Jeff and Dwight are wonderful owners of this shop. I have sent both of my cars to them for many different reasons, including oil changes, brakes, struts, and diagnostic testing. They are always understanding of our financial situation, and always lets us know how much it will be prior to fixing. I always recommend them to friends!

They are pocketing money and wont give receipts, or papers on what they did unless we pid50 dollars for them. They are dishonest and theBBB needs to know their scam. And IRS also. 500.00 to get our car fixed and Id work we didnt ask them to do. Dont trust them. They suck

I was in town for business and my truck was having some major issues. I was worried because I did not know who to to take my truck to with out getting ripped off.I usually work on my truck my self so I knew what is wrong with it.They looked at it and gave me very fair pricing. I let them do the work and they did it right!They gave me a ride to and from my hotel and got me back on the road quick.I definitely recommend using Norwood Service! Great guys and fair.
