:24 and two do us are done and one still has 20 min. They were overbooked, still taking clients and each of our ladies kept getting up during both services... we all got Mani + Pedi. I scuffed a nail as I was getting money out and asked her to re do it and she said no, it would look worse if she put another coat on. She wouldnt redo the entire nail. Im visiting town, but if I lived here, I wouldnt go back.

Might be a bit of a wait but definitely worth it, they do a fantastic job & it’s cheap!

They damaged my cuticles badly. My nails were also hurt. They were burning even though I did a dip nail(from the drill). There was weird stuff underneath my nails. Staff was nice but there was a communication gap.

I always use Tulip clean, professional, and they speak wonderful English. I go every two weeks and it is wonderful.

I called to get prices before coming in for a pedicure. I was told $20! What a deal! Well, when I was halfway through my pedicure I found out that this is the cost for someone under 10 years old! The lady failed to share this bit of information.

I got the worst set of dip nails here.horible.
