My car broke down on 528 east in Orlando (dangerous highway) around 6 am after many calls trying to get someone to get my car out the highway, found grúas towing on google and this gentleman saved the day. Rafy got me out the highway and not just that, he fixed my car and got me back to the road the same day!! Thank you, I appreciate it!!!!

My car broke down on the turnpike in a dangerous spot, I called about 15 different 24 hour emergency towing services and no one picked up the phone and called me back. I called Jose at Gruas Towing and he came right to me picked me and the car up on his trailer and brought me and the car home. His price was very fair and he was a great guy to work with.

I was stranded and called another tow company that did not show up for 4 hours. I called gruas and explained everything and he picked me and the car up in 15 minutes!!!!! Thank you because i would not have made it to toyota by 7 to get a rental and i would have been sleeping on the street!! The very best here!

Fast service and friendly staff

Jose helped me out with two tows. He was prompt, professional, very friendly, and the tow price was reasonable. Hopefully I wont need his services anytime soon, but if I do, I would gladly call him again! Highly recommended!

I just got off a 12hr shift on Easter morning and come back to my car with a flat tire and no spare. Gruas towing had fair prices and came very quickly. Got me and my car back to my house. The driver was extremely polite and had a great work ethic. I would highly recommend this company for all your towing needs.

Great and fast service! At the last minute we needed a golf cart unloaded off the back of a semi and delivered to a business, they had a driver there in 15 minutes and really helped us out. Will definitely use them again next time were in the area and recommend to anyone needing fast service or specialty use of the rollback.

I call Gruas towing last night. I have 2 flat tire they take me to the tire shop. He also give me a water bottle and stop at the gas station for me to use the bathroom. Excellent customer services highly recommend. I will never use anybody else.

Needed a tow tonight ☹️ called a few places either said no or at least a 2 hr wait,, then I called TOWING SERVICE OF KISSIMMEE,, he said 40 min wait so I agreed (didn’t get his name) but he called me and kept me updated when he would get to me,,, WOW what a awesome guy !!! In St Cloud, FL is impossible to get towing services if your card stop working past 9pm. I called this place after my car broke down at a gas station at 10:30pm. He was working in Orlando and took the time to call me an hour later to see if I solved my issue. I was still there and no other company answered or if they did, it was to say no. This guy came all the way from international drive to help me and my daughter passed 12am! He was VERY professional and even recommended a mechanic the next day! Recommended 100%! Thank you!!!!!

Called for a tow they said 1 hr and that was around 11 am at 3,4 oclock pm they havent showed up or pick up the calls had to call another company.
